Um hotel muito bom, ótima localização e fácil acesso. O quarto era aconchegante e a jacuzzi foi um dos pontos altos, embora pudesse estar mais limpa. A geladeira estava um pouco suja e uma das canecas tinha resíduos de café, o que foi meio desagradável, para ser sincera. A chaleira elétrica ainda tinha um pouco de água dentro.

Instalações: viver três vezes no local, SEIS noites, porque as instalações são Muito boas, esta sala de fitness é Muito grande e Muito limpa Higiene: o quarto é Muito limpo, alguém limpa todos OS dias Ambiente: o Ambiente é Muito acrescentado, a 8 minutos a pé Da estação de trem Blaak, a 3 minutos a pé Da estação de metro Eastplein Serviço: o serviço de recepção é Muito profissional

Grande localização para você Pode ficar perto do Campus universitário, a 5 km do centro.O pessoal é extremamente bem-vinda e útil.Grandes quartos tranquilos com TV interactiva e casas de banho modernas com caminhada no chuveiro. Grandes camas confortáveis para ajudar a dormir UMA Grande noite.Bom pequeno-almoço buffet e menu de jantar acessível.Pequena área de auto-serviço, UMA Grande área de venda de bebidas e snacks, etc. Escola de fitness com equipamento de exercício limitado, mas todos EM ordem de trabalho.

Even though the staff was friendly, the inside of the hotel was a little dated, while well maintained. An absolute dealbreaker was the (not ordered!) wakeup-call at 7 am with an incredibly loud room telephone. The room Service not responding to calling ”not needed” and still entering in the early morning was also not nice. For the money paid I expected more, though might also just been unlucky circumstances.

Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay. It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location.

The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre. Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan 🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram 🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it. 🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day. 🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided. There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead. 🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas 💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind - i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier. - The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out. 🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them.

The location of the hotel is excellent and it is generally clean. But I was quite surprised that they have no towels to provide on the second night. And every towel got hair in it which should not be expected.

This hotel is located in the city centre, right to some iconic buildings, with the food hall just walking distance. There is also a big supermarket on the opposite side of the street. Very convenient. Staff are also very nice, and the breakfast is tasty. The hotel have rooms with riverside views, would be nice to have a room with a view. The room size is good, but there is no kettle or cups for drinks. However, as mentioned, you are not too far from all actions and food options.

I really enjoyed my stay. The balcony room is incredible and the location is very convenient.

Alugamos um apartamento por perto, mas ainda não estava pronto, então ficamos no hotel por dois dias assim que chegamos. É muito perto da estação central; do lado direito da saída norte da estação, siga reto até a rua principal e vire à esquerda. A caminhada leva de 15 a 30 minutos, dependendo do seu ritmo. As instalações do quarto são simples e limpas. Precisava imprimir duas páginas urgentemente e a recepcionista me ajudou gratuitamente. As fotos são da vista da rua e do ambiente do bairro. Em frente ao hotel, há vários ônibus que levam ao centro da cidade, e você pode descer bem na porta do hotel na volta. É muito conveniente usar o cartão de crédito para pagar a passagem. A cerca de 15 minutos a pé, há um supermercado turco, Aldi e um AH, então não há problema em encontrar comida, mas não vi nenhuma padaria ou cafeteria por perto.
