Itens permitidos como bagagem pessoal: mochila pequena, carteira, bolsa de notebook, bolsa de bebê, bolsa de mão ou case de câmera. Essa bagagem não conta no limite da bagagem de mão, desde que respeite os limites de tamanho e peso.

Itens PROIBIDOS (nunca permitidos em nenhuma bagagem)
- Armas, munições, explosivos e fogos de artifício;
- Drogas ilícitas e substâncias psicotrópicas sem receita médica;
- Materiais tóxicos, corrosivos, radioativos e inflamáveis (ex: gasolina, ácido sulfúrico, álcool concentrado >70%);
- Animais e plantas sem autorização prévia da LATAM (para viajar com animais de assistência, o ideal é solicitar o serviço com até 48h de antecedência);
- Produtos falsificados (moeda, documentos, mercadorias com violação de propriedade intelectual).
Itens RESTRITOS (permitidos sob condições específicas)

If youre looking for a sleek, ultra modern 5 star resort, this may not be for you. But if you want authentic Thai hospitality, traditional Thai-inspired architecture, lush tropical surroundings, and a peaceful beachfront escape, this resort is absolutely worth it.
I stayed here as a solo traveler and had one of the most relaxing stays Ive experienced. Its also perfect for couples, honeymooners, and families.
I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view hillside cottage even though I booked one of the more affordable room categories. The private beach was the main reason I chose this resort and it was exactly what I was looking for, quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the petting zoo, the beautiful pool, and the delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful.
Special thanks to Ms. Chuty and Ms. Kat at the front desk for making our stay even more memorable. They assisted us during checkout, kindly reminded us about a few belongings we had accidentally left in the room without ever making us feel rushed, and even allowed us to extend our stay until 12:30 PM, which we truly appreciated. Since our flight was later in the afternoon, they also arranged lounge access so we could comfortably wait in an airconditioned area until it was time to leave. Their kindness and thoughtfulness really reflected the genuine hospitality of the resort.
I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby, the beach bag provided for guests, the convenient buggy service, and the fact that ordering GrabFood was easy.
My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. This resort may not be the newest, but it’s clean, wellmaintained, peaceful, and full of character. If you appreciate nature, privacy, and heartfelt service over ultra modern luxury, you’ll absolutely love staying here.

We booked two Deluxe Rooms (two queen-size beds, with balcony) in February, and in June, we found out the water park was under renovation. We were told there would be extra pools, slides, trampolines, etc., for kids. I had booked for two days before our flight to be closer to the airport, so I didn't cancel the reservation. Plus, I wanted to see the planes take off and land.
What I didn't like: The closed water park, constant renovations, fences everywhere, and the noise of drills. The additional facilities for kids didn't compensate for why we booked it in the first place for our 12 and 13-year-olds; they wanted a water park, not an inflatable trampoline for toddlers. The beach was dirty; at least they could have cleaned the trash from the hotel's section of the shore. In the balcony room, it was unbearable to sleep because the balcony door didn't close tightly. Consequently, the noise from the planes taking off made it impossible to sleep, even on the 7th floor of building 9.
MINUS: The climate control panel was by the door. In another hotel we stayed at before this one, it was by the bed, so at night, I could turn the AC and lights on and off by feel.
PLUSES: Because the water park was closed, upon our request, they upgraded our room category and gave us a large room in building 1. So, we spent our second night there as a family. It had two AC units and a lot of space.
The breakfast was good, with plenty of variety!
The area was CLEAN and well-maintained, but it didn't have that 'wow' factor.
You can't swim at the beach. You have to walk about 2 km towards the 'coral graveyard,' where you can snorkel and see fish, but bottles and trash will accompany you the whole way.
Overall, this hotel didn't impress us. Its main advantage is being 20 minutes from the airport.DeDKK 210

Would like to sincerely thank The Nature Phuket for giving us such a wonderful and memorable experience during our stay, even though it was only for one night in Phuket. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel welcomed and comfortable.
The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were absolutely amazing, and every staff member we met was genuinely friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to the team for successfully fulfilling our requests, especially the last-minute birthday surprise for my friend. I had forgotten to inform them earlier, but after confirming her birthday through her passport, they thoughtfully managed to prepare a sweet surprise for her on the very same day.
We were truly touched by the effort and sincerity shown by the team. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, from the excellent service to the fun time we had enjoying the swimming pool together. The resort has 2 pools, and most rooms are pool-access. The price before Chinese New Year was 440 a night, which is decent value for money. It's very close to Rawai Beach, with a 7-Eleven and sea-view restaurants right outside. Now for the downsides: 1. No clothes rack in the room, so no way to wash and dry clothes. 2. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. 3. For a family of three, there's an extra charge of 150 THB for the child, but no extra bed is provided. 4. I subtly got the feeling that Chinese guests aren't particularly welcome. This is just my personal feeling and for reference only.DeDKK 124

