L’hôtel est très bien situé ! Il permet de ne pas prendre la voiture pour aller faire quelques courses ou aller au centre commercial. Le personnel y est chaleureux et serviable (surtout la cheffe de salle du restaurant qui était présente le 31/01 au matin). Le petit déjeuner est plus que correct ! De bonnes choses à manger avec la possibilité d’avoir des « breakfast package » si besoin de partir très tôt pour une excursion ! La literie est superbe ! La salle de bain et la chambre sont bien chauffées ! Petit bémol on entend un peu les voisins de chambre!

Unique and great experience staying in the ice room! Overall there were loads of activities in the Snow Hotel to try, and we are lucky enough to even see the Aurora right at the hotel itself before we joined a tour to chase the lights. For the king crab safari, it was informative. However, while everyone was entitled to taste half a crab (4 legs), they only served 2 legs first and left the rest on another table. There were some guests who took more so we didn't get our remaining share. Snowhotel should look into individual servings for fairness as we should get what we paid for. We didn't try husky sledding there but it was fun playing with the dogs.

วันแรกที่เข้าพัก พบว่าในโถส้วมมีสิ่งสกปรกอยู่ พนักงานทำความสะอาดไม่ดี ในส่วนอื่นๆสะอาดเรียบร้อย ห้องพักดี วิวสวย ทำเลก็ดีมาก ชอบพื้นห้องน้ำมีฮีตเตอร์ อุ่นดีมากๆค่ะ การบริการก็ดี มีเครื่องทำกาแฟบริการฟรีด้วยค่ะ โดยรวมดีมากๆค่ะ

Really love this place, the room and facilities were reasonable with the price and if you come with luck, you can see the Aurora from the balcony!

Sente-se orçamento, hotel de Tipo de negócio padrão, quarto não TEM cozinha e recepção originalmente disse que não há ninguém para ficar, e para obter água quente Da máquina abaixo (apresentá-la por chá) Até que a esposa Fez um pedido razoável, MAS firme, para a ordenar. A recepção foi por outras salas e encontrou-nos um.O estacionamento é 150kr por dia, embora haja espaço suficiente. Não acredite que é UMA 4 estrela, MAX 3.
