The hotel no longer offers a free shuttle to the Border Gate (Guanzha). My request for a room facing the park couldn't be accommodated. However, it's quite convenient to walk to the Lighthouse, Lou Lim Ieoc Garden, and *** from here. The rooms are clean and soundproofing is excellent. You have to ask the staff specifically for slippers. It was renovated in 2016, so it has a bit of an older feel, but it's very well-maintained and offers good value for money. The buffet breakfast restaurant has a nice view of the park.

Excellent stay with outstanding service and great location! We had a fantastic family stay at this hotel and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The location is excellent – conveniently close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it very easy to explore the area without any hassle. What truly made our trip special was the exceptional service from Selene, Delia , Wilson at the front desk. They was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Upon arrival, Selene surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade to a larger and more comfortable space. Knowing we were traveling as a family with multiple bookings, she also kindly arranged for all our rooms to be on the same floor – such a thoughtful touch that made everything so much more convenient and enjoyable for us. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Everything about this hotel felt just right for families. A big thank you to Selene, Delia, Wilson and the team! We highly recommend this hotel, especially for its prime location and top-notch hospitality. We’ll definitely return on our next visit.

This time I chose to stay at the YOHO Golden Island Hotel in Macau, which offers great value for money 🏨. I stumbled upon it on Xiaohongshu and was instantly captivated by the room view. I booked the Pure Gold (Golden Island) Fireworks Seaview Room for around $7xx. The room was spacious and comfortable, with warm and elegant lighting, and a subtle, pleasant fragrance. Located in the heart of the Macau Peninsula, the hotel room offered panoramic views of the Macau Tower, Penha Hill Chapel 💒, and Nam Van Lake 🌃. Downstairs is the YOHO Golden Island Mall, with everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment – super convenient! 🤩 There are clothes, cosmetics, a cinema, supermarket, restaurants, and more. 🏨 Hotel lobby on the 2nd floor 🏋️ Gym room 24hrs (2/F) 🏊‍♀️ Three infinity pools where you can swim and enjoy beautiful views (2/F). One of them is a heated pool (so you can swim comfortably even in winter). 🌟🎶 You can even swim and listen to music underwater! 🏪 Convenience store 24hrs (2/F) 🍽️ Restaurants (2/F) After checking in and dropping off our luggage, my friend and I went downstairs to watch a movie. This cinema is Macau's first Bona International Cinema. My friend and I watched Zootopia 2 there – the environment and facilities were excellent 👍. They have VIP screening rooms with different themes, USB charging ports, and small lights. ☕️ After the movie, we went to the famous Blooom for a coffee. The outdoor red apple trees were adorned with Christmas ribbons and scarves, super cute! 🍣 Hokkaido Uoichi Rotating Sushi Fresh ingredients and a wide variety, also great value for money. 🎭 South Beauty Elegant and upscale dining environment with a variety of dishes, featuring Sichuan, Hunan, Shandong, and Cantonese cuisines. Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The hotel room was easy to find and quite spacious. Danny even helped us with an upgrade! Our luggage was handled by a dedicated staff member who brought it to our room, though it did take a bit of time, about half an hour. When checking out, you can call ahead for someone to pick up your luggage and store it. Owen was very friendly and patiently explained everything. The only thing that could be improved is my friend mentioned the duvet was a bit thin. Also, finding our way to the Grand Canal for late-night snacks often led us astray. I'll definitely be back next time!

I originally booked a room without tickets, but then I found a package deal and bothered Ctrip customer service #JiangJiang multiple times. Thank you for your hard work in helping me switch packages! I also bothered the hotel's reservation department employee #Karina a few times, and I'm so grateful for your excellent service. You specifically helped me arrange a birthday setup for the room. The hotel housekeeping staff's service was also fantastic, which deeply touched me. I hope you all can maintain this level of service; the future looks bright. For families with kids visiting Macau, Celebrity Tower is a no-brainer. The rooms come with lots of complimentary snacks and instant noodles! If you have any special requests, remember to contact the reservations department #Karina in advance to arrange them. I hope the hotel pays more attention to its reservation department staff. This department, which conveys the brand's value solely through voice, deserves thanks for their attentive listening and feedback. I wish all your employees more care and appreciation.

The room was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, offering views of Hengqin, Zhuhai across the water in Taipa. The facilities are luxurious and complete, and the hygiene is top-notch – truly excellent. The service was also first-rate.

Overall, it was better than expected; not as dated as I thought. There wasn't a musty smell in the room, but the air freshener was a bit overpowering. However, it is an 80s hotel after all, so it's definitely not modern.

We had a great stay here. Nice Christmas 🎄 decorations in the hotel. Staff very helpful with everything. Breakfast was ok (great pastries 🥐) could have some more options like fresh vegetables. Location is nice next to river with walking distance to old center. Pity the casino was closed, seems there will not be a restart of these facilities here. Therefore also less options for shuttle buses (ferry, boarder, etc). The room was good but we had a room with this connection door to another room, where sounds from direct neighbors can be heard through quite well. But overall pleasant stay.

The best part was definitely the swimming pool: it's 25m long and about 1.5m deep. The water quality was good, and there were also three hot tubs for relaxation. In the changing rooms, they provided L'Occitane shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion. The bathtub in the room was quite large, and the magnifying mirror was a nice touch. The room decor was very European and had a 'girly' style. However, there were quite a few downsides: 1. The bed was too narrow; it was hard to turn over if you're not small. Both my friend and I experienced unbearable itching at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I'm not sure what was wrong with the duvet. 2. The standard twin room we checked into didn't have body lotion. 3. Some of the charging outlets were broken. 4. The bathroom door made a loud creaking noise when opening and closing, which would wake up the other person in the room. 5. The location is a bit out of the way, at the very end of Fisherman's Wharf, so you need a taxi to get to the city center. Overall, the value for money was still pretty good. It's worth noting that I stayed at three hotels over these three days, and the other two offered free room upgrades, whereas this hotel refused.

Environment: The room was spacious enough and directly overlooked the garden, starting the day off right! 💚💚💚 Spent two leisurely days in Macau, enjoying the Grand Lisboa Palace~~ The French garden here is absolutely stunning! This dreamlike sky garden feels like a secret garden from a European palace. The Baroque architecture beautifully contrasts with the lush green lawns and exquisite gardens surrounding it. It transports you back in time to old movie scenes of aristocratic weddings. Every corner is a fantastic backdrop for photos, and it's definitely become a popular spot for influencers. #GrandLisboaPalace
