Essa é a bagagem pequena que fica sob o assento da frente, inclusa em todas as tarifas da LATAM, sem exceção. Seu tamanho máximo oficial é 45x35x20 cm (incluindo bolsos, alças e zíperes) e peso de até 10 kg (todas as classes, Economy ou Premium).
Itens permitidos como bagagem pessoal: mochila pequena, carteira, bolsa de notebook, bolsa de bebê, bolsa de mão ou case de câmera. Essa bagagem não conta no limite da bagagem de mão, desde que respeite os limites de tamanho e peso.

A LATAM proíbe ou restringe itens em bagagens de mão/despachada por razões de segurança, seguindo as regulamentações de aviação internacional. Abaixo, a lista atualizada do site oficial, com destaque para itens recorrentes (ex: power bank).
Itens PROIBIDOS (nunca permitidos em nenhuma bagagem)
- Armas, munições, explosivos e fogos de artifício;
- Drogas ilícitas e substâncias psicotrópicas sem receita médica;
- Materiais tóxicos, corrosivos, radioativos e inflamáveis (ex: gasolina, ácido sulfúrico, álcool concentrado >70%);
- Animais e plantas sem autorização prévia da LATAM (para viajar com animais de assistência, o ideal é solicitar o serviço com até 48h de antecedência);
- Produtos falsificados (moeda, documentos, mercadorias com violação de propriedade intelectual).
Itens RESTRITOS (permitidos sob condições específicas)
- Power bank (carregador portátil): apenas em bagagem de mão (nunca na bagagem despachada). Sem aprovação prévia se ≤100Wh; 100Wh a 160Wh com aprovação da LATAM (48h antes da partida); ≥160Wh proibido. Máximo 2 unidades por passageiro, embaladas para evitar curto-circuito.

The chalet is really very good: spacious, beautiful, and with an amazing view. It has all the kitchen utensils, although we didn’t use them, and it was extremely clean. I definitely recommend it.
The only slightly inconvenient point is the location. The chalet is located at the top of the property, so you need to rely on the reception to arrange transportation to the main area, where the reception and beach access are located. It’s not possible to walk down, as the distance is quite far.
For those who rent a motorbike, this isn’t an issue and everything becomes very easy. However, without your own transport, it can be a bit uncomfortable having to depend on the hotel’s shuttle whenever you want to go down to the beach or leave the hotel.DeTRY 2,643

The pool water was very clean, and being on the 7th floor with no obstructions, the view was excellent. The room was super spacious and very clean, with all the sofas and chairs looking brand new. The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and even offered welcome drinks. The only downside was the breakfast. Although it's served until 10:30 AM, by a little past 9 AM, almost all the food trays were empty. There were only 2-3 trays with a small amount of food left. I walked around and couldn't find anything to eat, which was quite disappointing. Eventually, a staff member brought me a plate of stir-fried rice noodles, which at least filled me up. This was the first time in decades of traveling that I've encountered such a breakfast situation. We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast on the second day was only slightly better, still feeling like leftovers. It's also quite close to the King Power Duty-Free Shop.DeTRY 2,080

Close enough to the madness so it’s within a 15 minute walk to Bangla Rd but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet to make a relaxing stay. We had a wonderful stay at this resort. From arrival, Front Desk Agent Polly and Guest Assistant Minnie were incredibly helpful and friendly. Even the buggy driver kindly explained the room facilities and minibar details to us.
Our tropical garden view room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. A special thank you to our room housekeeping for the thoughtful birthday decoration, it truly made my day extra special.
Breakfast offered a wide vegetarian-friendly selection with salad bar, cheese, bakery items, and more. I would love to see a bit more variety in the Asian local dishes, as the menu was quite similar each day. Tropical fruits are my favourite in the resort.
The resort feels like a one-stop getaway with a beautiful beach and clear water. Have to rent snorkelling gear and I recommend renting wet shoes due to stones and dead coral in the beach area. I had a small injury from the coral, but the beach staff took great care of me.
We also enjoyed the small petting zoo, the staffs were very friendly. Overall, the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It’s perfect for anyone looking for relaxation and quiet time, and we would definitely love to return.DeTRY 3,247