I was extremely satisfied with this trip. I chose the Orchid Hotel because of its location and the big waterslide, though my expectations weren't very high initially. I'd seen some reviews mentioning the hotel being damp and moldy, but I figured that for the 300-400 baht price point, it would be acceptable. I requested a high-floor, sunny room on Trip.com. I booked two rooms, and since our flight arrived late, we didn't get to the hotel until midnight. The two rooms were in different buildings, quite far apart. At first, I wasn't happy and considered asking to switch to closer rooms the next day. However, the hotel upgraded one of my standard rooms to a pool-view room, directly facing the big waterslide. My child loved it and didn't want to move, so we just made do. I stayed on the third floor of building 1. While the room wasn't brand new, it wasn't as old or damp as some reviews suggested. When I entered, the air conditioning was on. I'm not sure if it was because I'd noted my concern about dampness causing my child to get a rash, but the hotel clearly made an effort regarding customer satisfaction. As for people saying the breakfast wasn't good or that there weren't many Chinese people, I think that's subjective. My whole family found the food quite acceptable; it was typical buffet fare. The small restaurant next door was convenient for lunch and dinner. The location was great, only a few hundred meters' walk from Karon Beach. The kids had an absolute blast on the pool slide, and my two-year-old even learned to swim in the shallow pool! A truly commendable point is that it was my eldest son's birthday on the 22nd. Without any prior notification from me, the hotel decorated our room for his birthday. We were out at sea all day, and when we returned to the room that evening, we found it meticulously cleaned. The hotel had fashioned adorable little elephants from towels, adorned with fresh flowers, and left a birthday card. Both the kids and adults were amazed! My son was overjoyed. It was his first tenth birthday, and his first time receiving birthday wishes from a hotel. I have to say, for a seaside hotel in Phuket, an old establishment like the Orchid, at such a great value, making this kind of effort – I am extremely satisfied. If I ever go to Phuket again, I will definitely stay here. This is not a paid review; it's a completely genuine and objective assessment, for your reference.DeDKK 325

Please make sure to store your personal belongings safely in your room. Other than that, everything else was good, and the pool was great. The room was spacious enough too. The hotel indeed has very few Chinese guests, but they were still quite friendly towards us. I'm not sure if it was because they initially messed up my name, or for some other reason, but they upgraded us from a family room to a suite, which was large and beautiful. We were very satisfied with our stay, and there was an ocean view right outside the window.
The hotel environment is nice, but the breakfast is just average. It's not too far or too close to Jungceylon and the seafood market, about a 20-minute walk, but taxis are quite expensive.
The only downside is that it's too noisy at night; you can hear all the sounds from the road and the bars, and the soundproofing is a bit poor.DeDKK 422

The studio apartment is very spacious, featuring a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a separate bathroom with a walk-in closet, and 3 air conditioners. The room is equipped with a microwave, a stove, a capsule coffee machine, and cooking utensils. Housekeeping is every two days, but it's best to remind the reception. Beach towels are provided in the room and are replaced during cleaning. There are two buildings and several pools on the property. Guests can use the shuttles from the Laguna area, and there's also a transfer service to Patong. A boat transports guests to the beach every 20 minutes from 8 AM to 12 PM and from 1 PM to 7 PM. You can also take another boat to cruise around the Laguna. On the beach, there are complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a toilet and shower. Small stalls selling drinks, food, and corn are right on the beach. Stand-up paddleboard rentals are available nearby. The room was clean and service was great. I was a bit surprised when the cleaner entered my room while I quickly came back from breakfast (I didn’t put up a cleaning sign), but she was very apologetic and handled it well.
I booked 2 nights without breakfast and purchased a breakfast coupon during check-in, which saved me 100 baht. The location is the only downside which around 15–20 mins walk to Bangla Road and Patong Beach. However, there are good local food options about 10 mins away.
The infinity pool is well maintained, with great cocktail happy hours. A perfect place to relax away from the busy nightlife. I would definitely come back to stay here again.DeDKK 293

This hotel truly lives up to its reputation among Chinese travelers. I booked a direct pool access room and, before arriving, I was worried about insects on the ground floor, even bringing insect repellent. To my surprise, I didn't see a single bug.
The bathroom was a bit dated, not as bright and new-looking as in the pictures. Breakfast was mostly Western fare. As for service, the cleaning staff on the first day were excellent, but on the second and third days, it was a different person who seemed grumpy.
The biggest downside is the poor soundproofing. Every night around 11 PM, staff would push what sounded like a cleaning cart up and down the first floor, making a huge racket.
Everything else was good; I didn't experience any discrimination, and they proactively helped with luggage. The location was also convenient.DeDKK 338

