The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

The lobby is very spacious, complete with a comfortable lounge area. Check-in was exceptionally quick, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. Our room was spotlessly clean and meticulously looked after, and the cleaning staff were incredibly kind and enthusiastic. I was thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The location also offers very convenient access to transportation. It's truly outstanding and provides incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone!

O hotel está idealmente localizado no coração do distrito comercial central, com todos os seus restaurantes, parques e acesso ao lago Ruyi, além de fácil acesso ao transporte público – você pode pegar o metrô para qualquer área da cidade, bem como para o aeroporto ou ambas as estações ferroviárias. Excelente serviço na recepção e nos quartos, uma boa seleção de pratos para o café da manhã e, claro, vistas deslumbrantes das janelas.

Depois de quatro noites, dou uma avaliação perfeita. Primeiro, vamos falar sobre o design. A estética geral é consistente com o design de interiores, com três linhas verticais e três horizontais, além de tijolos e azulejos azuis. Muitos detalhes também refletem a qualidade, como os bordados nas paredes, a textura do papel de parede e a espessura das toalhas de chão. Em seguida, vamos falar sobre o serviço. A equipe da recepção foi excelente, atendendo a todas as necessidades, tanto físicas quanto mentais. Sabendo que não gostamos de bebidas açucaradas, eles até forneceram água mineral especial de Luoyang. Por causa do incidente do dia anterior, eles até forneceram café da manhã (e, surpreendentemente, um ovo cozido com duas gemas). E, por fim, vamos falar sobre o proprietário (um dos proprietários). Ele se esforçou muito para criar esta hospedagem domiciliar, e há tantas histórias para contar. Espero ouvir mais delas algum dia. Eu adoro. Por fim, por estar localizado na rua antiga, chamar um táxi pode ser complicado. A recepção dá gorjetas e pode chamar um táxi.

It is good service and beautiful room. Nearby the Mall have Haidilao Hotpot, HeyTea and many many local food. It is taking only 3km-4km to Zhengzhou Dong Station quite near and other location Longmen Groot, Sui & Tang Dynasty, Laoyi Acient Town with very deliciouse hotpot at exit Gate . Happy to stay here i will come back soon.i

I booked Yunlv Bloom Hotel because it’s very close to the airport, just about a 10-minute drive, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was spacious, with a large king-sized bed that was extremely comfortable to sleep in. The hotel staff were also very thoughtful — as we had to check out early at 5:30am to catch our flight, they prepared a breakfast pack for us containing sausage, milk, and two pieces of bread. The hotel also provides free transport to the airport, which made the entire experience even more convenient. Highly recommended if you need quick and easy access to the airport!

It was alittle further than some of the places I wanted to go but it’s no fault of the hotel! Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful and also gave me an upgrade being off peak season! Room is spacious and bed is comfortable! Though once the curtains were shut the room became very dark due to its colour scheme and decor which makes it hard to read even when I had all the lights on! Was in Zhengzhou to catch up with friends so didn’t do much sightseeing but lots of options of malls to go to!

The location is very good, it is very convenient to visit Fat Dong, the room is also very big, the lake view is also very good, the front desk lady is also good, the disadvantage is too noisy! The sound on the road at night is very loud, the decoration is during the day, the morning starts, the service gives the lowest score, it is the delivery station of 1.30, let it go 10 minutes in advance, the result is that the car 1.50 arrived, I really fainted, where is the meaning of the appointment, tell 35-40, I took the children to the penalty station for 20 minutes, and rushed to the high-speed rail. The driver drove 50 yards at most and would not choose again.

For some of the weekend, I took a train from Xi’an to Kaifeng. This weekend, a cold front came in. It didn’t matter because the Gulou night market had everything I needed to adjust. I found some hidden spots (like Bayu Morning Rikaye Alcohol, Lecker’s Leban German Restaurant, and Jieyou Grocery Little Bar) while exploring. The Millenium Park, Gulou Market, and Wansui Shan Wuxia City are very close. The hotel property is great for walking, and the room was really comfortable. Front desk was easy to communicate with despite the language barrier, and everything very efficient. There is a nice gym and pool, but I was out exploring. There is also a shuttle which can take you to a couple of spots nearby. This property is good for conventions or families, but I was fine as a solo traveler. Food good.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Very nice place. The transport driver, Mr Zhifeng Gu is very kind, very helpful. Really recommend this place to everyone who’ll visit Zhengzhou. Thanks!
