Itens permitidos como bagagem pessoal: mochila pequena, carteira, bolsa de notebook, bolsa de bebê, bolsa de mão ou case de câmera. Essa bagagem não conta no limite da bagagem de mão, desde que respeite os limites de tamanho e peso.

A LATAM proíbe ou restringe itens em bagagens de mão/despachada por razões de segurança, seguindo as regulamentações de aviação internacional. Abaixo, a lista atualizada do site oficial, com destaque para itens recorrentes (ex: power bank).
Itens PROIBIDOS (nunca permitidos em nenhuma bagagem)
- Armas, munições, explosivos e fogos de artifício;
- Drogas ilícitas e substâncias psicotrópicas sem receita médica;
- Materiais tóxicos, corrosivos, radioativos e inflamáveis (ex: gasolina, ácido sulfúrico, álcool concentrado >70%);
- Animais e plantas sem autorização prévia da LATAM (para viajar com animais de assistência, o ideal é solicitar o serviço com até 48h de antecedência);
- Produtos falsificados (moeda, documentos, mercadorias com violação de propriedade intelectual).
Itens RESTRITOS (permitidos sob condições específicas)

My stay at Patong Bay Hill Resort from 29 June to 2 July was truly a memorable experience. I booked the One Bedroom Suite Pool Access Seaview, and it exceeded my expectations.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The direct pool access was amazing, and waking up to the beautiful sea view every morning made the stay even more special. The room was well maintained and had everything I needed for a relaxing holiday.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
Although the resort is located on a hill, the complimentary shuttle service to and from Patong Beach was convenient and made getting around easy. The resort itself was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after spending time in the busy streets of Patong.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Patong Bay Hill Resort to anyone looking for a spacious room, stunning views, and a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to Patong’s attractions. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Phuket. Thank you for making my holiday such an enjoyable one!DeCAD 67

The pool water was very clean, and being on the 7th floor with no obstructions, the view was excellent. The room was super spacious and very clean, with all the sofas and chairs looking brand new. The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and even offered welcome drinks. The only downside was the breakfast. Although it's served until 10:30 AM, by a little past 9 AM, almost all the food trays were empty. There were only 2-3 trays with a small amount of food left. I walked around and couldn't find anything to eat, which was quite disappointing. Eventually, a staff member brought me a plate of stir-fried rice noodles, which at least filled me up. This was the first time in decades of traveling that I've encountered such a breakfast situation. We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast on the second day was only slightly better, still feeling like leftovers. It's also quite close to the King Power Duty-Free Shop.DeCAD 62

This hotel is a Thai-style garden resort, and checking in allows you to breathe in the fresh air of the large garden. I've stayed here 5 times over the years, practically becoming a VIP. At breakfast, I saw people of all races and colors, proving it's truly loved by travelers worldwide. The service is beyond reproach. Every time I go to Thailand, I make sure to stay here for a couple of days. I had a wonderful stay at Splash Beach Resort Maikhao Phuket and would definitely consider coming back.
One thing that immediately stood out was the excellent hospitality. Even though I only checked in around 6 PM, the staff kindly offered me a complimentary late check-out until either 2 PM or 3 PM. I chose the 3 PM option, which gave me plenty of time to enjoy the facilities without feeling rushed.
The location is very convenient, only about 10–15 minutes from Phuket International Airport. The room rates were also very reasonable, likely because it is currently the low season, making it excellent value for money.
The resort itself is very spacious. Since the property covers a large area, buggy carts are available to transport guests between the reception, guest rooms, and various facilities around the resort, making it easy to get around.
The facilities are excellent. There are separate swimming pools for adults and children. The children’s pool is especially lively, with the staff organizing games and fun activities throughout the day. The gym is well-equipped and provides complimentary towels and drinking water.
The resort also has a private beach, which is one of the best places to watch airplanes taking off because of its close proximity to the airport. From the guest rooms, you can also enjoy watching airplanes flying high overhead shortly after takeoff, adding a unique touch to the stay for anyone who enjoys aviation.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable for two people. I also appreciated the large bathroom, which features both a separate bathtub and a walk-in shower.
The only disappointment during my stay was that the water park was closed due to renovation or ongoing construction. According to the staff, it is expected to reopen around October, so future guests should be able to enjoy this additional attraction.
I did encounter one maintenance issue: the toilet flush handle in my bathroom was broken, so flushing required manually pulling the internal mechanism each time. I intended to report it, but I only noticed the problem late at night. I tried calling the reception, but no one answered, possibly because it was already around midnight. The next day, I completely forgot to mention it because I was busy making the most of the late check-out by enjoying the swimming pools, the gym, and the private beach.
Despite that minor issue, every staff member I met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience. Between the spacious facilities, convenient location near the airport, excellent service, and relaxing atmosphere, I would happily stay here again. Once the water park reopens, I believe the resort will become an even better destination for families as well as travelers looking for a relaxing getaway near Phuket Airport.DeCAD 50

