İlk başta fiyatı düşük olduğu için korkarak rezervasyon yaptırmıştım fakat otel çok iyi konumda ve çok temiz, ayrıca her şey yeni ve personel çok iyiydi. Tek sıkıntısı isminde spa olmasına rağmen hala spa hizmetleri olmaması idi. Bu hotelde 5 yıldızlı otellerden daha iyi hizmet aldım.

Hotel de cheiro absolutamente bonito que ficámos no 4o nível com uma vista fantástica altamente recomendada

Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the reservation I made thinking of Ramada quality. Although we stated that there were missing and worn towels, out of shampoo, stained pillow in the room, we waited for about 1 hour with the excuse of density. Since we came from a long way, it was annoying even though there were minor flaws. Although the coffee service alleviated the wait to some extent, they need more service staff.

Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück in der obersten Etage. Perfekte Lage in der Innenstadt, nahe am Bahnhof. Wir wurden in der Unterkunft nur positiv überrascht!

Ubicazione non delle migliori, con posizione in una zona industriale. Accoglienza molto positiva, personale cordiale e molto efficiente. Stanza molto grande e con tutto ciò che serve (sarebbe stata gradita una macchina per il caffè). Abbiamo dovuto richiedere 2 cuscini aggiuntivi, poiché non ve ne erano di scorta nell'armadio ed i 2 presenti sul letto erano molto bassi. Abbiamo mangiato al ristorante interno la sera, e ne siamo stati molto soddisfatti. Colazione molto varia e ricca

Bom hotel, com aquecimento, boa cama. Grande pequeno-almoço. Ao assentamento de 10 minutos a pé, até o centro é longe.

A localização do hotel é muito útil. A qualidade do serviço ***carne era boa, os funcionários do hotel eram muito ajudantes e ridículas. O tamanho das quartos ***carne é suficiente, especialmente para ficarem sozinhos e para quem não quisesse fumar era muito bonito.
