Had a fantastic stay at Divan Mersin! The service was excellent, and the rooftop restaurant not only offered delicious food but also an amazing panoramic view. The location was perfect as well. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Отдыхала одна, иностранными языками не владею, но у меня не возникло проблем в общении с персоналом. Все были очень приветливы, любезны и готовы помочь. Завтрак был очень хорошим. В номере более- менее чисто. Но очень удивило СИЛЬНО МЯТОЕ ПОСТЕЛЬНОЕ БЕЛЬЕ. Хотелось бы, чтобы ремонт был более свежим, а то в некоторых местах обои прорвались. Сантехника чистая, но от времени она уже затертая. Если не обращать внимания на эти детали, то за эти деньги это очень хороший вариант.

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

MMiladGreat place to stay if ur just driving through like us. Not for a holiday stay but more like a rest stop. Friendly staff especially the valet and the restaurant staff. Check in staff was also nice but checking out time the lady was not very friendly. Rooms are tiny but enough. Quality of blankets can be improved. Shower was hot and perfect. Breakfast quality was good too. Overall a nice hotel.

NNicholasThe hotel and staff itself are great. Nothing is too much hassle. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The main issue is the location however. Really not a nice part of the city I’m afraid and it’s about a 20 minute walk to anything approaching civilization. Other than that a really great hotel😜

GGuest UserThe bedroom was very well designed, Bed & pillows extremely comfortable. It was great to have a duvet that was actually bigger than the bed. Shower was brilliant & great to have a hairdryer that was not attached to the wall, making it easier to style your hair. ALL staff were very helpful, polite & friendly. hope exam went well!). Food could have been a little hotter at times, but other than that it was plentiful and of good quality. All drinks were also of good quality & again a good selection of local & imports. We had a wonderful time. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay. Thanks VM RESORT MERSIN

GGuest UserRest alone, I don't speak foreign languages, but I didn't have any problems in communicating with the staff. Everyone was very friendly, kind and ready to help. Breakfast was very good. In the room more or less clean. But very surprised STREAT MIT BED LINE. I wish the repair was fresher, or some places the wallpaper broke. The pipeline is clean, but from time to time it is already erased. If you don't pay attention to these details, it's a very good option for this money.