Decided last minute to stay two nights in Patong to experience its bustling beach. After checking in, I realized the hotel was in the 'Arab Street' area, with many Middle Eastern and Indian guests. Even the buffet dinner was Indian food – it felt like I'd landed in India! However, this hotel is a chain business-style establishment, so the facilities and management are reliable. The location is excellent: a 5-minute walk to the seafood market, 10 minutes to malls like Big C and Jungceylon, and a 2-minute walk to 7-Eleven. It’s far enough from the lively Bangla Road to be quiet, which is a plus. It's convenient for shopping and getting to the airport later.
The rooftop pool has clean water and offers beautiful sunset views. There's also a simple gym. The room's air conditioning was very strong, and they provided a beach bag and bathrobes.
The downsides are that the room wasn't very soundproof; I was woken from my nap by loud music from next door, with the sound seeming to come through the Wi-Fi box. Also, the carpet in the elevator was quite dirty.DeCAD 41

The staff are quite pleasant, the pool is average with a bar on the outside of it. I thought the buffet breakfast was very average for the 350 baht fee. They also have a cafe that serves meals which is quite nice, but you can't get room service till after 11:30 normally. It's not a guest friendly hotel so after the first guest you have there, you will be charged an additional 500 baht per night for further guests. The wifi is very quick but the air-conditioning was quite noisy.Overall I'd give it a 6/10.DeCAD 39

The resort has 2 pools, and most rooms are pool-access. The price before Chinese New Year was 440 a night, which is decent value for money. It's very close to Rawai Beach, with a 7-Eleven and sea-view restaurants right outside. Now for the downsides: 1. No clothes rack in the room, so no way to wash and dry clothes. 2. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. 3. For a family of three, there's an extra charge of 150 THB for the child, but no extra bed is provided. 4. I subtly got the feeling that Chinese guests aren't particularly welcome. This is just my personal feeling and for reference only.DeCAD 28

It was great to have the airport transfer arranged for my late-night arrival. I messaged them on LINE when my flight arrived earlier than expected, and they came to pick me up right away. For 4000 yen a night, I thought this service was excellent value for money. The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, so it might not be suitable for a larger group staying for multiple nights.

My Stay at Beyond Patong was one of the best hotel stays in very long time. The Hotel is located In Phuket, which is one of the best locations. Near the beach, Restaurants, and local food. Cleanliness of the Hotel is Immaculate, the rooms were really nice especially the suites very unique layout. The Staff I will have to say, Some of nicest people you will ever meet. The Staff is also bilingual which helps with questions you may have in exploring around Phuket. My future trips to Phuket Thailand, and hotel stay will be Beyond Patong. I will miss the lovely staff - Baimond, Kratae, Gigi, Sasi, Nevi , Nam , James, Fam,Oscar, Mario, Garfiq . I hope I didn’t forget anyone 😅. If I did my apologies , thank you So much again for a memorable trip.

