Essa é a bagagem pequena que fica sob o assento da frente, inclusa em todas as tarifas da LATAM, sem exceção. Seu tamanho máximo oficial é 45x35x20 cm (incluindo bolsos, alças e zíperes) e peso de até 10 kg (todas as classes, Economy ou Premium).
Itens permitidos como bagagem pessoal: mochila pequena, carteira, bolsa de notebook, bolsa de bebê, bolsa de mão ou case de câmera. Essa bagagem não conta no limite da bagagem de mão, desde que respeite os limites de tamanho e peso.

A bagagem de mão, ela é inclusa em todas as tarifas (mesmo a Light) e deve caber no compartimento superior do avião. O tamanho máximo oficial é 55x35x25 cm (incluindo rodas, alças e acessórios) — tamanho fixo para todos os voos (domésticos e internacionais).
O limite de peso varia de acordo com a tarifa:

Como Adicionar Bagagem Extra na LATAM?
Se sua tarifa não inclui bagagem despachada (ex: Light) ou você precisa bagagem extra, a LATAM permite a compra em canais autorizados — compre com antecedência para economizar, pois os preços aumentam se adquirida no aeroporto. Os valores variam por antecedência da compra, estação (alta/baixa) e rota de viagem (não há valores fixos no site oficial).

Itens Proibidos e Restritos na LATAM
A LATAM proíbe ou restringe itens em bagagens de mão/despachada por razões de segurança, seguindo as regulamentações de aviação internacional. Abaixo, a lista atualizada do site oficial, com destaque para itens recorrentes (ex: power bank).
Itens PROIBIDOS (nunca permitidos em nenhuma bagagem)
- Armas, munições, explosivos e fogos de artifício;
- Drogas ilícitas e substâncias psicotrópicas sem receita médica;
- Materiais tóxicos, corrosivos, radioativos e inflamáveis (ex: gasolina, ácido sulfúrico, álcool concentrado >70%);
- Animais e plantas sem autorização prévia da LATAM (para viajar com animais de assistência, o ideal é solicitar o serviço com até 48h de antecedência);
- Produtos falsificados (moeda, documentos, mercadorias com violação de propriedade intelectual).
Itens RESTRITOS (permitidos sob condições específicas)
- Power bank (carregador portátil): apenas em bagagem de mão (nunca na bagagem despachada). Sem aprovação prévia se ≤100Wh; 100Wh a 160Wh com aprovação da LATAM (48h antes da partida); ≥160Wh proibido. Máximo 2 unidades por passageiro, embaladas para evitar curto-circuito.
- Líquidos (bagagem de mão): Cada frasco dever ter até 100ml, totalizando, no máximo, 1L por passageiro. Os líquidos devem ser transportados em sacola plástica transparente que possa ser fechada. The chalet is really very good: spacious, beautiful, and with an amazing view. It has all the kitchen utensils, although we didn’t use them, and it was extremely clean. I definitely recommend it.
The only slightly inconvenient point is the location. The chalet is located at the top of the property, so you need to rely on the reception to arrange transportation to the main area, where the reception and beach access are located. It’s not possible to walk down, as the distance is quite far.
For those who rent a motorbike, this isn’t an issue and everything becomes very easy. However, without your own transport, it can be a bit uncomfortable having to depend on the hotel’s shuttle whenever you want to go down to the beach or leave the hotel.DeJPY 7.565

The pool water was very clean, and being on the 7th floor with no obstructions, the view was excellent. The room was super spacious and very clean, with all the sofas and chairs looking brand new. The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and even offered welcome drinks. The only downside was the breakfast. Although it's served until 10:30 AM, by a little past 9 AM, almost all the food trays were empty. There were only 2-3 trays with a small amount of food left. I walked around and couldn't find anything to eat, which was quite disappointing. Eventually, a staff member brought me a plate of stir-fried rice noodles, which at least filled me up. This was the first time in decades of traveling that I've encountered such a breakfast situation. We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast on the second day was only slightly better, still feeling like leftovers. It's also quite close to the King Power Duty-Free Shop.DeJPY 7.062

