"整體還是很滿意的一家酒店，值得五星。位置好找，有自己的停車場，對自駕友好。大廳設計感不錯，前台服務熱情，升級了高樓層房間。 房間很乾凈，床品舒適，枕頭有軟硬選擇，睡得很好。隔音效果不錯，晚上基本聽不到走廊和隔壁的聲音。衞浴用品齊全，淋浴出水快，水温穩定。窗簾是電動的，智能化體驗挺好。 唯一想説的是早餐，可能期望有點高，感覺品類不算特別豐富，熱菜少了點，味道中規中矩，和酒店其他方面比起來稍顯普通。不過該有的也都有，吃飽沒問題。 總的來説瑕不掩瑜，房間和服務都很在線，性價比高。下次來這邊還是會考慮入住，早餐隨便吃點就行，不影響整體體驗。"

The hotel entrance isn't very noticeable, as it's right along the main road. However, the service and amenities are excellent, especially the complimentary afternoon tea and happy hour. You honestly don't even need to leave the hotel for meals – that's definitely worth praising! On the downside, on our first day, a silverfish fell from the bathroom ceiling, so it seems like cleanliness could be improved. I had a similar experience at a five-star hotel in Chongqing ten days ago.

Staying at the Songtsam Bamei Lhaka Hotel was an amazing encounter with nature and warmth. My Snow Mountain Lake View Suite had floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, offering a direct view of the sacred Basongcuo Lake. The water was like a mirror, reflecting the snow-capped mountains, and the morning light pierced through the clouds, painting the lake surface like a moving masterpiece unfolding right outside my window. The hotel's private pier lay peacefully by the lake, providing exclusive, undisturbed views of the stunning sunrise and sunset. The ******* butler offered hot ginger tea and a Hada, which felt like a genuine welcome, not just a formality. An oxygen concentrator was promptly delivered to my room, instantly easing my altitude sickness worries. The rich ******* breakfast in the morning, paired with a heartwarming tremella soup in the evening, showed thoughtful attention to every detail. The entire room had comfortable floor heating, and the latex mattress provided excellent sleep. Outside, the starry sky and morning mist alternated, making even breathing feel lighter. This isn't just a hotel; it's a sanctuary for the soul amidst the ******* mountains and waters.

It's also within walking distance to many places. Although it's not in the city center, transportation is still easy. It was a bit beyond my expectation. I didn't expect that I could stay in such a good hotel at this price. The hotel is quite big and has complete facilities. There is a washing machine with a dryer on the first floor, which is just right for washing the dirty clothes from the previous few days. It is really practical. The room felt very clean and spacious, and there was an oxygen concentrator in the room. The most thoughtful thing is that there is body lotion on the sink. My skin was so dry after staying here for a few days, so I used it right away. The restaurant on the sixth floor is very unique. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the snow-capped mountains opposite while having breakfast in the morning. There is also a celebrity helicopter check-in point outside the restaurant, a starry sky restaurant, and a rooftop swimming pool (it feels like no one goes there because it's too cold). I arrived early yesterday and went to the gym for a short run. The weather was good, so I ran while looking at the scenery outside the window. The only downside is that there is no travel guide at the front desk, so you have to do your own research.

The location is excellent, close to the holy lake and convenient for cycling around it. You get a great view of Mount Kailash from anywhere in the hotel. We stayed in a suite, which had a hot spring bath with rose petals in the room – the water temperature was just right and very comfortable. The shower had great pressure, was very comfortable, and the temperature was stable. We had a very comfortable stay. The front desk lady was incredibly warm, helpful, and went out of her way for us, even helping with our luggage. They offer free ******* clothing for photo ops, and she enthusiastically helped us put them on. The public dishes were a bit bland for my taste as I love spicy food, so the owner specially stir-fried a chili pork dish for us and didn't even charge for it. It was incredibly delicious, and I was very touched. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. If it weren't for our schedule, we really would have loved to stay a few more extra days. It was truly a treat. Many thanks to the front desk lady and the owner.

The view outside the window is absolutely stunning! Lying on the bed, you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. When the sun shines on the mountains, the whole room is dyed golden, which is breathtakingly beautiful. The ******* breakfast at the homestay is also very unique. The butter tea is rich and mellow, and the barley cakes are chewy, which starts a day full of energy. Next time I come to Tibet, I will stay here again!