We loved our two-room apartment. It was very spacious, modern, had a large balcony, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had a nice living room with a large television. It was advertised as a smart TV, but we couldn't connect a device to Netflix for our young children. We considered that a drawback of the room.
A big plus was the free access to the resort's water park, but strangely enough, you weren't allowed to bring your own towels or drinks; you had to pay for them. Our children loved the water park. The breakfast was good, with something for everyone.
We didn't find the atmosphere particularly ”Thai relaxation,” as many staff members seemed rushed and stressed, meaning we received only partial or no help at all. There were a few staff members, whose names I don't remember, who were incredibly friendly.
We were in block 1, room 1301. One of these friendly staff members was a female cleaner who had decorated the bed for our son's birthday. I'd like to recommend her to management for a bonus or promotion.
Conclusion: nice and modern stay, but if you're looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, I'd go elsewhere.DeTRY 2,831

I had a great stay at Best Western Patong Beach Hotel and was very satisfied overall. The room was super clean and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the service throughout my stay was amazing.
I initially booked my stay without breakfast, but I decided to try the breakfast for one day at the hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety, and it was reasonably priced, making it great value for money.
The hotel’s location is another big plus. It’s close to everything — you can easily find tuk-tuks nearby, it’s very close to Bangla Road, and getting to the surrounding beaches is quick and convenient. Despite being so centrally located, the hotel is quiet at night, with no noise disturbance, which I really appreciated.
I was also very happy and touched by the birthday gesture from the hotel, which made my stay feel even more special.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Best Western Patong Beach Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a convenient yet peaceful location in PatongDeTRY 1,469

The resort has 2 pools, and most rooms are pool-access. The price before Chinese New Year was 440 a night, which is decent value for money. It's very close to Rawai Beach, with a 7-Eleven and sea-view restaurants right outside. Now for the downsides: 1. No clothes rack in the room, so no way to wash and dry clothes. 2. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. 3. For a family of three, there's an extra charge of 150 THB for the child, but no extra bed is provided. 4. I subtly got the feeling that Chinese guests aren't particularly welcome. This is just my personal feeling and for reference only.DeTRY 852

Very nice big hotel.
We choose it because it seemed to be close to the beach but, the straight road that goes there ends up with the gate of kinda National Park and they require you to pay 200 bath per person! Hotel has the free transfer to the beach, so we just used it. By the way, if you’re ok with a little walk you can go to the beach with the airplanes from there (to avoid paying for the ticket or taxi around the airport ). Also you can enter the “park” freely after 5pm.
Breakfast is ok, consists of the western and thai cuisine. Nice swimming pool on the rooftop. Free transfer from and to airport.
The area compared to Patong or Karon beaches is a bit boring, but to me that was even the advantage, because the beach was not packed.DeTRY 1,228

After staying two nights at the Sheraton, we moved to this hotel for three nights. The location is absolutely fantastic! It's super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. However, the noise from nearby bars made it really hard to sleep. Also, the cleanliness was just okay; we even saw a small cockroach! The towels on the first day weren't very clean, and the replacement on the second day felt a bit worn out. The slippers weren't disposable, and I wasn't sure if they had been sanitized, so I wasn't keen on wearing them. Finally, regarding breakfast, since our booking didn't include it, we paid extra to try it once. It was pretty standard, not a huge variety, but enough to fill you up. We had a really great stay at The Nature Phuket. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and you can tell the staff take good care of the place. The location is convenient, close enough to the beach and main areas, but still quiet and relaxing.

This hotel seems to be less frequented by Chinese tourists. During my three-day stay, I only saw about four Chinese guests, while the Sheraton next door was packed with them. The hotel has an old-school Western resort vibe, with spacious rooms and a large enough pool, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I probably got lucky with the price this time, under 600 a night, which was a real bargain. The only significant drawback was the breakfast; the food options were limited, and the service needed improvement. However, for someone like me who can't wake up early, it wasn't a big deal.
The hotel's location is excellent. It's right on the beach, with a 7-Eleven and laundry service just a 5-minute walk away. It's also only about a 10-20 minute walk to Jungceylon. It's convenient yet quiet enough at night. I originally booked a garden view room, but the front desk staff upgraded me to a sunset garden view upon check-in. The room was spacious and well-laid out, with a sofa and a desk. The bathroom was large and clean, and the balcony had two lounge chairs, giving it a great vacation feel while staying at the hotel. Overall, I think it's pretty good, a bit like a Wyndham or Shangri-La in China. While it's not overly luxurious, at this price, what more could you ask for? I'd definitely book again if the price is right next time.
**Facilities:** The room facilities are complete. Although a bit old, they are well-maintained. The cushions on the balcony lounge chairs were slightly worn but didn't affect their use.
**Cleanliness:** Clean and tidy, meeting 5-star standards.
**Environment:** The hotel consists of roughly three buildings flanking two pools, making it ideal for a 'staycation.' The beach is right outside, and there's a restaurant near the sea with live band performances in the evenings.

