O que realmente se dedicou a eles era se explicavam as costumbres locais, ajudavam com planos de viagem, ou simplesmente compartilhavam histórias sobre chá. A atmosfera era ** tanto pacífica como social **, tornando fácil conectar com outros viajantes. "O serviço do pessoal do hotel é bastante entusiasmado. A higiene no quarto e no corredor era melhor que a do hotel da marca onde fiquei ontem. Não cheguei a tempo para o café da manhã, então fui até a casa de chá tibetana ao lado para comer macarrão tibetano. Perto da entrada do hotel e nas vielas da Rua Barkhor, podem ser vistos alto-falantes elétricos tocando ”Veículos elétricos não podem estacionar aqui, serão rebocados...” Parece que a gestão ainda é muito rígida. "這酒店簡直超乎我的預期酒店方便程度超乎五顆星出門就有吃的逛的煙火氣十足早上有很多人做蟲草交易會比店裡便宜跟多晚上也有賣新鮮蔬菜水果的真的特別新鮮還有本地小吃那個酸奶真的要嘗一下 酒店的隔壁就是一個餐館很乾凈餐館老闆也很好會給你的麪加量還有裏面的蘿蔔菜特別好吃 酒店老闆很熱心啊我們定的是標間他給我們升級成親子房一個特別大的房間還給我們講了下本地的風俗習慣很親切呀 還有一衹拉布拉多特別可愛很親人他叫卡拉"

"I stayed for four days, so here are my impressions. Check-in: The staff were very welcoming at first, offering hot tea and trying to upsell me by scanning a QR code to upgrade to a premium membership. Since I mainly use Ctrip, I declined, and their attitude immediately turned sour. Over the next few days, most staff greeted guests, but there were exceptions. Accommodation: The room was very dusty. Because I'm allergic to dust mites, my nose and eyes started itching shortly after checking in. Atour's air conditioning has a peculiar wake-up call service: The air conditioner occasionally made strange noises during the day, but this wasn't a big problem (I have video evidence, which I can provide if needed). The most absurd thing was that on the day of departure, at 5 AM, the air conditioner started making strange noises, earlier than my 6 AM alarm! This was probably an extra service; thank you Atour for the thoughtful wake-up call! The room was well-stocked with water and toiletries, and the room cleaning staff deserve praise! The bedding was a bit firm; my friend and I prefer softer bedding, so it wasn't very comfortable. Laundry: I used it once. While the clothes were drying, I left a note asking the staff to retrieve them. They did put them in a bag, but the clothes were still damp when they were put in the bag, including a pair of thick jeans. Hotels I've stayed at before would tumble dry the clothes again, which might be an extra service. This Atour didn't offer that, but they did put them in a bag for me. Generally, it's fine for a one- or two-day stay. If you're looking for better service, you might need to check out a few more hotels."

"The whole itinerary has a great stay experience, focusing on praise for the front desk Yang Qing. The little girl has a lively and outgoing personality, and the reception guests are very sincere. Not only is the business professional, the check-in and check-out speed is very fast, and the chat is fun and talkative. I consulted various problems related to travel, oxygen supply facilities, eating and playing around. Yang Qing explained clearly and took the initiative to give a lot of practical travel advice. I can meet such a warm-hearted and interesting staff in a different place, and I feel very practical. "Beautiful hotel that still preserves its historical architecture with modern luxuries. We enjoyed the heated floor (it's so comfortable to walk around) and the oxygen machine (a lifesaver when we just reached Lhasa!). Special thanks to Guest Service staff - 次塔 for coordinating breakfast and housekeeping with us throughout our stay, and for helping to safekeep our forgotten item when we checked out! Her warm hospitality helped us ease into the high altitude environment more easily! Oh and don't forget to try the Indian restaurant within the hotel - it's extremely delicious and the price is affordable! We hope to return soon!"
