Overall a great experience. The cleanliness in some parts of the room needs a little reconsideration. For the rest, incredible value for money, huge room! Excellent breakfast and very central location.

I recently stayed here for one night, and while my experience was brief, there were definitely some highlights worth mentioning. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a good night's rest. While my stay was just okay overall, I can see the potential for a truly great experience here. And with a few small improvements (which is in progress at the moment with renovation works) it could easily stand out even more. I’d consider staying again if I’m in the area and would love to see how the hotel continues to grow and improve. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

The rooms are very comfortable, the receptionist is really welcoming and helpful. I really sleep well. Views from 5th floor is amazing. They told me where to go and how to go when i asked them. Breakfast is good and many choices. Location is very central and can get bus easily to everywhere. Next door is the main bus terminal.

Fantastic Location, Great Stay – Just Watch the Parking Fees! I have stayed a few times in the recent years at Moxy Kaunas and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of Kaunas City, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel also has a fantastic late bar, which was a great spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, and the drinks were excellent. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the excellent noise insulation – I couldn’t hear a sound from neighboring rooms or the hallway, which made for a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. The only downside was the additional cost for parking. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the many positives of the hotel. I’d definitely recommend Moxy Kaunas for its prime location, great amenities, and quiet rooms – just be prepared to budget a little extra for parking!

The overall experience was good, but we did have some trouble getting in and out of the parking lot. I encountered a problem when I was preparing to leave the parking lot on the first day. The system did not lift the barrier. I went to the front desk to inquire, but the receptionist was very busy and had almost no time to take care of me. After asking a simple question, I didn't dare to bother them anymore and had to stand by and wait for a long time. There was a friend and his child waiting in the car, so I had no choice but to ask again. The other party told me to drive to the gate and they would lift the barrier remotely. But I did as instructed and the gate still didn't respond. So I went back to the front desk for help (the front desk was busy and the phone couldn't be reached, so I had to ask in person), and this time the other party said they would help me lift the pole. I drove again and finally got out successfully. The whole process took at least half an hour. I thought it was just an isolated incident, but I encountered the same problem again the next day. This time I called for help and they said they would lift the pole later, but after they hung up I tried again and again without success. I plucked up the courage to call again and the person on the other end asked me if I had tried it before. I explained that I had tried it many times, and then she said she would contact Unipark and then hung up. After waiting for a while, a staff member came over. Although he didn't speak English, I understood what he meant through gestures - he asked me to turn around and take the staff passage. Finally left successfully

My second time staying in the Victoria hotel. I would say last year I had better expiriance. Room I get this time was not the same as previos time. Stil Breakfast was good, location is good.

The hotel is located in the pedestrian street. It took me about 20 minutes to get there from the bus terminal. The hotel facade is very low-key and you may have walked past it accidentally. Charlie pizza is next door, so you can keep an eye out for it. The hotel has a sense of history. Although the facilities are not new, they are OK. There is no hair dryer, but there is an electric drying rack. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic. I asked her about the bus app download and the bus station, and she answered very patiently. There is breakfast, which needs to be paid separately, but I didn't go.

This hotel has an awesome toilet for a family of 3. It is spacious and clean. The toiletries are of good quality with a nice fragrance. I like it. The front service has a water dispenser and is very convenient for us.
