Very friendly check-in service. Clean and spacious room. Close to the airport so in total all we needed.

Good hotel for business travellers

The room is very clean, quiet and comfortable

The hotel is relatively close to the airport, but the surrounding area is too remote to book a car. You'll have to rent one yourself. You need to prepare the necessary documents for renting a car in advance. The hotel staff has private cars available for rent, but they're not cheap.

Good but reception guy ignore when i find good price from trips application less than any application and he shocked

I was disappointed with the room assigned to me because the water heater was not working. I reported the issue to the reception, and a staff member came to inspect it. He informed me that the hotel electrician was not available at that time and that the issue would be fixed the following morning. I explained that I needed hot water for a shower, and he said he would check with the receptionist—but he never returned. I called the reception again to follow up, and the receptionist told me that the staff member had reported the issue as resolved, which was not true. The receptionist then offered to transfer me to another room. I agreed because I needed to take a shower. Unfortunately, the new room was smaller and lacked some basic facilities. I called the reception once more to request a floor towel, but I was told that none were available at the moment due to certain reasons. Overall, the experience was very inconvenient.

Hadi and his services are excellent, clean and staff are excellent. And I realize that it's a new semi-new, which means God's will bless the Compassionate.

ممتااااز ونضيف وخدمه سريعه ، الاصنصير مو دايم فاضي لان مافيه الا واحد ف اكثر من مره اضطريت اطلع وانزل درج، لاحظت شي واحد وهو الفطور كانو مرجعين بعض الاشياء اليوم الثاني وكان لونها متغير مثلاً صحن الحمص مرجعينه نفس حتى كان فيه جزء مأخوذ منه وشفته ع نفس الشكل اليوم الثاني ولونه مصفر لانه من اليوم الي قبله واللبنه بعد وقت الفطور عندهم من سته لعشره صراحه وقت قليل .. مايجيبون الفطور للغرفه ولا يردون عالتليفون مطعمهم اصلاً الباقي لاااا يعلى عليه برضو عندهم حلى الاكلير لذييييذ جدا جدا جداً كان فيه بنت سعوديه من الريسبشن طلعت تبغى تاخذ كوب قهوه مسكينه وعلى اخر الوقت يعني محد بيشرب اصلاً وقام ناداها الطباخ ع ما اظن . كان مصري وقال لها ممنوعين وان صاحب الفندق مانعنا نخليكم واعتذرت مسكينه وراحت
