Itens permitidos como bagagem pessoal: mochila pequena, carteira, bolsa de notebook, bolsa de bebê, bolsa de mão ou case de câmera. Essa bagagem não conta no limite da bagagem de mão, desde que respeite os limites de tamanho e peso.

A LATAM proíbe ou restringe itens em bagagens de mão/despachada por razões de segurança, seguindo as regulamentações de aviação internacional. Abaixo, a lista atualizada do site oficial, com destaque para itens recorrentes (ex: power bank).
Itens PROIBIDOS (nunca permitidos em nenhuma bagagem)
- Armas, munições, explosivos e fogos de artifício;
- Drogas ilícitas e substâncias psicotrópicas sem receita médica;
- Materiais tóxicos, corrosivos, radioativos e inflamáveis (ex: gasolina, ácido sulfúrico, álcool concentrado >70%);
- Animais e plantas sem autorização prévia da LATAM (para viajar com animais de assistência, o ideal é solicitar o serviço com até 48h de antecedência);
- Produtos falsificados (moeda, documentos, mercadorias com violação de propriedade intelectual).
Itens RESTRITOS (permitidos sob condições específicas)
- Power bank (carregador portátil): apenas em bagagem de mão (nunca na bagagem despachada). Sem aprovação prévia se ≤100Wh; 100Wh a 160Wh com aprovação da LATAM (48h antes da partida); ≥160Wh proibido. Máximo 2 unidades por passageiro, embaladas para evitar curto-circuito.

The chalet is really very good: spacious, beautiful, and with an amazing view. It has all the kitchen utensils, although we didn’t use them, and it was extremely clean. I definitely recommend it.
The only slightly inconvenient point is the location. The chalet is located at the top of the property, so you need to rely on the reception to arrange transportation to the main area, where the reception and beach access are located. It’s not possible to walk down, as the distance is quite far.
For those who rent a motorbike, this isn’t an issue and everything becomes very easy. However, without your own transport, it can be a bit uncomfortable having to depend on the hotel’s shuttle whenever you want to go down to the beach or leave the hotel.DeMYR 238

The pool water was very clean, and being on the 7th floor with no obstructions, the view was excellent. The room was super spacious and very clean, with all the sofas and chairs looking brand new. The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and even offered welcome drinks. The only downside was the breakfast. Although it's served until 10:30 AM, by a little past 9 AM, almost all the food trays were empty. There were only 2-3 trays with a small amount of food left. I walked around and couldn't find anything to eat, which was quite disappointing. Eventually, a staff member brought me a plate of stir-fried rice noodles, which at least filled me up. This was the first time in decades of traveling that I've encountered such a breakfast situation. We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast on the second day was only slightly better, still feeling like leftovers. It's also quite close to the King Power Duty-Free Shop.DeMYR 184

Close enough to the madness so it’s within a 15 minute walk to Bangla Rd but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet to make a relaxing stay. We had a wonderful stay at this resort. From arrival, Front Desk Agent Polly and Guest Assistant Minnie were incredibly helpful and friendly. Even the buggy driver kindly explained the room facilities and minibar details to us.
Our tropical garden view room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. A special thank you to our room housekeeping for the thoughtful birthday decoration, it truly made my day extra special.
Breakfast offered a wide vegetarian-friendly selection with salad bar, cheese, bakery items, and more. I would love to see a bit more variety in the Asian local dishes, as the menu was quite similar each day. Tropical fruits are my favourite in the resort.
The resort feels like a one-stop getaway with a beautiful beach and clear water. Have to rent snorkelling gear and I recommend renting wet shoes due to stones and dead coral in the beach area. I had a small injury from the coral, but the beach staff took great care of me.
We also enjoyed the small petting zoo, the staffs were very friendly. Overall, the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It’s perfect for anyone looking for relaxation and quiet time, and we would definitely love to return.DeMYR 321

Location: very convenient and easy to get to from the HKT airport, it’s about 10mins ride. Since it’s closer to the airport you would hear airplane sounds all the time but it’s fun to watch it time to time when you are at the beach!
Room: very nice spacious room with a kitchen and balcony. We were able to relax at bathtub too. However we had many problems for our room. Shower and bathtub water wasn’t working and safety box too. Then phone kept ringing every few minutes, for some reason customers call came to our room which was super annoying. So we had to deal with them at the first night and we were not able to relax at all…but a manager dealt with sincere attitude and engineers came rough away and fixed shower problem which was nice. Reception manager called Narn was kind and nice he dealt the situation kindly and showed us a gesture of kindness. So we felt our stay was still lovely.
Breakfast: There are great variety of foods including pastries, fruits and drinks. What I really like was that they change their menu everyday so we were able to tasty different type of food. We enjoyed it to the full and satisfied.
Service: very nice stuffs with gentle smile and sincere and warm hospitality. They are all polite and kind. One time at the beach bar a girl kept telling me that I cannot order in room food service from our room so she kept telling me to come back and pay at the restaurant or bat which I did. But when I went back other stuffs told me I was able and order from our room..,that was quite inconvenient since it takes about 10mins walk from our room to the beach…so hope they can inform correct information to customers…
But over all our stay was lovely with beautiful environment and clean ocean so we would love to come back here again if there is a chance!DeMYR 276

