Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

The offers a wonderful stay with modern and clean rooms, excellent facilities, and a very convenient location. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience for every guest. Highly recommended!

Отель очень неплох, хотя номера маленькие. Спа - огонь, там почти всегда пусто. Что плохо, так это забывчивый персонал. Забыть положить мыло в номер при заезде гостей. Забыть его принести после напоминания. Забыть отремонтировать лейку в душе. Забыть убрать номер. Пойти за карточкой и не вернуться - это, увы, в норме.

O pequeno-almoço foi variado com muita escolha. Como viajante, senti-me bem e seguro. A recepção foi sempre ocupada e amigável. No quarto do hotel, havia algo de ruído através de ventiladores do exterior, mas eu podia mudar o quarto. Há um supermercado, muitos cafés. Estou muito satisfeito!

The hotel is clean. Reception can speak English and little bit Mandarin, which is very impressive. The gym room is big and have nice swimming pool. Breakfast choice is enough with fresh fruits

convenient downtown location, yet quite quiet; fast check-in check out; 3+ stars facilities; some of the sockets are of UK standard which could be helpful for certain people; central heating is a bit too hot, need to open the window from time to time; bed sheets aren’t changed every 3 days as supposed and the floor could be washed better; gym is the way too small, apart from that all good, breakfast is satisfactory

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

O hotel está bem, está localizado perto de um casino.O pessoal é Muito amigável e útil.A sala é grande e recentemente renovada.O hotel não é 5 estrelas, MAS é Melhor que 3 estrelas. Eles podem melhorar algumas coisas para melhorar. Só há um elevador que estava fora de ordem na manhã, o que significava que tínhamos de ir até aqui para o pequeno-almoço, e há um cheiro muito forte na sala das renovações que precisam ser tratadas. O pequeno-almoço estava bem, MAS nada especial e a qualidade DOS alimentos poderia ser melhorada.

Парень на ресепшене казался недоброжелательным. Пришли заранее за час до заселения, он предложил ранее заселение за 6 долларов за час. Не знаю может быть это фишка отеля такая наживаться за каждый час. Но нас это сразу оттолкнуло. Если номер свободен почему не заселить своих клиентов на час раньше. ? В целом номер большой, все работает исправно. Мы там были одну ночь и нам хватило.
