Ficar neste hotel foi uma das melhores escolhas desta viagem. A vista do canal e da Estação Santa Lucia da janela me fez sentir como se estivesse em Veneza todos os dias. Os ovos mexidos no café da manhã eram especialmente deliciosos. Fica a cerca de 5 a 10 minutos de caminhada da estação. Se você tiver uma mala grande, precisará se preparar, pois terá que atravessar uma grande ponte se sair da Estação Santa Lucia. A equipe foi muito gentil e reservou um tempo para nos explicar as coisas, mesmo não falando inglês ou italiano. Também foi muito útil que eles guardassem minha mala para mim. Eu adoraria ficar aqui novamente se eu for a Veneza novamente. muito obrigado.

O hotel fica em frente à estação de trem de Mestre. É bem perto, do outro lado da rua. No entanto, o quarto é bem insonorizado e não afeta em nada o sono. Eu realmente admiro o efeito de isolamento acústico dos hotéis europeus. Há uma geladeira e uma banheira no quarto, e bebidas têm um custo adicional. O hotel oferece um farto café da manhã e armazenamento gratuito, o que é muito adequado para amigos que estão em um passeio de um dia para Veneza.

A perfect hotel. The best four-star hotel in Verona, right between Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza Bra in the city center, only a hundred meters away from the former residence of Giulia. The side of the hotel is the most famous pedestrian street in Verona, Via Mazzini (a street of famous brands), where there are famous ice cream shops in the old town, and there are many popular restaurants in both squares. The hotel is classical in style in both architecture and decoration, very artistic, and the buffet breakfast is also rich.

Honestly, I didn't expect to find such a great hotel at this price, and it even included breakfast – incredible value for money! The location was the absolute best part. It's only a five or six-minute walk from the train station, which was a huge relief when traveling with heavy luggage – so convenient for anyone on the go! Staying off the main island meant better prices and a quieter, more comfortable experience without the crowds. The breakfast far exceeded my expectations. There was a wide variety of food, they refilled dishes quickly, and everything tasted great – I was completely satisfied. The room decor was simple and practical, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable two-night stay. I have to praise the hot water system; it heated up fast and the temperature was stable, making for a fantastic shower experience. If you're looking to save money, save effort, and enjoy a comfortable stay in Venice, this place is definitely the right choice!

Um hotel muito grande com mais de 190 quartos. Fica a 15 minutos a pé da estação ferroviária e não muito longe do centro da cidade. Do outro lado da rua do hotel fica a delegacia de polícia As instalações são completas e relativamente novas. Café da manhã rico Equipe de serviço profissional e entusiasmada A única desvantagem é que parece não haver supermercados ou pequenas lojas por perto, o que torna inconveniente comprar água.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at BW Premier Collection Continental and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is unbeatable — just a five-minute walk from Santa Lucia Train Station, which makes arriving in Venice incredibly easy, especially with luggage. You’re right in the heart of the city while still being able to relax comfortably. The service was truly impeccable, from reception to room service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. One moment that really stood out: I was allowed to sit on the lobby couch and enjoy a bottle of wine that I hadn’t purchased from the hotel — something that almost never happens. Not only did they allow it, but they brought me glasses and even opened the bottle for me with a smile. Later, I went to buy more wine from the bar, and even though they had technically just closed, they still served me without hesitation. That level of hospitality really says everything. Amazing location, outstanding service, and a warm, generous atmosphere. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay centrally in Venice while enjoying truly exceptional service.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the train station, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The rooms are spotlessly clean and feel very new, with modern furnishings and a fresh, stylish design. The overall atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. The service provided by the staff is truly first-class — they are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. You can really feel that they care about their guests’ comfort and satisfaction. Considering the quality of the facilities and the level of service, the price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Very welcoming structure for apparently mostly business clientele (given the availability of large meeting spaces), but which my family and I used as a base to explore the splendid surroundings. Everything excellent, from the location to the cleanliness, from the welcome to the breakfast, from the silence to the common areas. We will return!

Although there is only a gas station across the hotel. But the location is still excellent. The bus stop to Venice and the airport is right outside the hotel. The bus takes 8 mins into Plazza di Roma. The hotel sells the bus tickets. And there are two buses and the timetable is very regular. We never had to wait more than 10 mins for a bus. So so convenient. The swimming pool also very good, not very busy. Breakfast was ok. Staff were extremely helpful with info, in particularly getting to venice and the airport.

Very nice old palace with classic style interiors.  Location: close to the water bus stop of Ca' d'Oro, 10 minutes walk to Rialto and close to the food area of Cannaregio Service: Amazing staff, always with a smile and willing to help F&B: Breakfast is always the same and with limited choices (this is not meant to be negative for me) but, the quality is top notch. The afternoon tea time in the afternoon is complimentary but unfortunately I have never tried it Rooms: Big rooms (at least mine), big bathroom, very comfortable bed.