Unbeatable value for money! Google Maps will lead you into an alley, and the tallest building there is this hotel. I initially booked it just for a layover, with no expectations, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. For just over 200 yuan, you can even see the sea. The lobby is huge, and there's a pool, though we didn't get to use it. The room was very clean and new. Someone was there to help with luggage right at the lobby entrance and even brought it up to our room and set it down. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming to Chinese guests, even giving us afternoon tea vouchers. It was absolutely fantastic and definitely a place I'd stay at again! Too bad I didn't take any photos, but it's absolutely worth it and comparable to a Hilton Garden Inn in China.DeCAD 78

Would like to sincerely thank The Nature Phuket for giving us such a wonderful and memorable experience during our stay, even though it was only for one night in Phuket. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel welcomed and comfortable.
The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were absolutely amazing, and every staff member we met was genuinely friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to the team for successfully fulfilling our requests, especially the last-minute birthday surprise for my friend. I had forgotten to inform them earlier, but after confirming her birthday through her passport, they thoughtfully managed to prepare a sweet surprise for her on the very same day.
We were truly touched by the effort and sincerity shown by the team. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, from the excellent service to the fun time we had enjoying the swimming pool together. I had a wonderful stay at Graceland Resort—I can’t be any happier. I arrived pretty late at night, and all I asked for was a nice, quiet room. The front desk lady Jenny at that time of night was incredibly considerate and sweet .She upgraded me to a pool room, and I truly appreciate that.
Also, there was a lovely cleaning lady Kanyakorn who cleaned me room every day and was very attentive and pleasant , she let me borrowed the iron exceptionally longer period of time😅Overall, I felt taken care of and very welcomed. The service and hospitality were excellent.
The breakfast was okay—I’d rate it about 6.7 out of 10—but the hotel itself is beautiful. It has a couple of pools and it’s right on the beach, with many restaurants around. Hotel got a small gym as well which is good enough for few days workout and oh yes they offer complimentary half an hour morning trainings as well which was nice . I also remember a v kind gesture from them i ordered late night food and they forgot to deliver to bring and on being reminded the food and beverage manager felt terribly sorry and wanted to send free meal next day which wasn’t needed for me so I declined politely but they were so sweet they still ended up sending a fruit platter to room.In all , with such great hospitality, I would definitely come back to the hotel. They call it the rainy season, but it really just means it rains frequently for about ten to fifteen minutes, then clears right up to a sunny sky. The resort is lush with tropical greenery, and the Angkor Wat-style sculptures make for great photos. Kids could spend an entire day here! The rooms are spacious, and all come with balconies.
The standard rooms are quite large, and there are family rooms available with bunk beds. Some room types offer direct pool access, allowing you to step right into the water from your door, which creates a wonderful holiday vibe. Some front desk staff can communicate in basic Mandarin. The breakfast selection is sufficient, with options like porridge, tropical fruits, and omelets alongside Western dishes.
3. Outstanding value for its location:
Karon Beach has bigger waves and is less crowded than Patong. You don't need to take a car to get to the beach. Food prices in the surrounding area are also lower than in Patong.DeCAD 71

The hotel has buffet breakfast but it has definitely downsized since 2023 so don’t expect much variety. Their food is good for in-room dining and the pools are well-maintained. The cleanliness was definitely the biggest failure in terms of “value for money” considering there is a slimy/sticky residue whenever any sort of moisture meets the floor (coming out of the shower/sweaty from hot weather/coming inside from the balcony bath) and the towels have noticeable stains in them. The bathroom sink only had hot water and the toilet was disgusting - flushing water had a sewage smell. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly - going beyond to help out. Overall, though, the hotel has a “run down” feeling and an atmosphere of neglect in maintenance. The plumbing in our room (sink & toilet water) could be due to lack of use but it’s still a shame to spend that much money and receive a mediocre room experience.DeCAD 50

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! It's better to book rooms from 48 sq m and up. We had a 30 sq m room, which was a bit small. Our windows faced the mosque, but it wasn't an issue; we're sound sleepers and didn't hear anything. Maybe a tiny bit, but nothing critical. It's a city hotel, exactly as described. We really loved the staff! Almost everyone was responsive and friendly. The reception, the male room service staff, and the ladies at dinner were all fantastic finds. A special thank you to the chef! This is a hostel with a predominantly white, community-oriented vibe. It has all the basic amenities. If you're fluent in English, love party culture, and are an extrovert, this place is perfect for you. Of course, it also helps if you have plenty of money, as a scoop of protein powder here is 100 RMB, and just adding water costs another 100 RMB. Amazing hotel staff, was worried at first it would be loud at night but it was quiet for the 3 nights I spent here and slept really well. Location is good, 10 minutes walking distance from the Bangla street and clubbing area. Calling a Grab car or taxi is convenient as well with the front parking space directly on the road.
Regarding amenities, you can use the rooftop pool or gym. Only thing lacking is there's no face tissue provided. Although there's always 3 rolls of toliet paper prepared in the bathroom.DeCAD 68

