Hotéis 5-Star em Tirana County, Albania

Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!

Já visitei muitos países, e em hotéis de todos os tipos, e em algumas ocasiões tive que pedir “late checkout” ou o que é a mesma “saída tardia” porque meu voo de volta para casa sai muito tarde naquele dia. Neste caso paguei quase 600€ por praticamente 2 noites, foram 3 noites, mas na primeira noite cheguei ao aeroporto às 2 da manhã, ou seja, praticamente 2 noites, quando na Albânia os hotéis são muito baratos, mas Preferi pegar uma rede conhecida por precaução, E QUANDO PEDI UM CHECKOUT TARDIO DE 2 HORAS porque meu vôo saía às 18h50, ME DISSERAM NÃOOOO, quando o hotel foi inaugurado recentemente e estava praticamente vazio! !!!!!!! PARECEU-ME MUITO, MUITO RUIM, TIVE QUE ANDAR POR TIRANA E COMER MUITO TARDE, PARA TER HORÁRIO ATÉ AS 16h, quando saí para o aeroporto. PENSO RECOMENDAR O HOTEL? NÃO!!!!, PENSO EM VOLTAR??? NÃO!!!!, não só por isso, mas por ser longe do centro, o restaurante Terra do hotel é muito caro, e olha, quase nada me surpreende, mas a diferença de preços com o resto da cidade me surpreendeu muito muito. Pedimos umas mini costeletas de porco ibérica e uma costela Angus e 2 águas para comer, e cobraram-nos 135€, quando no restaurante ERA, que fica a 50 metros do hotel, o TripAdvisor recomenda, e custou-nos um risoto requintado, e 2 bifes Angus de 1.200 gramas guarnecidos com cogumelos e legumes, mais pão, mais 2 águas, mais uma Pepsi max, OLHO €53, uma loucura!!!! E tudo foi muito bom, então os preços dos hotéis não se justificam. O hotel é bom? Sim!!!, é confortável??? Sim!!!, é praticamente novo, abriram recentemente, mas isso não dá direito a cobrar 5 vezes mais para comer em suas instalações, fica a 1 km e meio ou mais da Praça Skanderbeg e tudo mais lá é O que visitar na capital da Albânia. Hotel molto elegante nella zona centrale e della movida di Tirana.colazione a buffet eccellente sia di caldo che freddo.la spa e la piscina riscaldata comprende anche al sauna e La vaca idromassaggio iacuzzi. tutto compreso nel. prezzo della camera senza nessuna limitazione di tempo.le camere spaziose con tutti i confort. Vi ritornerò con piacere al prossimo viaggio in albania

Great location and within reach of most things you’d be looking to see around the city. Staff were great and rooms modern and clean!

Great hotel, amazing rooms, lovely design, very very clean. Good service and good food. Friendly staff. Location is a bit far from Tirana city centre (about 15-20 mins by car) but well worth it.

Были здесь на одну ночь, перед вылетом. Отель для этих целей удобный: можно прогуляться в большой парк, и провести там несколько часов. А утром был фантастический завтрак. Единственное, что не понравилось - микроскопические номера. Как Radisson за эти деньги допустил такое, непонятно. Порой там в прямом смысле не развернуться.
