Itens permitidos como bagagem pessoal: mochila pequena, carteira, bolsa de notebook, bolsa de bebê, bolsa de mão ou case de câmera. Essa bagagem não conta no limite da bagagem de mão, desde que respeite os limites de tamanho e peso.

Itens PROIBIDOS (nunca permitidos em nenhuma bagagem)
- Armas, munições, explosivos e fogos de artifício;

Itens RESTRITOS (permitidos sob condições específicas)

The hotel is great. We enjoyed the pool access room and the swim-up bar. One of the shuttle drivers was awesome. Always up for a friendly chat. Sorry I didn’t get his name. The restaurant was nice. Friendly servers but they will comment on how much you have eaten… bit awkward. The room was clean. Basic amenities. Nothing fancy but just what you would need. It’s quiet. No complaints . A nice hotel if you want to spend some time at the hotel on your holiday, too. Just note if you have mobility issues , the hotel is a bit far from the beach and up a steep hill. You have to rely on hotel shuttle service which starts at 11am (the schedule is on their website) or grab/taxi.De€ 35

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were courteous, the property was clean, and everything else met my expectations. The only downside was that the rooms were quite compact.
One suggestion for improvement would be to have a designated smoking area on every floor. Currently, the smoking areas are only on the rooftop and the ground floor. Since my room was located far from the lift, it became a bit inconvenient to travel up or down every time. Adding a smoking area on each floor would make the stay much more comfortable for guests who smoke.De€ 36

Situated on a higher ground, stayed in a villa this time and it was excellent. Location is near Patong (＜10 mins drive). Jungceylon is less than 10 mins walk and they provide shuttle service to n fro to this location if u required it.
Breakfast is buffet style and it's halal based. They are kind enough and surprise us by presenting a cake during breakfast for my partner on her birthday. Excellent service !De€ 48

If youre looking for a sleek, ultra modern 5 star resort, this may not be for you. But if you want authentic Thai hospitality, traditional Thai-inspired architecture, lush tropical surroundings, and a peaceful beachfront escape, this resort is absolutely worth it.
I stayed here as a solo traveler and had one of the most relaxing stays Ive experienced. Its also perfect for couples, honeymooners, and families.
I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view hillside cottage even though I booked one of the more affordable room categories. The private beach was the main reason I chose this resort and it was exactly what I was looking for, quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the petting zoo, the beautiful pool, and the delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful.
Special thanks to Ms. Chuty and Ms. Kat at the front desk for making our stay even more memorable. They assisted us during checkout, kindly reminded us about a few belongings we had accidentally left in the room without ever making us feel rushed, and even allowed us to extend our stay until 12:30 PM, which we truly appreciated. Since our flight was later in the afternoon, they also arranged lounge access so we could comfortably wait in an airconditioned area until it was time to leave. Their kindness and thoughtfulness really reflected the genuine hospitality of the resort.
I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby, the beach bag provided for guests, the convenient buggy service, and the fact that ordering GrabFood was easy.
My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. This resort may not be the newest, but it’s clean, wellmaintained, peaceful, and full of character. If you appreciate nature, privacy, and heartfelt service over ultra modern luxury, you’ll absolutely love staying here.

This is our second year in a row staying at this hotel for a few days before flying home. It has a large territory, delicious and varied breakfasts, and buggies are constantly available for transport. The only downside is that we've never been able to visit the hotel's water park because it's closed for renovation during this off-peak season. However, this time they made up for it with a water trampoline and unlimited ice cream for the child. The rooms are large, beautiful, and have everything you need! Decided last minute to stay two nights in Patong to experience its bustling beach. After checking in, I realized the hotel was in the 'Arab Street' area, with many Middle Eastern and Indian guests. Even the buffet dinner was Indian food – it felt like I'd landed in India! However, this hotel is a chain business-style establishment, so the facilities and management are reliable. The location is excellent: a 5-minute walk to the seafood market, 10 minutes to malls like Big C and Jungceylon, and a 2-minute walk to 7-Eleven. It’s far enough from the lively Bangla Road to be quiet, which is a plus. It's convenient for shopping and getting to the airport later.
The rooftop pool has clean water and offers beautiful sunset views. There's also a simple gym. The room's air conditioning was very strong, and they provided a beach bag and bathrobes.
The downsides are that the room wasn't very soundproof; I was woken from my nap by loud music from next door, with the sound seeming to come through the Wi-Fi box. Also, the carpet in the elevator was quite dirty.De€ 26

