Gostei deste hotel! Bem conveniente e espaçoso, bom cafe da manha também. O unico ponto ruim é não ter lugar para estacionar na frente do hotel. Também não gostei das funcionarias pegando meu celular para fazer uma avaliação enquanto eu precisava ver se meu taxi chegou! Falta de educação.

O hotel é muito bom, muito conveniente, no aeroporto, chegámos tarde à noite e não queríamos ir à cidade tarde à noite, então decidimos ficar no aeroporto e viajar no dia seguinte. O hotel é Muito limpo, o pessoal é Muito bom e útil, tudo no quarto é novo e conveniente.

I had a 21 hour transit flight at Hangzhou. Haoyi Hotel appeared in trip.com app and showed it's very close to the airport. As my departure flight is at 9:30AM early in the morning, I decided to choose the hotel with easy access to the airport without rushing. The hotel is only one station away via Metro Line 7 and walking distance of 550m from Xingang station. The hotel is clean and newly renovated. The hotel provides free shuttle bus service to the airport - arrangement made during check-in at the reception counter at the lobby.

This is absolutely one of the best resort hotels we have stayed. The view to the lake is not the best but we are very happy to be hearing bird chirpping in the morning. The corridor of the hotel is unbelievable wide and spacious. The service provided is amongst the best that a hotel could provide. This hotel in the best location next to Nanhu where most of the sights are within walking distance or very close by. It is offering beautiful and relaxing walks along the lake. Going to the old city wall or to the old town takes only a short ride on the taxi of about 10 minutes. The restaurant for breakfast is just beautiful and the food is excellent. We just love this hotel and we will be back. If you are planning to visit Jiaxing, this will be the best hotel in Nanhu. Jiaxing is just absolutely serene and beautiful. We have taken heaps of beautiful photos and so lucky to be staying at Jiaxing Nanhu Resort Hotel.

Tenho que dar nota máxima à localização e às instalações deste hotel! A localização é perfeita, no coração do Lago Oeste, ao lado do Hubin Yintai, o que torna as compras e as refeições muito convenientes. O transporte é ainda mais fácil, a apenas cem metros da estação de metrô, com acesso direto de metrô ao Aeroporto de Xiaoshan e às principais estações de trem, tornando a viagem super eficiente. As instalações superaram totalmente as expectativas: os quartos são espaçosos e bem iluminados, a roupa de cama é macia e limpa, e há itens práticos como robôs de entrega de comida, bebedouros e micro-ondas. Viajar em família é totalmente sem preocupações, e da próxima vez que eu for a Hangzhou, escolherei este lugar novamente.

這次來龍遊玩，選這家酒店真的選對了！ 位置特別好，出門逛街、吃飯都方便，離大潤發、東方商廈很近，去龍遊石窟、民居苑這些景點也很方便，出行超省心。 房間乾淨整潔，床睡得很舒服，整體裝修很有格調，能看出來是用心設計過的。 設施齊全，住着很舒心，前台服務也熱情周到，辦理入住退房都很快。

Able to send courier parcel from Taobao to hotel nefore checking in. Parcels are received and placed in a box under check in counter - help yourself to retrieve. Robot delivery to room available. Under renovation right now so lift is rather messy. Surprised that room comes with face wash, make up remover oil, hair gel and laundry detergent. Didn't dare to use it but thought it was a nice touch. Coffee machine and tea in the lobby for self service. Serve supper 9pm-11pm but I missed it during my stay so no reviews on that.
