Olá, o interior do hotel e os quartos estavam muito limpos. Os quartos não eram muito grandes, mas eram adequados. Não há área designada para fumantes no hotel; é preciso sair para fumar. O café da manhã atendeu às expectativas. O mais importante é que a localização é ótima, a uma curta distância a pé do metrô, mas é adequada apenas para mulheres durante o dia; à noite, algumas das ruas ao redor ficam desertas e perigosas. Os funcionários foram muito prestativos e atentos à limpeza.

We loved it. Fabulous apartment/hotel room with everything we wanted including the well equipped mini kitchen. All the staff were friendly and helpful too. Location was great, within easy reach of the metro station and walking distance to central Athens. Will definitely book again!

O tipo de quarto do Apartamento Duplex NÃO é Duplex. Não existe esse tipo de quarto no hotel! Levamos horas para resolver as coisas com Trip.com, mas o hotel está lotado. Nada pode ser feito a menos que eu mude para outro hotel. Acabei ficando em uma suíte de um quarto com apenas uma pequena cama de casal. Não há cama extra nem sofá-cama. Pró: - A localização fica a apenas 3 minutos a pé da estação ferroviária. - O estado do hardware da sala é bom. Contras: - Quarto AC NÃO é suficiente!! Está acima de 29 graus, não importa a temperatura que coloquemos. O pequeno quarto não tem ar condicionado dentro e eu não consegui dormir devido ao calor. Faz mais de 30 graus no quarto o tempo todo sem ar.... se eu abrir a janela, o AC estará completamente desligado.. - A temperatura do chuveiro é água muito quente ou fria... - não há ventilador ou sistema de ar no banheiro. - não há ganchos ou cabides no banheiro para segurar toalhas ou roupas. - Não há restaurante de café da manhã, mas uma caixa com itens diversos. Em geral, não vou ficar de novo!!

The place is in a very convenient location. Facilities are a little old. Buffet is very good. I had a trouble with the card to enter to room and the receptionist imply I didn't know how to use it I had to go twice because of that it happen 3 times during my stay of 3 nights. The cards are obsolete if they said that those inactivate when electric devises such cellphones or earphones are near. But breakfast is very good.

Very nice hotel with great rooms and excellent location. The restaurant has a great range of food and all of the dishes we had were fantastic. The view of the restaurant is also great, highly recommend booking the restaurant table with good views of the Acropolis. The breakfast variety is limited but nice quality. Overall it's highly recommended and we really enjoyed our time there.

Great location just outside Syntagma station. The AirPort Express bus is just around the corner. It also has quite a good breakfast spread. We could even see the Acropolis from our room. You will get 10% discount if you dine at the rooftop restaurant with great view of the Acropolis. Everything is good, just a bit pricey.

Athens Airport has long been my gateway between Ireland and Israel, and Sofitel is the only real comfortable option for an overnight layover. The location is unbeatable — you just walk out of the terminal, cross three zebra crossings, and you’re in the lobby. The hotel is definitely 5-star and feels it in cleanliness and comfort. The room was spotless and quiet, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. However, prices are steep. Normally it’s around €400 per night for two adults and a child, though I managed to book midweek for about half that. Still expensive, but I wanted comfort — and got it. The booking didn’t clearly confirm if an extra bed was included for my child, and neither Trip nor the hotel replied to my message, though we did get the bed in the end without extra charge. Breakfast is not included in the high price, and €30 per person felt excessive, so we skipped it. Also, food options are overpriced — €22 for a “Greek salad” that oddly came with ricotta. We ended up getting Burger King from the terminal, much better value. The indoor pool was clean but the water was colder than expected and the size modest. The shower had fluctuating warm water, a small annoyance but tolerable for one night. Overall: great convenience and comfort for an airport hotel, but pricing for food and extras feels unreasonable.

The most remarkable feature is the helpfulness of the front desk staff - nothing is to much trouble for them. Rooms are adequate with good air conditioning and WiFi. They do not look like the photos in the website or on trip advisor - no comfortable chair to relax in. I get the impression they believe if you want to relax that’s what you’re beds for. Disregard the photos - the room is basic but modern and workable. Loved my stay here. Accessible to metro and a nice restaurant nearby.