The downside is that the hotel is very large and the rooms are located halfway up the hill, so you need to take the hotel shuttle for all ins and outs. However, the shuttle service is very convenient and always available on demand, with excellent service. There are many restaurants outside the hotel, and Patong Beach is within walking distance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! It's better to book rooms from 48 sq m and up. We had a 30 sq m room, which was a bit small. Our windows faced the mosque, but it wasn't an issue; we're sound sleepers and didn't hear anything. Maybe a tiny bit, but nothing critical. It's a city hotel, exactly as described. We really loved the staff! Almost everyone was responsive and friendly. The reception, the male room service staff, and the ladies at dinner were all fantastic finds. A special thank you to the chef! When checking in, I asked for a room in a newer building, but was told that my room type was only available in Building D (I later found out it's available in three buildings). So I had to stay in that one. Then, I was woken up at night by a strange noise from the closet. I contacted staff and moved to a newer building the next day. The old building definitely had older facilities, while the new one was much better. The hotel's environment, common areas, and pool are all great, and there weren't many mosquitoes. Kalima Resort & Spa – A Hotel We'd Love to Return To
We first discovered Kalima because of the Japanese restaurant on the hotel grounds. We were immediately impressed by the panoramic views and the famous infinity pool – so much so that we booked a few nights there almost immediately after dinner.
And honestly, the hotel exceeded our expectations.
The service here is truly top-notch, the infrastructure is excellent, and the staff are incredibly attentive. We appreciated the attention to detail: you can easily contact the reception, order services, and book activities through a convenient app, saving a lot of time on organizational matters.
I particularly want to highlight the staff – all employees are very friendly, attentive, and respond quickly to any requests. Housekeeping was done daily and to a high standard, without any complaints.
The breakfasts deserve special mention. The selection is truly impressive: Japanese and Italian cuisine, BBQ, a wide variety of fresh fruits, desserts, a chocolate fountain, and a DIY bar with mojitos and other cocktails. There's also a separate coffee bar where you can order coffee drinks or a matcha latte. We couldn't even try everything in just a few days.
Another pleasant bonus is the recently opened sauna next to the main pool. It's very well-equipped, and thanks to regular cleaning, it's always clean and fresh inside, without any damp smell.
The hotel is located a bit away from the main city infrastructure. However, this is perfectly compensated by the free shuttle service to and from Jungceylon, which runs throughout the day.
Ultimately, we had such a wonderful time that we decided to extend our stay for an additional night. For us, this is probably the best indicator of how much we loved the hotel.

This resort is located in Rawai, and it’s a great choice if you’re looking to stay away from the chaos of Patong. We booked a room with direct pool access, and it was absolutely worth it, especially in Thailand’s warm weather.
We also really enjoyed the fresh coconut juice and mango sticky rice from the small kiosk just outside the hotel. It’s very convenient, with a convenience store nearby as well perfect for quick snacks.
The beach area has a lovely atmosphere, especially the chairs under the trees, which make for a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the view. However, swimming isn’t ideal as the water is a bit murky. We really enjoyed our stay at Metadee Concept Hotel. The resort feels like a tropical oasis — lots of greenery and the pool is the highlight, it snakes through the entire property. There's a free transfer to the exit, and the beach is only a short walk away. Shops, massage places, and restaurants are all nearby, which is super convenient. Pros: The service was quite enthusiastic and responsive. The rooms were spacious with 180-degree views, and the bedding was comfortable. Also, since they are all stand-alone villas with only neighbors above and below, soundproofing and privacy are better. The staggered layout allows for distant sea views from the balconies, and there are many pools to enjoy water activities within the hotel.
Breakfast was decent, quite simple, with good fruit, but the juices were not freshly squeezed, which was a bit disappointing.
Cons: The gym equipment was limited, and the hotel is quite far from the beach and town.
Overall, it's good value for money, nothing exceptional but left a positive impression. It's not over-the-top excellent though.

Let's start with the positives: the staff at the front desk, room service, and restaurant guides were all smiling, helpful, and greeted everyone warmly.
Now for the negatives: The room we stayed in this time was actually quite small; with two people and two pieces of luggage, it felt a bit cramped. We stayed in Building 2 this time. When checking in, I told the front desk about a previous stay (in a suite in Building 3) where the balcony faced a huge, noisy air conditioning unit from next door, making it impossible to sleep, and asked to avoid a similar room. However, every room in Building 2 this time had individual AC units, not central air, and the main issue was that the AC blew directly onto the bed! I managed to sleep the first night, but woke up in the middle of the night from the cold. On the second night, there was nothing I could do to block it, so I had to grab the hotel's bathrobe to use as a makeshift wind deflector. Moreover, when the AC blew downwards, the whole room would warm up, but when it blew directly, the temperature would drop. No wonder the room also came with a fan (another room on the 7th floor). The room design felt very makeshift and lacked the thoughtful hotel ambiance: although it did create a lush atmosphere (with green plants everywhere and numerous seedlings for photo opportunities). Because I didn't sleep comfortably, I probably won't consider staying here again.DeDKK 1.076