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. From arrival, Front Desk Agent Polly and Guest Assistant Minnie were incredibly helpful and friendly. Even the buggy driver kindly explained the room facilities and minibar details to us.
Our tropical garden view room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. A special thank you to our room housekeeping for the thoughtful birthday decoration, it truly made my day extra special.
Breakfast offered a wide vegetarian-friendly selection with salad bar, cheese, bakery items, and more. I would love to see a bit more variety in the Asian local dishes, as the menu was quite similar each day. Tropical fruits are my favourite in the resort.
The resort feels like a one-stop getaway with a beautiful beach and clear water. Have to rent snorkelling gear and I recommend renting wet shoes due to stones and dead coral in the beach area. I had a small injury from the coral, but the beach staff took great care of me.
We also enjoyed the small petting zoo, the staffs were very friendly. Overall, the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It’s perfect for anyone looking for relaxation and quiet time, and we would definitely love to return.DeJPY 10.222

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Splash Beach Resort. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived until check-out. The reception team and all hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our stay.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I was especially impressed by the staff’s attention to detail and the genuine care they showed to every guest. The hotel facilities were outstanding, and everything was organized perfectly.
The restaurants and bars at the resort were fantastic. The food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the beautiful beachfront swimming pool — such an amazing place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
A special thank you to Anna and Duan at the reception for taking such great care of us. Their kindness and professionalism made our experience even more memorable.

Would like to sincerely thank The Nature Phuket for giving us such a wonderful and memorable experience during our stay, even though it was only for one night in Phuket. The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were absolutely amazing, and every staff member we met was genuinely friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to the team for successfully fulfilling our requests, especially the last-minute birthday surprise for my friend. I had forgotten to inform them earlier, but after confirming her birthday through her passport, they thoughtfully managed to prepare a sweet surprise for her on the very same day.

The resort has 2 pools, and most rooms are pool-access. The price before Chinese New Year was 440 a night, which is decent value for money. It's very close to Rawai Beach, with a 7-Eleven and sea-view restaurants right outside. Now for the downsides: 1. No clothes rack in the room, so no way to wash and dry clothes. 2. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. 3. For a family of three, there's an extra charge of 150 THB for the child, but no extra bed is provided. 4. The room was very spacious, and there’s a 7-Eleven right across the road which was super convenient. The location is also really good — we walked everywhere during our trip and it was very easy to get around.
The only thing that made us a little uncomfortable was that there was a connecting door inside the room leading to the room next door. At first it felt a bit worrying, and unfortunately the guests next door checked in around 2am and were drinking, talking, and laughing loudly, so it was quite hard for us to sleep. The soundproofing could definitely be improved.
Other than that, everything else was really good👌 We requested a birthday decoration for my boyfriend and it turned out so cute 🥹 The towel cake decoration was adorable hahaha. Thank you so much for the effort and warm service 🤍DeJPY 6.583

We stayed at the Phuket Orchid Resort & Spa and were very satisfied. It's not a luxurious or extravagant hotel, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
We really liked the large, well-maintained grounds, two spacious swimming pools, and its own mini water park with two big slides. This is a fantastic bonus for a hotel, especially if you're traveling with kids or just love pools.
The room was always clean, and housekeeping was done daily and thoroughly. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion. Everything was simple but decent and convenient.
The location deserves a special mention. Karon Beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and there are plenty of shops, cafes, and everything else you need for your vacation nearby.
Early check-in was a pleasant surprise. We were able to check in around 1:00 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3:00 PM. Thanks to the staff for this flexibility.
Breakfasts were good: there was enough variety, so you definitely won't go hungry. No extraordinary culinary experiences, but everything was tasty and perfectly decent.
The only minor point is that the hotel is very popular and gets quite crowded. During breakfast, it can be quite noisy and busy. Most of the guests are Russian-speaking tourists, so sometimes it feels like a large family resort.