I had a great stay at Best Western Patong Beach Hotel and was very satisfied overall. The room was super clean and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the service throughout my stay was amazing.
I initially booked my stay without breakfast, but I decided to try the breakfast for one day at the hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety, and it was reasonably priced, making it great value for money.
The hotel’s location is another big plus. It’s close to everything — you can easily find tuk-tuks nearby, it’s very close to Bangla Road, and getting to the surrounding beaches is quick and convenient. Despite being so centrally located, the hotel is quiet at night, with no noise disturbance, which I really appreciated.
I was also very happy and touched by the birthday gesture from the hotel, which made my stay feel even more special.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Best Western Patong Beach Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a convenient yet peaceful location in PatongDeMYR 151

The resort has 2 pools, and most rooms are pool-access. The price before Chinese New Year was 440 a night, which is decent value for money. It's very close to Rawai Beach, with a 7-Eleven and sea-view restaurants right outside. Now for the downsides: 1. No clothes rack in the room, so no way to wash and dry clothes. 2. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. 3. For a family of three, there's an extra charge of 150 THB for the child, but no extra bed is provided. 4. I subtly got the feeling that Chinese guests aren't particularly welcome. This is just my personal feeling and for reference only.DeMYR 85

Very nice big hotel.
We choose it because it seemed to be close to the beach but, the straight road that goes there ends up with the gate of kinda National Park and they require you to pay 200 bath per person! Hotel has the free transfer to the beach, so we just used it. By the way, if you’re ok with a little walk you can go to the beach with the airplanes from there (to avoid paying for the ticket or taxi around the airport ). Also you can enter the “park” freely after 5pm.
Breakfast is ok, consists of the western and thai cuisine. Nice swimming pool on the rooftop. Free transfer from and to airport.
The area compared to Patong or Karon beaches is a bit boring, but to me that was even the advantage, because the beach was not packed.DeMYR 126

Everything was ok,location is good, in the center of patong.BUT In the rooms and corridors, everything including the facilities and equipment is bery old.overall everything is not bad except Hygiene in the kitchen area was very poor. For example, during breakfast the glasses were dirty; you could clearly see milk residue or leftover coffee in many of them. On another occasion, we saw a large number of forks and knives fall onto the floor, and the staff were about to place them back on the tables without washing them again. We had to point this out and say that they should be washed again.
Even the tables were not properly cleaned after guests finished their breakfast. Sometimes pieces of food were left on the tables, or the tables were set again with the same dirty hands that had just been used to wipe them.

We had a really great stay at The Nature Phuket. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and you can tell the staff take good care of the place. The location is convenient, close enough to the beach and main areas, but still quiet and relaxing.
Service was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made the stay even more comfortable. The facilities were also very good, especially the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day out.

The front desk service was warm and friendly, with staff proactively greeting guests and responding quickly. The location is relatively quiet, and it costs around 200-500 Thai Baht for a taxi to tourist attractions. It's in the same complex as a residential area and is heavily Russian-influenced, with very few Chinese tourists. This could be challenging for guests who rely on English, as they have Russian-speaking staff, but that's not the main issue...
1. The key card system has a bug; you can only get a maximum of two cards. If you try to get more, even the original ones stop working.
2. You're limited to six filtered water bottles at a time; if you request more, you won't get them.
3. Room cleaning isn't daily; it's done every two days.
4. The bedside power outlet had poor contact and needed to be repaired twice. It was finally fixed by noon, otherwise, charging devices would have been a hassle.
5. Some power switches are loose, and the sliding door makes a noise. Light sleepers should be aware of this.
6. Most importantly, there's a serious design flaw with the bedding. The mattress is smaller than the bed frame, and my family and I repeatedly bumped our knees on the bed base. I even got a significant bruise, though thankfully it went down the next day after applying an ice pack.DeMYR 287

This hotel is perfect! Karon Beach is just a short walk to the right, and all the essentials like car rentals, restaurants, pharmacies, and 7-Elevens are nearby. The resort's standout features are the pools and several slides, which are incredibly fun – kids and adults alike can't get enough. It's mostly occupied by Westerners, especially Russians; you rarely see other Chinese guests. It's incredibly hard to book, often selling out far in advance; I was lucky to snag the last available room. The front desk staff, with a smile, asked why I wasn't staying two more nights – if only I could have booked one! The staff are warm and friendly; when my foot was sore and made walking difficult, they gave me a room closer to the pool and even upgraded me to a family room. The room facilities were complete and in excellent condition, with the air conditioning being particularly good. If I had to find a fault, it would be the breakfast, which was definitely Western-centric, but still edible. There were even staff at the front desk who spoke Chinese, and all the signs had Chinese translations. I honestly don't understand the mindset of those who constantly claim discrimination against Chinese people here.DeMYR 298