I'm a little disappointed with the management because I booked two rooms about a month and a half ago. I had two children with me, but they gave us separate rooms. According to the booking, they should have reserved the adjacent room for me.Rooms 110 and 113 are both in the same direction and a short walk down the stairs. It was great to have the airport transfer arranged for my late-night arrival. I messaged them on LINE when my flight arrived earlier than expected, and they came to pick me up right away. For 4000 yen a night, I thought this service was excellent value for money. The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's a four-minute walk to Pub Street, six minutes to Jungceylon Shopping Center, and seven minutes to Central Patong. All the dining, entertainment, and shopping you could want are right nearby. The best part is that self-drivers get free parking, which is fantastic! The breakfast is plentiful, and the service is excellent. The only downside is that the main building, especially floor 23, is incredibly noisy. I had a wonderful stay at Graceland Resort—I can’t be any happier. I arrived pretty late at night, and all I asked for was a nice, quiet room. The front desk lady Jenny at that time of night was incredibly considerate and sweet .She upgraded me to a pool room, and I truly appreciate that.
Also, there was a lovely cleaning lady Kanyakorn who cleaned me room every day and was very attentive and pleasant , she let me borrowed the iron exceptionally longer period of time😅Overall, I felt taken care of and very welcomed. The service and hospitality were excellent.
The breakfast was okay—I’d rate it about 6.7 out of 10—but the hotel itself is beautiful. It has a couple of pools and it’s right on the beach, with many restaurants around. Hotel got a small gym as well which is good enough for few days workout and oh yes they offer complimentary half an hour morning trainings as well which was nice . I also remember a v kind gesture from them i ordered late night food and they forgot to deliver to bring and on being reminded the food and beverage manager felt terribly sorry and wanted to send free meal next day which wasn’t needed for me so I declined politely but they were so sweet they still ended up sending a fruit platter to room.In all , with such great hospitality, I would definitely come back to the hotel. We stayed at Cassia Phuket for fifteen days, and it was a truly perfect trip! First, I booked a one-bedroom loft, and the room had direct access to the garden and pool, which was incredibly convenient for our child to go swimming and play whenever they wanted. Second, the room was spotless and tidy. The bedding in the bedroom was super comfortable – all down feather. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by that familiar, signature Thai scent! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything from cutlery to plates and cookware – absolutely everything! For staying in the Laguna area, Cassia is the best choice for a longer stay! The location is very convenient; the shuttle bus was on-call and always available. It's just a 3-minute walk to a small commercial area with a supermarket, hospital, and various restaurants. Plus, there's a night market every weekend! If you want to get to Bangtao Beach, it's only a 2-minute ride on the Laguna-exclusive shuttle boat! There were plenty of sun loungers, making it very relaxing. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options! We ate there for 15 days and never got bored! Finally, I want to give the warmest commendation to the ladies at Cassia's front desk! I regret not asking for the name of the lady who checked us in before we left! She was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic! Every day, as we passed the front desk, she would warmly call out to my child, Ricky! Although my child is a bit shy, he absolutely adored her! There was also a lady who spoke Chinese, and she was very friendly too! The overall atmosphere was superb! I also experienced the free Muay Thai classes twice a week! Five-star review! We stayed in a family room on the first floor. It's inevitable for it to be a bit humid, but that's really due to the local climate and weather, so I don't think the room's orientation or floor made much of a difference. We were right next to the kids' pool, so we could just open the door and walk out – super convenient! With one king bed and a bunk bed, it was absolutely perfect and comfortable for a family of four!
As for the hotel environment, it's very spacious. Although the breakfast leaned towards Western style, they had local noodles and soups that tasted great. Enjoying some bread and jam with black tea and coffee was also a nice touch.
All the staff we encountered were very friendly, and the room cleaning was prompt – very good.
Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. Both adults and kids could spend a whole day in the pool, and the two big waterslides were even better! Karon Beach is just a right turn out of the hotel, and there are many hidden gem restaurants nearby. Plus, there are two 7-Elevens right outside, and you absolutely have to visit Thailand's 7-Elevens multiple times a day!
And for durian, you'll definitely be full! There are a few stalls at the 7-Eleven intersection, where we found the long-stemmed, sticky kind. The Monthong durian near the Karon roundabout, just a short taxi ride away, was also delicious!De€ 44