Hizmetliler hep güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Hemen saygılı bir şekilde selamlıyorlar sizi.
Oda çok geniş, hemen odadan havuza dalıyorsunuz . Odanın önünde kendi Şezlonglarınız var. Plaj havlusu, yağmur veya güneş için şemsiyeleriniz bile var hatta sinek için mat bile var ve her gün tabletin yenisini koyuyorlar.
Otelin her tarafı çok güzel tropikal çiçeklerle dolu. En çok ta taylandin meshur beyaz çiçeği (galiba lotus) ve orkideleri beğendim.
Tayland tatilimin böyle çok yüksek kalitede başlamasından dolayı çok mutluyum.

A great hotel for a family vacation. It’s surrounded by beautiful nature, in a safe area with little traffic and no pushy street vendors.
The hotel is located within the Laguna complex, which offers a free shuttle service. The only store within walking distance is the modest Top’s, but you can drive to a 7-Eleven.
You can get to the beach by boat, but around 8–9 a.m. and in the evening, the boat will be packed with families with children and strollers. You can also walk there; taking it easy, it takes about 8–10 minutes, though part of the way is in the heat. There are plenty of private sun loungers at the beach. However, the front row closest to the sea is taken from early morning.
The rooms feature a kitchen, a small living area, and two air conditioners. They come with dishes and cutlery. Housekeeping is provided every other day. The trash disposal system is interesting—it’s done through a special “locker,” so the staff doesn’t need to come into your room to take out the trash. It’s a great system.
The hotel’s clientele consists mainly of families with small children and older couples.

There is complete breakdown when call front desk for follow thru.
Air conditioning not working all front seat at 9:30 they say someone right up but my wife left don’t a disturb on door.
Fro t deal could have called but did nothing.
I wake up 12:20am saying we are waiting and remove the dont disturb and front desk say they’ll be right up.
At 2:30am no one comes so call front desk again they send someone up who looks at it and says it’s good and o show him it’s not good so he says I’ll be back in 5 minutes then half hour later he’s fixed some computor and it finally works.
Bad communication and no follow-up by front desk to see job is done.
Have full but housekeeping g gave us no paper so I sat emergency bro g paper ok front desk says but an hour later no paper and I call desk again because housekeeping never answers their phone so they say 10 minutes and I say no now now now finally someone delivers.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! It's better to book rooms from 48 sq m and up. We had a 30 sq m room, which was a bit small. Our windows faced the mosque, but it wasn't an issue; we're sound sleepers and didn't hear anything. Maybe a tiny bit, but nothing critical. It's a city hotel, exactly as described. We really loved the staff! Almost everyone was responsive and friendly. The reception, the male room service staff, and the ladies at dinner were all fantastic finds. A special thank you to the chef! This is a hostel with a predominantly white, community-oriented vibe. It has all the basic amenities. If you're fluent in English, love party culture, and are an extrovert, this place is perfect for you. Of course, it also helps if you have plenty of money, as a scoop of protein powder here is 100 RMB, and just adding water costs another 100 RMB. If you're like me and mishear 'Sea Side' as 'cigarette' and are quite introverted, you might be better off finding a quieter, sleep-focused hostel. P.S. I stayed in Building D for 5 nights. I communicated my check-in requirements to the hotel in advance, and despite being in a bustling area, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were all very welcoming and the hotel is quite large, so the shuttle service was very convenient, usually taking about 5 minutes. The dining areas are separate, which I personally think is safer and more reasonable. The hotel offers a wide range of entertainment facilities. Many thanks to all the staff. The property is located directly on the beachfront, which is definitely its strongest point. The room we were assigned has a partial sea view. Unfortunately, part of the view also includes some rather neglected surroundings, but the beauty of the ocean largely makes up for it. In terms of services, there are a few shortcomings. The toilet tends to clog easily, and some amenities that are quite standard in many hotels are missing, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, or disposable slippers. Instead, the hotel provides a beach basket with towels and a pair of plastic flip-flops to use during the stay. However, these flip-flops are not new, and it is unclear whether they are properly sanitized between guests. Excellent, absolutely fantastic! This is my third trip to Phuket, and I've stayed in over a dozen hotels. I can honestly say this might be the one I'll book again next time. I saw a package deal on another platform and I'm already tempted to book it now!
The rooms are very new, and the pool is large and beautiful. The only slight drawback is that the breakfast isn't particularly outstanding; it could use more variety.
Kata Beach is one of my favorite beaches in Phuket, and there are many great places to eat nearby. The hotel's location is excellent.
I highly recommend against staying in Patong. Patong Beach has raw sewage discharging directly into the ocean; it's practically a cesspool, which is truly heartbreaking. I've joined a Phuket environmental protection group.
We regularly organize beach cleanups, and I really hope this hotel could organize similar events for guests to participate in, helping us collectively protect the beautiful beaches of Phuket!DeJPY 8.929