Our stay at Cassia Phuket was absolutely amazing! We stayed in the Loft Room, and the view of the lagoon and the beach from our room was simply breathtaking — it felt like waking up in a postcard every morning.
The hotel’s location is perfect, with direct access to both the lagoon and the beach. One of our favorite parts was the complimentary ferry that takes guests across the lagoon to the beach every 20 minutes — such a fun and convenient touch that made getting around effortless.
The atmosphere at Cassia is vibrant and welcoming, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. The modern design of the rooms, the lively community spaces, and the stunning natural surroundings made our stay unforgettable not to forget mentioning pet friendly hotel.

The Orchid Hotel is truly a fantastic place for a family vacation with kids. It boasts a massive swimming pool with water slides, all supervised by lifeguards. The children's area features a kids' pool and smaller slides, which kept my child entertained for half a day. They absolutely loved playing in the water! The hotel is also very close to Karon Beach, just a short walk away. However, be aware that water activities like parasailing and jet skiing at Karon Beach are significantly more expensive than those at Patong Beach. The hotel has buffet breakfast but it has definitely downsized since 2023 so don’t expect much variety. Their food is good for in-room dining and the pools are well-maintained. The cleanliness was definitely the biggest failure in terms of “value for money” considering there is a slimy/sticky residue whenever any sort of moisture meets the floor (coming out of the shower/sweaty from hot weather/coming inside from the balcony bath) and the towels have noticeable stains in them. The bathroom sink only had hot water and the toilet was disgusting - flushing water had a sewage smell. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly - going beyond to help out. Overall, though, the hotel has a “run down” feeling and an atmosphere of neglect in maintenance. The plumbing in our room (sink & toilet water) could be due to lack of use but it’s still a shame to spend that much money and receive a mediocre room experience.DeTRY 1,496

This is a hostel with a predominantly white, community-oriented vibe. It has all the basic amenities. If you're fluent in English, love party culture, and are an extrovert, this place is perfect for you. Of course, it also helps if you have plenty of money, as a scoop of protein powder here is 100 RMB, and just adding water costs another 100 RMB. If you're like me and mishear 'Sea Side' as 'cigarette' and are quite introverted, you might be better off finding a quieter, sleep-focused hostel. P.S. We stayed in a room with direct pool access for 4 nights and had a very warm, welcoming hospitality experience overall. The staff were excellent, but the hotel itself and its facilities were a bit hit-and-miss. The property feels dated and could use some renovation—the buildings show discoloration, and there was mold in the bathroom along with an unpleasant odor, possibly from the septic system.
One highlight was the complimentary minibar, which was replenished daily with water, soft drinks, Chang beer, whisky, vodka, gin, snacks, and even a lovely small dessert in the evening.
Getting around can be a bit challenging without your own car or motorbike, especially for elderly guests, as the hotel is located on a hill about 15–20 minutes from the town center. There is a shuttle service to and from Jungceylon Shopping Mall, but it only runs every couple of hours and stops at 9 PM.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I’d definitely recommend booking a rate that includes it.

The property is located directly on the beachfront, which is definitely its strongest point. The room we were assigned has a partial sea view. Unfortunately, part of the view also includes some rather neglected surroundings, but the beauty of the ocean largely makes up for it. In terms of services, there are a few shortcomings. The toilet tends to clog easily, and some amenities that are quite standard in many hotels are missing, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, or disposable slippers. Instead, the hotel provides a beach basket with towels and a pair of plastic flip-flops to use during the stay. However, these flip-flops are not new, and it is unclear whether they are properly sanitized between guests. Overall, it can still be a convenient option for people who work and want to have the sea literally a few steps from their room, with the possibility of reaching the beach in just seconds. That said, some aspects related to maintenance and attention to detail could definitely be improved to make the experience more comfortable.DeTRY 1,442

