The hotel is very clean and the staff is amazing. The rooms are spacious and very well insulated for winters. The reception guy was really helpful. They also have a restaurant and a storage room. Would definitely come back.

Near the hotel should be the old town, the entrance of the store is very small, it is easy to ignore, the door is too blocked, there are many Indian and Pakistani Filipinos, especially noisy

BBuYYYou won't know what it means to ”travel for a place, no matter how far, worth crossing the ocean again and again” until you've visited Shebara! Our Red Sea adventure in Saudi Arabia hasn't even finished yet, but my husband and I are already planning and looking forward to our next trip to Shebara. You can imagine how breathtaking this place, the closest thing to an alien world, is! The service was impeccable, and dinner was exceptionally delicious. I don't remember someone suggesting elsewhere that there wasn't much food here, so I should bring instant noodles. Personally, I disagree. I almost brought instant noodles and missed out on such a delicious dining experience in such an impeccable atmosphere! The shisha here is amazing. After dinner, my husband and I each enjoyed a chilled shisha until 11:00 PM. I was amazed by the wonderful Shebara Hotel. I'm also very grateful to Ctrip and my dedicated customer service representative, Yilun, for their tireless support throughout our trip! A memory will always be cherished. This is a wonderful place I'll definitely be returning to soon!

GGuest UserIt has been upgraded. It has a great room and a huge bathroom. Unfortunately, I don’t have time. There is a steam room and a swimming pool downstairs. The steam room is very good. The swimming pool has a deep water area. Please pay attention when you go there.

الموظفين رائعين مهنيين لديهم تدريب عالي وأخلاقهم عاليه . وأخص بالشكر الانسه ريناد والسيد منصور خالد اخجلونا من شدة حفاوتهم واهتمامهم

We had a wonderful time in this luxurious resort. Every was thoughtful and perfection and it was an indescribable experience. The staff are professional and highly trained and have been a great addition to our experience. I would like to personally thank Mr .Mansour and miss.Renad for their exceptional service.

GGuest UserHi, accidentally I made another payment when check in. Hotel kindly promise to refund the paid amount. However, after communicated with front desk, the refund status still remain unknown from 26-Mar till today…..which is quite disappointed with such service

CChanKTThe hotel location is very near the airport. Also, the car rental company AVIS has a staff inside the hotel. I rent a car from.AVIS in Jeddah, I return the car in Tabuk. The AVIS staff can come to this hotel to complete the car return and use the same car to take me to the airport. It is very convenient. Other things of the hotel are good also

GGuest Userممتااااز ونضيف وخدمه سريعه ، الاصنصير مو دايم فاضي لان مافيه الا واحد ف اكثر من مره اضطريت اطلع وانزل درج، لاحظت شي واحد وهو الفطور كانو مرجعين بعض الاشياء اليوم الثاني وكان لونها متغير مثلاً صحن الحمص مرجعينه نفس حتى كان فيه جزء مأخوذ منه وشفته ع نفس الشكل اليوم الثاني ولونه مصفر لانه من اليوم الي قبله واللبنه بعد وقت الفطور عندهم من سته لعشره صراحه وقت قليل .. مايجيبون الفطور للغرفه ولا يردون عالتليفون مطعمهم اصلاً
الباقي لاااا يعلى عليه برضو عندهم حلى الاكلير لذييييذ جدا جدا جداً
كان فيه بنت سعوديه من الريسبشن طلعت تبغى تاخذ كوب قهوه مسكينه وعلى اخر الوقت يعني محد بيشرب اصلاً وقام ناداها الطباخ ع ما اظن . كان مصري وقال لها ممنوعين وان صاحب الفندق مانعنا نخليكم واعتذرت مسكينه وراحت