Facilities: The room wasn't very big, and the facilities were quite old. The handrail next to the bathtub in the bathroom was rusty. There's only one pool, an outdoor one on the rooftop, which felt a bit limited.
Hygiene: The hygiene was acceptable.
Environment: It's about a 5-minute walk to Patong Beach. Breakfast was good. However, the soundproofing in the room wasn't great; you could clearly hear conversations in the hallway from inside the room.
Service: It was alright. We booked two rooms for two nights. Since we were traveling with a child, we asked for a late check-out on the day we were leaving. The hotel informed us that there would be an additional charge of 2000 Thai Baht for checking out after 2 PM.DeJPY 12.712

I saw some people mention discrimination, but I really don't think that's the case. Some folks just need to chill out. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly friendly and even helped me upgrade my room at my own expense. They also kept my phone safe when I left it at the front desk – truly a fantastic experience. The breakfast area was a bit warm, but the fans made it bearable. I wanted to stay in Patong but was worried the beach area would be too noisy, so I chose this hotel. In reality, walking to Patong Beach was a bit of a challenge, mainly due to the heat and the difficult path. As a result, I ended up taking a taxi every time I went out, with the starting fare being 300 baht.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a tropical rainforest vibe. Since it's located on a hill, it felt a bit cooler than the beachside. Lounging by the pool was very comfortable, and I was constantly offered snacks.
Service was decent. Staff helped with luggage during check-in and check-out, and even in the basic room type, the staff folded towel animals like little crabs. A particular shout-out to the attentive, slender male server at the pool bar – excellent service!
Overall, it was good, and I might consider staying here again in the future.
P.S. This hotel isn't really family-friendly! I'd say it's more geared towards adults. For example, there was lively music by the pool until 10 PM, and alcohol was sold everywhere.DeJPY 23.412

Let me put it this way: I was curious about Laguna and wanted to explore it, but staying within the resort complex was incredibly inconvenient. The free boat service had no schedule, so we had no idea how to get around. The hotel is so massive that it's easy to get lost, and there are no clear signs to guide you.
Also, I'm not sure why, but when I booked, it clearly stated three breakfasts were included, and it turned out to be no breakfast at all. I highly doubt I misread it. The check-in welcome ceremony was excellent though; the young man who assisted me left a fantastic impression! However, the hotel facilities are dated, and the drainage in the bathroom was poor.
What I really want to emphasize is that I hope the hotel doesn't just focus on clearing fallen leaves and debris within its own grounds. Please do more to clean the beaches, especially beyond your immediate area, and organize regular beach clean-up activities. You could even involve guests as volunteers. I went out to clean the beach myself this morning. I truly hope the hotel will extend its efforts to protect and regularly clean other beaches, not just its own. During the rainy season, a lot of trash washes ashore, which is a real eyesore and quite upsetting.
The natural environment here is undeniably beautiful, but staying here makes it feel very inconvenient to go anywhere.
Perhaps it's because we just came from a top-tier hotel in Phuket, The Surin, so there was a slight drop in expectations. Overall, it's still good, and I hope it continues to improve.DeJPY 17.930

Excellent place to stay with kids. There are quite a few pools and water parks, so hotel doesn't seem crowded and it is hard to get bored. There are plenty of shops around so there is actually no need to travel far. The beach is beautiful, however, we were there during the low season and didn't have a chance to enjoy swimming in the sea. The staff was nice and friendly. We had an issue with the room - I booked the quiet one with two beds, but they don't have such option in the wing where we were staying and my family was put in the room with the street view. Apart from loud noise from bikes at night, daytime was accompanied by the sounds from the nearby construction site and I spent first three days with the horrible headache because od the noise. However, the staff was helpful and the issue was resolved. If you need the quiet room, its better to reach the hotel in advance and make sure they have the appropriate rooms.DeJPY 22.886

Cleanliness: As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a very pleasant scent. The room was also exceptionally clean. While it felt a little dated, it didn't detract from the experience at all.