The experience was good. At night, it felt like a galaxy of stars. The pool is unique. It's a bit far from the beach, but there's a shuttle bus that takes you directly there. The surrounding streets are also quite bustling, not remote at all. It's very quiet and suitable for a holiday. The front desk staff speaks Chinese, so communication was smooth. We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman in Karon. It’s the perfect place to relax, especially if you are traveling as a couple 💙
The hotel has several swimming pools, which makes it very easy to find a quiet spot to enjoy the day 🌊🏝️ There are also many dining options inside the resort, so you can try different types of food without leaving the hotel.
One of the highlights of our stay was the spa experience 🧖♀️✨ They offer special packages for couples, and the massage was absolutely spectacular. It was one of the most relaxing moments of our trip.
The breakfast was quite good with many options, although I personally expected a little more variety. Still, everything we tried was fresh and tasty 🍳🥐
Overall, it’s a great hotel if you want a peaceful and comfortable place to rest while visiting Phuket. Highly recommended for couples looking to relax 🌅DeTRY 4,274

Hotel exceeded our expectations.
Room was very spacious, very clean and modern. Nice design, comfortable bed, all amenities working.
View over the pool was nice.
Walking distances within the hotel are quite long, not good for people that have issues with that.
We loved the breakfast buffet, which was a brunch with loads of hot options like a soup and salad bar and huge variety of hot savory dishes (Asian and western food) and highly recommend booking it with the room rate.
Only they didn’t have any milk alternatives which wasn’t great for me as someone allergic to dairy.
Coffee wasn’t good, but two 7 eleven just around the corner for your daily dose of iced coffee 😋
Pool super clean and pretty. Layout is cool, temperature is great, enough chairs available, swim up bar with music and reasonably priced drinks.
Location was convenient for us, not too loud but loads of Restaurants, bars, night market and shops around the corner. If you wanna spend time at the beach rather than the pool I would recommend a hotel that’s closer to the beach, even though the Aurich has a free shuttle service to the beach and it’s not that far to walk (feels longer in the heat or with kids though)

Let's start with the positives:
1. The front desk staff, cleaning ladies, and restaurant staff were all very nice. It really felt like the excellent service made up for the outdated facilities.
2. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety that suited Chinese tastes. Before sitting down, you could even choose tea or coffee which would then be brought to your table.
3. The location was quiet but central, close to restaurants and massage places.
4. There was a very mini balcony where you could hang clothes to dry.
Everything else was a negative:
1. The facilities were terrible! For 2350/night during Chinese New Year, it was absolutely not worth it. It was very run-down, with amenities comparable to a 200-300 RMB Hanting Hotel in China, and an old one at that. The shower head had weak water pressure, and if you turned on the overhead shower, it would leak; the sink's glass panel was loose, the magnifying mirror was dirty and nearly falling off; the hairdryer was like those from hotels in the 90s; the sofa had numerous stains; the bedding was worn out and felt very damp to sleep on! The hangers were old and broken!
2. There were quite a few flies in the breakfast restaurant.
3. The public swimming pool was tiny! If possible, I'd recommend booking a room with direct pool access instead.
4. It took over 10 minutes to walk to Patong Beach and Jungceylon Shopping Center.DeTRY 3,495

Mandarin Oriental Phuket is truly a hidden gem near Karon Beach! Tucked away in a tropical hillside garden, it boasts lush greenery and a fantastic ambiance. There are five or six pools scattered throughout, and stepping out of a poolside room brings you right to the shimmering water. Enjoying a cocktail at the floating bar is incredibly relaxing. The rooms are spacious and clean with a scenic balcony, and some offer distant sea views. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathrooms are luxurious, with meticulous daily cleaning. The breakfast buffet is incredibly diverse, offering authentic Thai and Western flavors. The staff even kindly provides welcome drinks, and there's a surprise small cake for birthdays. Although it's about a 10-minute walk with some uphill sections to Karon Beach, the hotel offers a regular shuttle service, making getting around super convenient. Plus, you can catch stunning sunset sea views along the way. The hotel's spa and gym facilities are well-equipped; the Thai massage is incredibly stress-relieving. The staff are consistently warm and friendly, patiently assisting even with slight language barriers, creating an overall superb vacation experience! The only minor drawbacks are the numerous stairs on the hillside, which might not be ideal for older guests with mobility issues, and the air conditioning in some areas could be stronger. However, these don't detract from the overall experience at all. I highly recommend it for honeymooning couples or friends traveling together – once you check in, you won't want to leave!DeTRY 2,979

