Review from Malaysian. Evertyhing is fine and perfect. Room is spacious. FOOD IS FANTASTIC!!!! 10/10. Its just the iron needed to be changed. It is so broken cant change the temperature & also the iron board. I cant use it. Overall everything is top notch! Thank you!

A localização é excelente n é direita no centro da cidade medan. Há um Grande centro comercial: o centro comercial de delipark, à direita do hotel w Sogo, Como a loja de ancla. Há muitas refeições no pico. A segurança do hotel é muito estreita que me faz sentir seguro ... O pessoal lá fora r lá para nos dar as boas-vindas ao hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying and overall it left a very positive impression. 🛏️ Room Comfort & Cleanliness • The room was comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably. • It was immaculately clean, with fresh linens, spotless floors, and well-maintained furnishings. 🌅 Scenic Views • The views from the room were stunning—whether it was city lights at night or a sweeping horizon during the day, the scenery was truly enjoyable.

Room is huge and super clean. Toilet come with bathtub and shower in different cubicle. Absolutely posh. The breakfast is above and beyond. I really enjoy the food as the have so many different varieties and the breakfast also serve on the top floor where the view of the surrounding of medan is part of the meal. Just breathtaking! I would come to this hotel if i were to visit medan in near future!

AAnonymous UserStaff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Variety of food for brekfast. Location is quite central - Less than 10 mins walk to Delipark Mall and Tjong A Fie Mansion. Theres a bus station nearby too but we use grab most of the time. Pls note that pavements in Indonesia are generally not being maintained - so watch out for holes, metal rods, uneven surface etc. Highly recommended.

EElisaDanielleThe jacuzzi, steam room and pool are a little worn down but the gym is huge and the spa is nice. The room itself was really comfortable and well-kept. Also, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from DeliPark Mall Medan, which is a huge mall. All in all, I would stay here again if I visit Medan again in the future.

AAnonymous UserAfter breakfast yesterday, I planned to head straight to the museum from my room and then take the Airport Express train to the airport. But guess what? The door wouldn't open (my card showed a green light, but the door just wouldn't budge). I called the floor attendant, and even her master key couldn't open it. She was quite helpful, immediately calling engineering, but no one answered. I was in a hurry, so I told her to keep calling while I went downstairs to the front desk for help. There were two ladies in hijabs at the front desk. They sent a male staff member up with me, but still, no luck! Then, the engineering guy arrived with a power drill, but that didn't work either. I told them to wait... I was just standing in the hallway, no chairs anywhere. Eventually, I thought, 'This isn't going to work, I need to push them at the front desk where at least there are seats.' So, after about forty minutes of this ordeal, they told me the door was open and to come up. When I got into the room, I saw that the ceiling panel above the door had partially fallen off (was this the reason? I don't know, and I didn't have time to haggle with them). I checked out immediately, rushed to the museum, then to the train station. I made it to the Airport Express with just three minutes to spare! Thanks to the tuk-tuk driver who helped me sprint with my luggage. Looking back, this hotel was terrible. From start to finish, not a single apology! The front desk ladies in hijabs acted like it wasn't their problem, totally unconcerned. While waiting, I was going up and down by myself, and no one from the front desk even bothered to come up to check on the situation; they just sent staff. At the time, I didn't know how long it would take to open the door or if I'd miss my flight, so I tried calling Ctrip, but I could only speak to a robot customer service! Ugh. What an unpleasant experience. The door wouldn't open, and this brand-name chain hotel had no solution! It really messed up my schedule!

FForever GratefulThis lakefront hotel is the only 5 star hotel in Samosir. It's new, about 2 years old. Its location is strategic, about 9 minutes drive from Ambarita ferry terminal, where ferries from Parapat dock. The room is not big but clean and functional. The shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion smell really good, like one of those essential oils. The hotel also has a jetty for watersports like jetski, katamaran, canoe, and yacht.The buffet breakfast has lots of varieties. There are even bittergourd juice and other types of traditional herbal drinks.