We recently spent a wonderful few days at Kalima Resort and had an exceptionally pleasant experience.
The service truly stands out. We were able to check in around 1 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM, which was a very welcome relief after our journey. All the hotel staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. You can feel the high level of service and a genuine desire to make guests' stays comfortable.
The breakfasts here are simply magnificent – some of the best we've had in Thailand. There's a huge selection of dishes to suit every taste: a variety of pastries, a chocolate fountain, Nutella and peanut butter, several types of meat, fish, sushi rolls, chicken shawarma, and much more. Everything is beautifully presented, and the dishes are constantly replenished; nothing runs out, even closer to the end of breakfast service.
We stayed in a sea-view room, and this view was the highlight of our stay at the hotel. The panorama is so breathtaking that it feels like you're on an observation deck with a nearly 240-degree view. The glass balconies and floor-to-ceiling panoramic doors allow you to enjoy the sea even without leaving your room.
The room itself is very cozy and pleasant, and the hotel grounds are well-maintained, green, and very photogenic. The pool is nice and comfortable, although the stunning views remained the main draw of the hotel for us.
The location is also good: if you're traveling by scooter or car, you can reach Patong in just a few minutes. Walking isn't very convenient, but this wasn't a drawback for us.
Kalima Resort left us with very fond memories. It's a place we'd love to return to for the amazing views, excellent service, and truly luxurious breakfasts.DeCAD 170

This resort is located in Rawai, and it’s a great choice if you’re looking to stay away from the chaos of Patong. We booked a room with direct pool access, and it was absolutely worth it, especially in Thailand’s warm weather.
We also really enjoyed the fresh coconut juice and mango sticky rice from the small kiosk just outside the hotel. It’s very convenient, with a convenience store nearby as well perfect for quick snacks.
The beach area has a lovely atmosphere, especially the chairs under the trees, which make for a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the view. However, swimming isn’t ideal as the water is a bit murky. It also seemed like some drainage from nearby resorts flows directly into the sea, which was disappointing.DeCAD 42

We had a street-facing room this time, and the noise from motorcycles and tuk-tuks at night was so loud we couldn't sleep. If you're considering this hotel and are sensitive to noise, definitely avoid the street-facing rooms. The common areas are small, and the lobby was hot with no air conditioning. The staff lacked a service-oriented mindset; no one offered to help with luggage, and the restaurant staff were casually chatting amongst themselves. I booked a sea-view room, which was quite good. I chose this hotel after comparing several others because of the spacious rooms. The overall environment of the hotel is excellent, with lush greenery and even several peacocks roaming around. The staff were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was abundant, and the coffee was delicious. Karon Beach is also quite close, just a 5-minute walk away. A special heads-up: when booking hotels overseas, always make sure to select the correct number of guests. I didn't, and since the order couldn't be modified, I ended up paying extra for breakfast for one adult and one child at the front desk.DeCAD 187

## Facilities:
The facilities are quite comprehensive. There's a public swimming pool, lounge chairs, and a small bar. The room has a fridge and a vanity, and the balcony has a drying rack, but no hangers. The air conditioning in the room was very loud and blew directly onto the bed, and the fridge was also noisy.
## Cleanliness:
The room was cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff and kept very tidy.
## Service:
The front desk staff were all very good, and the dark-skinned gentleman at the entrance was also very nice.
## Other:
During our stay, we didn't experience any of the discrimination that others have mentioned. Although our room was on the very end of the 4th floor with virtually no view outside, there were also rooms with good locations given to Chinese guests. Next to us, there was a white family whose room also had a poor location. From this perspective, I wouldn't say it's discrimination against Chinese people.
One more thing to mention is that we stayed from July 20th to 23rd, and there was an empty plot of land outside. At night, various small animals made a lot of noise, which was really disruptive to sleep. During the day, there was a construction site nearby, and work started at dawn, haha. I guess that's not really the hotel's fault, just sharing our experience during the stay.DeCAD 74