Environment: The hotel is ideally located with a street full of massage parlors right outside the front door, and direct access to Karon Beach from the back, offering both lively and tranquil options – very convenient.
Hygiene: Despite being a sea-view room, there was absolutely no musty smell, which is quite rare and impressive.

The room was big and we were really happy with it. We loved the bed — it was very large and comfortable. We didn’t get to use the swimming pool because we didn’t have much time. The staff were great and excellent overall.
We did not request housekeeping on our second day. Someone cleaned the room and thank you for that,but they forgot to replace the bath mat when we returned around 11 PM. I was too tired to ask, so I just let it go. However, I was surprised later when they questioned why the bath mat was missing. I definitely had no plans to take a bath mat with me on my way to Koh Pangan! 😂 the lady who assisted us in checked put were so lovely she just did her job and apologize for asking this and she did a great job.And to the guy who assisted printing my bus ticket thank you so much.
The towels also weren’t changed during service and there was no bath mat, but honestly, it was fine with us. Still, being accused of taking the bath mat was a bit insane. 😭DeJPY 6.918

This hotel is a solid all-rounder, with the only downside being its inconvenient location. That deadly steep hill definitely gives your lungs and heart a workout! However, it's quite convenient if you're planning a trip to Koh Racha. Plus, there's a cheap massage parlor right down the hill – 300 baht for an hour of pure bliss. The hotel also has a Let's Relax branch, and I tried both. Thailand should really make 'massages' a UNESCO World Heritage! A 7-Eleven is also within a ten-minute walk, and once you go down the hill and turn the corner, there are plenty of restaurants. I tried two, and both tasted pretty good: one Chinese restaurant with couplets (can't remember the name, but it looked like it was run by Cantonese people) and another with two chefs.
I booked a garden view room for 600 baht, which came with a super-sized Jacuzzi. Remember to bring bath bombs if you stay here; it's perfect for a soak with your partner. The Jacuzzi is outdoors, so privacy isn't its strongest suit, but you can always wear a swimsuit.
The room itself is quite spacious, with a capsule coffee machine and free water. Mini-bar snacks aren't complimentary. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the room feels very dry and not humid at all. The cleanliness is also quite good.
My room wasn't accessible by elevator; I had to walk up a flight of stairs. However, the concierge helped with the luggage, so it wasn't a big issue.
The rooftop infinity pool offers a fantastic view overlooking Kata Beach, and there's also a restaurant there. Breakfast is decent, with a different theme every day. The gym equipment is also pretty comprehensive.
I didn't encounter any of the discrimination issues I'd heard about online; the staff were all very nice. It's a very modern hotel, and I really liked it. However, it's adults-only and doesn't accommodate children. I think it's perfect for couples, and most of the guests I saw were indeed couples. If I visit Phuket again, I'd definitely consider staying here.DeJPY 9.312

My room was nice and clean, and the hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything in Patong. Unfortunately, I was given a joined room with a locked door connecting to the next room. my stay was completely ruined by the guests next door.
They were extremely loud late at night and early in the morning while I was trying to sleep. There was also a strong cigarette smell coming into my room, and even worse, I could clearly hear *** ****** through the wall. I wore earplugs, but they didn’t help at all.
I called reception and even banged on the wall to warn them, but they did not quiet down at all. The noise continued and became an absolute nightmare. I barely got any sleep.
The room and location are good, but soundproofing is terrible, and noise control by the hotel is very poor. If you’re a light sleeper or value peace and rest, I do not recommend staying here.DeJPY 4.692