How do I even begin to describe this hotel? The service was, well, they smiled nicely, but that's about it – not much practical help. The breakfast was decent, though. But the swimming pool? Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! It's better to book rooms from 48 sq m and up. We had a 30 sq m room, which was a bit small. Our windows faced the mosque, but it wasn't an issue; we're sound sleepers and didn't hear anything. Maybe a tiny bit, but nothing critical. It's a city hotel, exactly as described. We really loved the staff! Almost everyone was responsive and friendly. The reception, the male room service staff, and the ladies at dinner were all fantastic finds. A special thank you to the chef! The room was clean and service was great. I was a bit surprised when the cleaner entered my room while I quickly came back from breakfast (I didn’t put up a cleaning sign), but she was very apologetic and handled it well.
I booked 2 nights without breakfast and purchased a breakfast coupon during check-in, which saved me 100 baht. The location is the only downside which around 15–20 mins walk to Bangla Road and Patong Beach. However, there are good local food options about 10 mins away.
The infinity pool is well maintained, with great cocktail happy hours. A perfect place to relax away from the busy nightlife. I would definitely come back to stay here again.De€ 41

This resort is located in Rawai, and it’s a great choice if you’re looking to stay away from the chaos of Patong. We booked a room with direct pool access, and it was absolutely worth it, especially in Thailand’s warm weather.
We also really enjoyed the fresh coconut juice and mango sticky rice from the small kiosk just outside the hotel. It’s very convenient, with a convenience store nearby as well perfect for quick snacks.
The beach area has a lovely atmosphere, especially the chairs under the trees, which make for a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the view. However, swimming isn’t ideal as the water is a bit murky. It also seemed like some drainage from nearby resorts flows directly into the sea, which was disappointing.De€ 26

If your room is located before A East 510, you'll likely have an amazing view. So, it depends on your luck. We happened to stay in 510, and it offered a fantastic sea view.
Personal experience: As someone who enjoys fitness, I can confidently say that this hotel's gym is the best I've encountered in any hotel. It's well-equipped, clean, and spacious, which I'm extremely satisfied with.
The entire hotel is quite large, so taking a stroll around is also a nice option.
Exiting through the hotel's back door, staff members are available to help you hail a taxi and cross the road, which is a thoughtful touch.
The hotel breakfast is also very generous. If you've booked breakfast, this one meal will be enough for the day.
There are also some small animals like peacocks, chickens, and cats around the hotel, which children will find very entertaining.
Overall, I'm very satisfied. It's worth staying here.
The only minor drawback is that 7-Eleven stores are about a 10-minute walk away, so on hot days, it can feel a bit far.De€ 64

We're island hopping, searching for 'our' perfect beach, spending two nights at each spot. This hotel is simply lovely. It's quite intimate, almost a boutique hotel – quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway without the usual hustle and bustle of larger resorts. Yet, the quality is on par with a Courtyard by Marriott, which I also adore.
The breakfast was excellent.
Even though there are no dedicated kids' areas, our 7-year-old never got bored: he swam in the pool, played with the jacuzzi, and relaxed on the grass.
The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. I actually prefer that it's a bit set back from the lively restaurant strip and requires a short stroll.
A special highlight was the rooms with direct pool access. This was my first experience with that, and it was fantastic!
And I really enjoyed Kata Beach. Compared to other beaches we've visited, the water here was calm and clear (other beaches were quite stormy due to the rainy season).De€ 44