I saw some people mention discrimination, but I really don't think that's the case. Some folks just need to chill out. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly friendly and even helped me upgrade my room at my own expense. They also kept my phone safe when I left it at the front desk – truly a fantastic experience. The breakfast area was a bit warm, but the fans made it bearable. Amazing stay, we'll definitely be back! We had a wonderful vacation at the Metadee Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and modern. We had a room with direct pool access, which was the best decision. The pool itself is huge, stretching almost across the entire hotel grounds – swimming in it was pure pleasure. The rooms were impeccably clean, and housekeeping was always top-notch, a special thanks to the staff for that. We were also very pleased that the hotel is suitable for families with children: interesting masterclasses were held for young guests, so they were never bored. We want to extend special thanks to the hotel team: Chani, Teen, Palm, and Bowy. They were incredibly responsive, genuine, and friendly! They resolved any questions or requests instantly. For the latter half of our trip to Phuket, we switched to the Marina Phuket Resort, nestled between Kata and Karon beaches.
Firstly, this hotel boasts a traditional Thai style, built on a hillside with a rich tropical rainforest vibe. Strolling through the grounds feels like being immersed in a romantic jungle. The architecture is distinctly Thai, and the landscaping offers beautiful scenery at every turn. What truly stands out is that the rear of the hotel connects directly to Karon Beach. Come sunset, gazing out at the horizon, the crimson twilight merges with the sea, waves caress the golden sand, and the dark cliff rocks add to a stunning, unparalleled view. You can walk along the soft, fine sand or enjoy playing in the water – it's perfect. Next door, there's a restaurant that hosts fireworks and fire-breathing shows in the evenings, so if your timing is right, you can enjoy them for free.
Secondly, the hotel's service is generally attentive and gentle, very much in the Thai style – perfect for a relaxed, slow-paced vacation. Guests receive complimentary dinner daily at the Red Chopsticks restaurant right outside, offering a fusion of cuisines that's pretty decent. Breakfast is served by the pool, though the selection isn't extensive.
Finally, I personally feel this hotel is better suited for older families or couples seeking a quiet retreat. For families with young children, there aren't many play areas, and due to its hillside location, it might be inconvenient for the elderly to move around.DeCAD 230

Since I didn't book a hotel in advance for Chinese New Year, I decided to book this place as the price for a triple room was quite reasonable. The triple room was actually pretty spacious, and having one bed per person was perfect.
Location: Overall, the location isn't super convenient. Luckily, we booked private cars and island hopping tours for both days we stayed. Otherwise, there's really nothing around. This place seems quite convenient for going to Phi Phi Island, though, as there's a pier about a kilometer away. I saw many people returning from there in the afternoon. Patong Beach is about 4-5 kilometers away.
Environment: They gave us a room facing the street, and it was incredibly noisy. The sound of motorbikes revving was super loud. I tried asking the front desk to change rooms, but it wasn't possible.DeCAD 93

Absolutely loved this hotel! The ambiance is fantastic, and the exterior has a really stylish design with lots of greenery. There are several pools, but the rooftop infinity pool with sea views is definitely the highlight. The room design is practical and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. My room was nice and clean, and the hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything in Patong. Unfortunately, I was given a joined room with a locked door connecting to the next room. my stay was completely ruined by the guests next door.
They were extremely loud late at night and early in the morning while I was trying to sleep. There was also a strong cigarette smell coming into my room, and even worse, I could clearly hear *** ****** through the wall. I wore earplugs, but they didn’t help at all.
I called reception and even banged on the wall to warn them, but they did not quiet down at all. The noise continued and became an absolute nightmare. I barely got any sleep.
The room and location are good, but soundproofing is terrible, and noise control by the hotel is very poor. If you’re a light sleeper or value peace and rest, I do not recommend staying here.DeCAD 42