Overall, our stay had some challenges. The room had an unpleasant smell, and we noticed too many cockroaches in room, which affected our comfort. Some basic amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, and disposable slippers were not provided. Lub D Phuket Patong Resort is an excellent choice for solo travelers, especially single ladies who appreciate space for their accessories. The standard single rooms assigned to us are perfectly sized, clean, and thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and privacy. Despite being a hostel, the room rates are affordable for having a private space all to ourselves, making it a great value option in a prime location just minutes from Patong Beach. In addition to that, they provide free WIFI and Netflix (provided you have an account to access). The friendly and helpful staff, along with the lively yet relaxed atmosphere, add to a memorable stay. Overall, Lub D resort combines convenience, comfort, and affordability in a vibrant setting suitable for solo adventurers. My travel size is 2 ladies with 2 single rooms by the way. The room was fantastic! I felt the Deluxe Seaview Room was even better than the Romantic Room, with an unobstructed sea view. It was a bit close to the road, but they thoughtfully provided earplugs, which was a nice touch. I couldn't book a continuous stay, but the hotel helped move our luggage when we switched rooms, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance! We absolutely LOVED this hotel!! The food was insanely delicious — oh my goodness! In-room dining was tasty and affordable. The hotel is Muslim-friendly, very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

We switched to this hotel for our last two days and just relaxed there. It was clean and the service was warm and welcoming. They proactively helped us with our luggage when we checked in and even loaded it into our car when we checked out. Breakfast was just okay, though; I've noticed that breakfast in Thailand generally isn't very good, so I usually skip it. The room was very spacious and clean, and you could access the pool directly via stairs. There were also many pools, and the kids' splash area was nice too. It was just okay, especially for the price during peak season; it's pretty standard. The area gets lively at night, so you can definitely hear music from the clubs. The location in Patong is decent. When I checked into the Pullman Phuket, I booked a sea-view king room. I'd requested a high-floor, sea-view room in advance and reiterated it upon arrival. Initially, I was given a room on the 6th floor where the balcony was completely obscured by trees, blocking the sea view. I immediately went back to the front desk to request a change. After confirming availability, the staff personally showed me another room, and I successfully moved to a high-floor, sea-view room with a fantastic view. The whole process was very smooth.
Check-in Tips:
• A 4000 THB deposit is required upon check-in. Any on-site consumption will be deducted from this deposit upon check-out, with the remainder refunded or additional charges collected.
• The high-floor balconies offer panoramic views of the entire Andaman Sea. The beach is just across the street, a short walk away.
• The hotel grounds have peacocks and free-range chickens.
• Breakfast is extensive, with two dining areas and a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.
• You can also book a Thai SPA with the front desk.

Hotel exceeded our expectations.
Room was very spacious, very clean and modern. Nice design, comfortable bed, all amenities working.
View over the pool was nice.
Walking distances within the hotel are quite long, not good for people that have issues with that.
We loved the breakfast buffet, which was a brunch with loads of hot options like a soup and salad bar and huge variety of hot savory dishes (Asian and western food) and highly recommend booking it with the room rate.
Only they didn’t have any milk alternatives which wasn’t great for me as someone allergic to dairy.
Coffee wasn’t good, but two 7 eleven just around the corner for your daily dose of iced coffee 😋
Pool super clean and pretty. Layout is cool, temperature is great, enough chairs available, swim up bar with music and reasonably priced drinks.
Location was convenient for us, not too loud but loads of Restaurants, bars, night market and shops around the corner. If you wanna spend time at the beach rather than the pool I would recommend a hotel that’s closer to the beach, even though the Aurich has a free shuttle service to the beach and it’s not that far to walk (feels longer in the heat or with kids though)
We recommend as a great stay for couples and if we come back to Phuket will certainly book again :)DeMYR 171

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's about a 10-minute walk to Jungceylon Shopping Center, and the nearest 7-Eleven is only about 5 minutes away. Patong Beach is also roughly 10 minutes away. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but very clean. The pool isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The hotel staff are really friendly, always smiling from arrival to departure, and they provide very attentive service. Oh, and I thought the hotel breakfast was fantastic; you can fill up in the morning and skip lunch. I definitely recommend getting breakfast. Overall, I'm very satisfied—a great choice!DeMYR 315

