The hotel is in a good location near several sights in Thessaloniki city. The room was decently sized, and cleaning services satisfactory. We didn’t always get a new toilet roll, but luckily we never ran out. Walls are thin and we had some very noisy neighbours for some of the nights, which kept us up. The pool in the roof top is great and the bar serves everything you might need, we also used the gym which is limited but gets the job done, and the spa, which was wonderful.

Das Thess Residences war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück in Ordnung. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Perfectamente ubicado. Habitaciones modernas y limpias. Desayuno muy completo y rico. Por poner un pero, la luz del baño es muy oscura.

A delightful stay! The front desk team was knowledgeable and always ready with great local tips. Breakfast was absolutely scrumptious — a lovely way to start the day. The location couldn’t be better, with most attractions within easy walking distance. The room was on the smaller side, but the cute little balcony made it feel extra cozy and charming.

I recently stayed at the Egnatia Palace Hotel & Spa and it was an extraordinary experience. The elegant lobby, luxurious accommodations, and exceptional staff made me feel like a VIP guest from the moment I arrived. The hotel's spa was a serene oasis of relaxation. The skilled therapists and serene ambiance made every moment a pure delight. I left feeling completely pampered and refreshed. The accommodations were luxurious, with immaculate cleanliness and tasteful decor. It was the perfect retreat after exploring the city. Overall, my experience at the Egnatia Palace Hotel & Spa exceeded all expectations.

Excellent location, and very kind staff made our stay memorable. The room is large and has a design touch to it. Breakfast is absolutely recommendable. Overall great stay, we will book Elisabeth Boutique again the next time we come back to Thessaloniki!