The hotel's environment is truly exceptional, probably one of the best in the vicinity. It's built on a hill, so some rooms require a funicular ride to reach them. It's not far from Patong Walking Street and Jungceylon, about a ten to fifteen-minute walk. The hotel does offer a shuttle service, but it's not very convenient, running only four times a day, with the last service at 4 PM. There are dining options nearby, but they all look pretty mediocre. I do want to commend the hotel's restaurant; it's reasonably priced and the food is delicious – I ate there twice during my three-day stay. However, the room cleaning was disappointing; it felt like they cut corners. Disposable amenities weren't replenished, and one day they even forgot the bathroom floor mat. Each room comes with chocolates in four flavors, which were very tasty. My main complaint is about the poolside bar at night. It's incredibly inconvenient; the music plays until around midnight, and you can clearly hear people talking and drinking below. I thought booking a pool-view room would be quieter since it wasn't facing the street, but I totally miscalculated by not realizing there was a poolside bar. I had to wear earplugs every night to sleep, otherwise, I wouldn't have gotten any rest. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. The breakfast was also decent, and everything tasted nice. Environment: The hotel is ideally located with a street full of massage parlors right outside the front door, and direct access to Karon Beach from the back, offering both lively and tranquil options – very convenient.
Hygiene: Despite being a sea-view room, there was absolutely no musty smell, which is quite rare and impressive.
Facilities: The only downside was the air conditioner or dehumidifier, which made a huge noise on the first night, disrupting my sleep. Then, on the third night, I turned off the lights before sleeping, and woke up to find them on by themselves – it was quite spooky! 😟

The room was big and we were really happy with it. We loved the bed — it was very large and comfortable. We didn’t get to use the swimming pool because we didn’t have much time. The staff were great and excellent overall.
We did not request housekeeping on our second day. Someone cleaned the room and thank you for that,but they forgot to replace the bath mat when we returned around 11 PM. I was too tired to ask, so I just let it go. However, I was surprised later when they questioned why the bath mat was missing. I definitely had no plans to take a bath mat with me on my way to Koh Pangan! 😂 the lady who assisted us in checked put were so lovely she just did her job and apologize for asking this and she did a great job.And to the guy who assisted printing my bus ticket thank you so much.
The towels also weren’t changed during service and there was no bath mat, but honestly, it was fine with us. Still, being accused of taking the bath mat was a bit insane. 😭DeTRY 2,167

To give an objective review of this hotel, many people claim it has a bit of a bias against Chinese guests. I personally didn't interact with them much, so I can't really comment on that. My husband handled the check-in. However, as I was leaving, I did see a Chinese guest arguing with the front desk.
The front desk staff were quite polite and helpful when they assisted us with our luggage, and we made sure to tip them.
**Ambiance:** The actual environment doesn't live up to the grand impression given by the photos. The hallways felt cramped and small as soon as we entered, and the room itself was tiny. The facilities were also quite basic. It definitely doesn't feel worth over 1000 baht a night; 500-600 baht would be more appropriate at most.
**Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was average. We booked a deluxe room with direct pool access, but the pool was frankly ridiculous – it felt more like a small ditch tucked away in a corner of the house. It really felt unusable. However, the rooftop pool is quite photogenic. But then again, infinity pools are pretty common all over Thailand.DeTRY 2,744

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They provide free water, tea and coffee. Overall thurkughly enjoyed my stay. There are various amenities to use and the staff were lovely. I was also able to change my pounds to Bhat at the reception at a better rate than the airport which was very convenient. There is a 7eleven nearby and restaurants but to get to it there is a very steep hill. There is a beach right in front of the hotel too.overall a pleasant stay would stay again. My room was nice and clean, and the hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything in Patong. Unfortunately, I was given a joined room with a locked door connecting to the next room. my stay was completely ruined by the guests next door.
They were extremely loud late at night and early in the morning while I was trying to sleep. There was also a strong cigarette smell coming into my room, and even worse, I could clearly hear *** ****** through the wall. I wore earplugs, but they didn’t help at all.
I called reception and even banged on the wall to warn them, but they did not quiet down at all. The noise continued and became an absolute nightmare. I barely got any sleep.
The room and location are good, but soundproofing is terrible, and noise control by the hotel is very poor. If you’re a light sleeper or value peace and rest, I do not recommend staying here.DeTRY 1,349
