This hotel is a bit old, with a rather dated interior design, but it’s still quite comfortable. The room is clean enough, and the swimming pool is nice too. However, the shower room by the pool isn’t very clean. The hotel’s location is very strategic ,right in the city center, close to popular food spots, and also very near Cihapit Market. For breakfast, it’s fairly complete, with lots of Bandung specialties like cireng, lumpia basah, and cilok. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Location is strategic at Jalan Padjajaran Indah V which has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and lounges along the road. You will never have to travel far to get your coffee (Point Coffee, Starbucks and Tanmu), the famous Ibu Rahayu Soto, Japanese food (Sushi Matsu and Yujo) and evening drinks at the lounges nearby (Barcelona, Bulan Madu Brew, etc). Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was large, clean, air conditioning good, water pressure strong and bed was comfortable. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym. Breakfast was good with all local and Western food. Will repeat my stay if I am in Bogor.

The hotel has a classic, elegant feel and is well-maintained, with a spacious lobby that gives a good first impression. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the city. The bed was cozy and made it easy to rest after a full day of exploring Bandung. Amenities were adequate, and everything I needed was provided without issue. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the whole experience stress-free. Breakfast had a good variety of local and international options. The taste was decent, and the dining area was comfortable even during busy hours. Location-wise, the hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas in Bandung. Overall, Aryaduta Bandung offers good value for a comfortable and reliable stay. It may not be ultra-modern, but it delivers well on comfort, service, and convenience. I would consider staying here again for a future trip.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

It’s quite compact and convenient for a family vacation: you can see animals, watch shows, and enjoy activities all within the area without needing to go elsewhere. It’s especially suitable if you have a small baby like us. Bringing a baby to the bigger Taman Safari might be overwhelming, so this feels like a good “starter pack” to still create memories. I’d recommend coming in the morning before check-in, enjoying the facilities, staying overnight, and going to the pool again in the morning before check-out—perfect for a short escape. One thing I wish was different is that some rides still require additional payment. It’s not expensive, but that’s exactly why it feels like it should be included for hotel guests. Paying extra on top of the room rate makes it feel a bit petty. We stayed at the Leopard Hotel, and unfortunately, the walls were quite thin. We could hear noise from the next room (including loud music) and from the hallway, which was not ideal since we have a baby who naps during the day. Considering the price, the room experience didn’t feel optimal. On the positive side, we visited during Ramadan and the staff were very accommodating. They woke us up for sahur via phone call and even provided a wara-wiri car pickup. When we booked buka puasa at the restaurant, they kindly gave us a table near the aquarium, our baby loved it. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, it was still an okay experience for us.

GGuest UserOur honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

GGuest UserThe access road to the hotel was quite surprising, as the location feels very remote and far from main areas. At first, it raised some doubts, but upon arrival, the concept of the hotel as a hidden getaway became clear. The property and parking area are spacious, and the cool, windy atmosphere is definitely a positive aspect. That said, the room experience did not fully align with the price point or the expectations of a four-star hotel. The deluxe room felt rather small, with very limited space for praying. Several basic details were also missing or poorly maintained: a broken bedside table that was only available on one side, no toothbrush cup or hand soap in the bathroom, and an overall interior that felt dated, with peeling paint visible in several areas, including the room door. The door lock also did not feel particularly secure, which affected comfort. When I raised these issues and requested a room change, the front desk staff responded promptly and moved me to a better room. This quick response is appreciated. However, the explanation given suggested a lack of internal coordination, particularly between housekeeping and the sales team, which ideally should be better managed. On the positive side, the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Dinner at the restaurant was acceptable—nothing outstanding, but satisfactory. There are limited activities available for adults, and due to the hotel’s secluded location, guests should plan their own transportation. Ride-hailing services and taxis are available, but waiting times can be longer because of how hidden the hotel is. Overall, the hotel offers a calm environment, a large property, and pleasant weather. However, in terms of room size, basic amenities, and interior condition, the experience feels closer to a 3.5-star hotel rather than a full four-star standard. With better room maintenance and attention to small but important details, this hotel could significantly improve the guest experience.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in and when we needed assistance. The breakfast options were decent, though there could be more variety. One downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and there was some noise from outside at night. Overall, it’s a good value for the price and I would consider staying here again

JJu31t@First time stayed at this hotel with family for 2 nights. Service not doubt is absolutely fantastic and breakfast is good. Some points that the hotel can further improve, facilities like gym and hair dryer also canopy between building as you can get wet to the gym area if it’s raining. The car park is totally not for the first timer driver 😆