Facilities: The hotel offers a complete range of excellent facilities, including a spa, gym, game room, restaurant, and swimming pool. If you have plenty of time, you could easily spend an entire day here, enjoying the pool, sunbathing, and delicious meals.
Cleanliness: The hotel staff are very diligent with their cleaning and maintenance. The floors are spotless, and the food provided is incredibly fresh. We used the bathtub, and the water looked very clean; drinking water was also bottled. Despite the living environment being like a tropical rainforest, rich in biodiversity (we spotted large geckos and heard cuckoos and cicadas early in the morning), there were surprisingly few mosquito disturbances.
Ambiance: Our room had windows on two sides, providing a comfortable and airy atmosphere for relaxation. My sleep quality here was excellent, allowing me to truly unwind.
Service: I must particularly commend the staff's service. They show a uniquely Thai warmth to visitors from different regions, ensuring every guest feels at ease, regardless of their nationality. Everyone's service was incredibly professional, leaving me with a fantastic first impression of Thailand. I regret that my itinerary for the next two nights is at a hotel near Patong Beach. The hotel's environment is truly exceptional, probably one of the best in the vicinity. It's built on a hill, so some rooms require a funicular ride to reach them. It's not far from Patong Walking Street and Jungceylon, about a ten to fifteen-minute walk. The hotel does offer a shuttle service, but it's not very convenient, running only four times a day, with the last service at 4 PM. There are dining options nearby, but they all look pretty mediocre. I do want to commend the hotel's restaurant; it's reasonably priced and the food is delicious – I ate there twice during my three-day stay. However, the room cleaning was disappointing; it felt like they cut corners. Disposable amenities weren't replenished, and one day they even forgot the bathroom floor mat. Each room comes with chocolates in four flavors, which were very tasty. My main complaint is about the poolside bar at night. It's incredibly inconvenient; the music plays until around midnight, and you can clearly hear people talking and drinking below. I thought booking a pool-view room would be quieter since it wasn't facing the street, but I totally miscalculated by not realizing there was a poolside bar. I had to wear earplugs every night to sleep, otherwise, I wouldn't have gotten any rest. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. The breakfast was also decent, and everything tasted nice. The rooms are individual bungalows nestled in the jungle, offering a fantastic environment with excellent privacy, separated from neighboring bungalows by trees.
The resort's surroundings are incredibly beautiful and perfect for taking photos. The pool is open during the day, and there's a bar next to it where you can order drinks. You can walk directly from the resort to the nearby beach, which tends to be quite crowded.
The package includes daily breakfast from 8 AM to 11 AM, as well as a choice of either lunch or dinner from 2 PM to 10 PM. The food quality is decent, and there are plenty of options to choose from.DeMYR 699

This hotel is located right by the sea in a quiet and peaceful area, free from any hustle and bustle, which I really loved. All the staff provided excellent service. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The TV is a smart TV, allowing you to watch YouTube or Netflix. There is also a bar and a restaurant available as part of the hotel’s services. The parking area is a short distance from the hotel, but there is a shuttle service provided, which is not an issue at all. You can also walk if you prefer. The room was big and we were really happy with it. We loved the bed — it was very large and comfortable. We didn’t get to use the swimming pool because we didn’t have much time. The staff were great and excellent overall.
We did not request housekeeping on our second day. Someone cleaned the room and thank you for that,but they forgot to replace the bath mat when we returned around 11 PM. I was too tired to ask, so I just let it go. However, I was surprised later when they questioned why the bath mat was missing. I definitely had no plans to take a bath mat with me on my way to Koh Pangan! 😂 the lady who assisted us in checked put were so lovely she just did her job and apologize for asking this and she did a great job.And to the guy who assisted printing my bus ticket thank you so much.
The towels also weren’t changed during service and there was no bath mat, but honestly, it was fine with us. Still, being accused of taking the bath mat was a bit insane. 😭DeMYR 311

At first I had some doubts because the reviews mentioned that the hotel is located on a steep hill, but it’s actually very manageable. For those who find it too challenging, you can simply take a Grab or Bolt (just keep in mind that there can be traffic in the afternoon and evening). We had a very nice stay at Panwaburi Beachpoint Resort and truly enjoyed our time there. The resort itself is comfortable and relaxing, but what really made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff.
All the staff were very welcoming, especially the night bellboy. We arrived at the resort quite late, almost 10:00 PM, and unfortunately the bike rental shops nearby were already closed. Our toddler had not eaten yet, so we needed to go to the nearest 7-Eleven, which was about 1 km away and too far to walk with a child at night.
One of the staff members (I’m very sorry I can’t remember his name) went out of his way to help us by offering his friend’s (the security staff’s) bike so we could get food for our toddler. This thoughtful and caring gesture meant so much to us and showed genuine concern for guests.
It was indeed a memorable birthday trip for our daughter, and this kind act made it even more special. Because of this wonderful experience, we felt truly taken care of. For sure, we will stay here again and highly recommend Panwaburi Beachpoint Resort to others.
