The hotel was pretty good and clean. The hot cocoa from the coffee machine in the lobby was delicious, which was a real lifesaver for someone like me who doesn't drink coffee. The only downside was that the bathroom in my room wasn't great; after showering, the floor would flood because the drainage was poor, and there wasn't a mop nearby. This meant I had to walk through puddles every time I used the toilet afterward, which was really unpleasant. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but Luxembourg is small and public transport is free, so I guess it's acceptable.

The location is very good. I went out to play when I arrived at the hotel. I took a shower late at night and found hair in my bathrobe. It was too late and I was too tired to bother. I told the hotel front desk about this the next day. They were very nice and kept apologizing. I asked them to replace it with a new one because I had doubts about the hygiene of the entire hotel because of this hair. The front desk manager and others said they would compensate me for something. I said forget it and went out to play again. When I returned to the hotel after playing for 5 hours, the room card was invalid! The front desk swiped the card again and went up to the room. I found that it was being cleaned. They were very nice and hoped that we could wait for 20 minutes. We went down to the lobby and waited for 20 minutes before going to the room. I found that the bathrobe with other people's hair was still there. They didn't replace it for me! ! ! I was speechless. I complained to Ctrip, and the result was that everyone from the cleaning staff to the manager came to my house. I kept insisting that it was a bathrobe, but everyone who handled it asked me if it was a towel. I was even more tired to deal with it. They directly told me not to come again and apologized. In addition to being very nice and saying sorry, from the front desk to the back-end, even the bathrobe and towel were not clearly communicated. This hotel should have been my good memories, it was so disappointing!

Great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton! I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, The room was spacious, quiet, and well equipped, perfect for resting after a long day. Even though the hotel is slightly outside the city centre, it’s very easy to get around—Bus N4 stops nearby and takes you straight to the city centre, making transportation simple and convenient. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, good transport connections, and a peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Friendly staff, perfect location next to the airport (you can walk from there). I'd definitely stay at the Mandarina Hotel again.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Cravat in Luxembourg, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel beautifully blends historical charm with modern luxury. My spacious room offered stunning city views, and the elegant decor adds to its allure. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, enhancing my stay. Breakfast in the lovely dining room featured a delicious selection of local dishes. Its prime location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, the Grand Hotel Cravat is a superb choice for anyone looking to experience the charm and elegance of Luxembourg. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location. From March 2, 2025, the tram goes directly from the airport through the whole city. They do not register or accommodate you earlier, but you can leave your things. There is a microwave on the 1st floor where you can warm up food. For some reason, only one towel

This hotel has nice facilities and is relatively new. However, our card was stolen. After questioning the hotel, they admitted the mistake, stating it was a financial error. I paid a €50 deposit at check-in and was asked to sign. Then, at 3:00 AM, another €208.30 was charged. I don't know how the card was stolen while I was in their possession. Fortunately, we discovered it before we left, otherwise, some banks might delay the information and would have been unable to recover the funds.

I liked the hotel. The interior is a bit old, but overall everything is clean and has everything you need. A whole bunch of soft snow-white towels! Of the minuses, there is no air conditioning, only ventilation, so it was stuffy. The bus stop is a three-minute walk away! 👍🏻

The hotel entrance has bus route 29 directly to the airport, train station, and city center. The room window can be opened and closed manually, and occasionally you can see planes taking off and landing, but I didn't hear any aircraft or car noise. However, the sound insulation between rooms was relatively poor. The bed was six feet wide and very comfortable. The downsides are that the room size is a bit small and there's no electric kettle provided in the room.

The hotel is quite far from the city center, about a 15-minute drive. The hotel has a modern design and comfortable bedding. The only downside is that the shower door is made of clear glass, allowing us to see my family showering. It was a shame for us to have two rooms. Pros: Free parking at the entrance. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it.