Facilities: Absolutely great, though unfortunately, the main pool was under renovation during my off-peak visit.
Cleanliness: Impeccable. I personally saw housekeeping meticulously cleaning.
Environment: Quite good! I stayed here eight years ago and was worried it might have aged, but it seems they renovated in 2024, making it more modern. The room was also spacious and super comfortable.
Service: Just one word: excellent!
From now on, this will be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Phuket. The off-peak prices are a great deal, the rooms are comfortable, and it helps avoid any disappointments, haha!De€ 58

I had a pleasant stay at Dinso Resort overall. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their excellent service made the experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel’s location is also a big advantage. It’s close to many restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, making it very easy to walk around and find places to eat.
The only downside was the swimming pool. Unfortunately, the water didn’t seem clean and looked quite dirty during my stay, which was disappointing and made me choose not to use it.
Overall, I had a good experience thanks to the wonderful staff and convenient location. If the pool maintenance were improved, I would definitely rate this hotel even higher.De€ 144

The hotel service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly warm and polite! The hotel environment was very comfortable and clean, exactly as I expected – no misleading photos here! The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious too! For the latter half of our trip to Phuket, we switched to the Marina Phuket Resort, nestled between Kata and Karon beaches.
Firstly, this hotel boasts a traditional Thai style, built on a hillside with a rich tropical rainforest vibe. Strolling through the grounds feels like being immersed in a romantic jungle. The architecture is distinctly Thai, and the landscaping offers beautiful scenery at every turn. What truly stands out is that the rear of the hotel connects directly to Karon Beach. Come sunset, gazing out at the horizon, the crimson twilight merges with the sea, waves caress the golden sand, and the dark cliff rocks add to a stunning, unparalleled view. You can walk along the soft, fine sand or enjoy playing in the water – it's perfect. Next door, there's a restaurant that hosts fireworks and fire-breathing shows in the evenings, so if your timing is right, you can enjoy them for free.
Secondly, the hotel's service is generally attentive and gentle, very much in the Thai style – perfect for a relaxed, slow-paced vacation. Guests receive complimentary dinner daily at the Red Chopsticks restaurant right outside, offering a fusion of cuisines that's pretty decent. Breakfast is served by the pool, though the selection isn't extensive.
Finally, I personally feel this hotel is better suited for older families or couples seeking a quiet retreat. For families with young children, there aren't many play areas, and due to its hillside location, it might be inconvenient for the elderly to move around.De€ 130

Since I didn't book a hotel in advance for Chinese New Year, I decided to book this place as the price for a triple room was quite reasonable. The triple room was actually pretty spacious, and having one bed per person was perfect.
Location: Overall, the location isn't super convenient. Luckily, we booked private cars and island hopping tours for both days we stayed. Otherwise, there's really nothing around. This place seems quite convenient for going to Phi Phi Island, though, as there's a pier about a kilometer away. I saw many people returning from there in the afternoon. Patong Beach is about 4-5 kilometers away.
Environment: They gave us a room facing the street, and it was incredibly noisy. The sound of motorbikes revving was super loud. I tried asking the front desk to change rooms, but it wasn't possible.De€ 43

I booked a sea-view room, but they initially assigned me a room on the second floor, which felt more like the third. I thought the view would be better, high enough to clear the buildings in front, but it didn't block out the noise, so I decided against it. Adi, the Chinese guy at the front desk, said they couldn't refund the difference, but I told him it was fine. Love the location of the hotel. Smack in the middle of the town, but far from noises (just a bit of noise from the boxing stadium but quiet after 12am). Room was comfortable for 2. they take 2000baht cash depo per room tho, just I thought was too much (they don’t take credit card). The water heater also keeps going too hot and cold.De€ 26