* Pool Closure & Alternatives: The hotel's main pool is currently undergoing renovation (expected to be closed until late September or even October). While Xana Beach Club and Rava Club have small pools, they are not very suitable for children under 12.
* Thoughtful Solution: During our stay, hotel management allowed us to use the excellent family-friendly pool at the adjacent Banyan Tree, easily accessible via the free Laguna ferry.
* Booking Pitfall: When we booked through Trip.com and inquired with both parties, neither clearly specified the exact areas affected. Future travelers are strongly advised to double-check.
* Room Location & Construction Noise: Villas numbered 1110 to 1124 within the resort are closer to the renovation site and may not be ideal for booking currently. Since hotels usually confirm specific room numbers only one day before check-in, it's recommended to clarify with customer service before making a full payment.
* Protecting Consumer Rights: If your trip is affected by facility closures, impacting your children's expectations and your original experience, don't hesitate to voice your concerns to the hotel and booking platform. * Dining Recommendations: The restaurants at Angsana and Banyan Tree are definitely worth trying. We highly recommend the Italian restaurant Azura and the Thai restaurant Saffron; both are of very high quality.
* Service, Transportation & Environment: The hotel service is excellent, with buggy (golf cart) transfers available within the resort. The entire Laguna area also offers shuttle buses and ferries, making for a very relaxing and comfortable overall environment.

We booked the Veli Wing, which is perfect for kids with tons of water facilities. You can see the sea right across the road, and the beach isn't crowded. The hotel also allows you to sign for expenses, which is very convenient. I really love their Thai restaurant; the taste easily surpasses the small shops nearby. I regret not staying an extra night! We first stayed 3 nights near Kata, then two nights at Pullman, which wasn't enough. There was too little time to just relax, and with so many fun places in Phuket, it was hard to stay put. The hotel breakfast was amazing – we'd sit from 8 AM till 11 AM, and the view was absolutely stunning. The beach was uncrowded, perfect for lounging. It's also super close to the airport, only about a 10-15 minute drive, and the hotel's shuttle service was quick and commendable. What's also worth mentioning is that the hotel is right next to the Thai Elephant Home, so we didn't have to join a tour and waste time with detours or picking up other guests – we were the last stop, haha! The hotel's location is quite good; you can walk directly to Karon Beach from the hotel, and it's not far from Kata Night Market, just a few minutes' walk away. Many of the hotel staff can speak Chinese, so communication was mostly hassle-free. Although the rooms have a wooden structure, they are elevated, so even though it's near the sea, there's no feeling of dampness. The breakfast was decent. The 'Red Chopsticks' restaurant at the entrance is also good. Our room package included dinner, though we didn't eat there every day. Since I didn't book a hotel in advance for Chinese New Year, I decided to book this place as the price for a triple room was quite reasonable. The triple room was actually pretty spacious, and having one bed per person was perfect.
Location: Overall, the location isn't super convenient. Luckily, we booked private cars and island hopping tours for both days we stayed. Otherwise, there's really nothing around. This place seems quite convenient for going to Phi Phi Island, though, as there's a pier about a kilometer away. I saw many people returning from there in the afternoon. Patong Beach is about 4-5 kilometers away.
Environment: They gave us a room facing the street, and it was incredibly noisy. The sound of motorbikes revving was super loud. I tried asking the front desk to change rooms, but it wasn't possible.DeDKK 292

1. The steep slope mentioned in reviews was certainly noticeable on our first day, but we got used to it by the second time.
2. This hotel is super close to Kata Beach! It was awesome to go surfing in the evenings.
3. Breakfast was decent; it was better when the noodle soup was available. I recommend going early. On my first day, I went at 10:30 AM and there was no noodle soup, but on the second day, I went at 9 AM and they had it.
4. Overall, it's very quiet, perfect for couples or those who prefer a peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel is a bit dated. Although the common areas use central air conditioning, our smaller room had an individual AC unit. It was incredibly noisy, making it hard to sleep, and definitely needs replacing.
Breakfast was decent, and the hotel's overall environment was okay. However, try to avoid the side near the corridor, as there's an unfinished building that looks quite eerie.
There are two Thai restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the hotel entrance, one to the left and one to the right. The one on the left is better and accepts WeChat Pay, though it charges a 3% service fee.
We chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport, as we had a Similan Islands day trip scheduled for the next day. Staying here allowed us to wake up at least an hour later than if we had stayed at beaches like Patong.
