"We had such a wonderful stay at The Pearl South Pacific Resort! My boys had an amazing time – from the pool to the beach and all the little activities, there was never a dull moment. The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere made it so easy to relax and enjoy our holiday. Everything about our stay was great, except for the internet connection, which could definitely be improved. "Me hospedei aqui por duas noites em um dormitório, o alojamento 1. Eu tinha uma cama beliche em cima e não havia corrimão, então fiquei bastante preocupada em cair. Também não havia tomadas dentro do quarto - apenas uma do lado de fora, na área do banheiro. Aparentemente, os outros dormitórios têm tomadas e corrimãos. A comida é servida apenas em horários fixos, mas tinha um preço bem razoável! Jantei sopa de ervilha em uma noite (5/5!), um curry vegetariano na noite seguinte (3/5) e um hambúrguer vegetariano no almoço (4,5/5). O café da manhã incluso era bem básico, mas bom o suficiente! Havia leite de soja e de amêndoas disponíveis. Há uma lojinha/café ético bem charmosa nas proximidades, o que é ótimo, mas fora isso, acho que não há muitas outras opções de compras a uma curta distância a pé. O resort oferecia atividades diárias, o que é um bônus! A piscina também era muito boa e a praia é ótima para mergulho com snorkel! A minha parte favorita da casa de praia era o chuveiro na área do banheiro anexa ao dormitório/chalé. Era uma área externa, mas isolada, e a pressão do chuveiro era incrível! E a água, quentinha. No entanto, o vaso sanitário em si tinha um cheiro muito ruim e eu não me atrevi a chegar perto."

"Excellent stay. Great customer service, housekeeping staffs are so friendly and infact all staffs are. But the only downfall is carpark. It should be maintained with lights and at least concreted as a proper carpark. Very easy to get robbed in dark and all sand and mud get into the hotel lobby as it sticks on the shoes. I believe the establishment can have a fair view on that. Overall 10/10. Definitely my go to place ..breakfast is lovely a few more selections can be overwhelming and yeah the chefs do need to learn to smile when asked for help . It doesn't cost to smile ."

"Definitely the best stay we had during our 2 weeks on the Fiji. The staff is very friendly (which is quite common in Fiji) but they way the make you feeling to be a part of the family was exceptional. Furthermore the activities and the entertainment, which are included in the price is, are fun and really nice to watch. If we come back to Fiji one day, we will definitely come back to the Likuri Island Resort."

"Grande lugar para experimentar as pessoas, cultura e serviço fijis reais. O pessoal é amigável e sempre está a fazer algo, com o relvado e a caminhada, Natação, etc. O almoço é Muito bom, o pequeno-almoço é Muito bom e cozinhado para ordenar, elogios Ao Chefe. O jantar também é Muito agradável, o tamanho Da porção é grande e bem recebido. A Sala de jantar é amplamente difundida com Grupos maiores no fundo e indivíduos e famílias no topo, Nunca se sentiu demasiado estrangulado ou sobrecarregado. As quartos não eram grandes, não eram 5 estrelas, MAS não tentaram ser as quartos eram boas matrículas, boas camas de banho, dormendo dentro e fora por algo diferente. Os jardins são excelentes, com o pessoal do jardim, que continua a mantê-los um verdadeiro bônus, que fazem um trabalho maravilhoso. Os funcionários são sempre bons a sorrir e a abrir um chat, todos se ajudam e fazem dele um resort organizado divertido. O pessoal Da Sala que faz maquiagem e quartos limpos são maravilhosos por todo o lugar nada era um chore O ginásio que EU costumava USAR é um pouco de pressão, um treinador e um novo banco de treino, MAS EU fiz o que fiz e ainda fiz o que fiz. Um belo lugar para férias! Não hesite EM reservar, Como depois de alguns dias, você VAI perguntar por que você não reservar Mais tempo Como nós."

"Great location as base on the Coral Coast. Express bus from Nadi airport will drop you off literally out front. Front desk staff and manager were outstanding. Super friendly and accommodating to any request. Nice pool with cabana in enclosed courtyard. Nice Fijian Indian fusion restaurant in the same building. Also pizza place that we did not try. Walking distance to many restaurants along the beach."

"O hotel fica bem longe da cidade e leva uma hora para chegar lá. Custa cerca de 100-120 dólares fijianos para chamar um táxi. Se você pedir para o hotel chamar um para você, o preço será dobrado. Desta vez, o hotel cometeu um erro no tipo de quarto que me acomodou e não se desculpou, então a Ctrip teve que intervir para mediar. Shangri-La é uma marca muito grande, mas parece que a satisfação do cliente é um pouco baixa."

"Decent resort but dated rooms and amenities. Most of the staff was great but the reception and drop off staff could certainly do better. We felt a lack of welcoming warmth from the start which only got redeemed by the room and service staff later."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay with them. I had noticed a bedsheet was not completely clean, but I was able to find cleaning staff easily and they were able to resolve the problem quickly. The Epic Transfers and Tours staff were especially helpful when I had an incident with a taxi driver that was unpleasant to me. The rooftop pool and bar was nice in appearance and the bar was nicely used, but the pool water was cold and nobody was using it. Additionally, although being a non-smoking hotel, there appeared to be old bins at the lifts / elevators with the cigarette ashtray-like tops on them; to be a non-smoking location, it needs to be clearly demonstrated as being just that, particularly where some countries still allow smoking in their hotels. The biggest concern outside the hotel rooms, though, was the buffet breakfasts, which sometimes had soiled tongs used by other guests that were not being replaced quickly enough with clean tongs; food safety needs to be a serious concern for any establishment serving food. The room itself looked rather clean, had a patio looking at the wooded area out back; however, the patio door was not easy to lock and this was a bit of a concern with insects being readily present. There was also a sofa that could convert into a sofa bed, but it looked like it had a dent in the left arm. The bathroom was often stocked with new toiletries, perhaps too often as I was receiving a new bar of soap every day, but there was also mould trying to seep through the grouting behind the sink; I did inspect this and it seemed to be contained completely within the grouting, but it is a concern to be resolved soon. Additionally, though, the bathroom would sometimes smell horrible, as if you could smell sewage from the ventilation; there was a floor drain that could be the cause of this, but the ceiling ventilation looked like it needed cleaning and it was not sealed properly to the ceiling, either. There was a toilet paper holder, but it was poorly placed and it was evident it replaced another toilet roll holder that was in the correct location. Inside the shower, there was what appeared to be a stain running vertically down the wall where the shower head was located. The towels were kept clean and most had proper hotel labels on them, but some had the name of the hotel written on them, seemingly with a permanent marker, which was quite strange, especially for a hotel with a 4* rating. The hotel has a 4* rating on Trip.com and has the amenities to be that, but the quality of those amenities needs to support their existence; otherwise, they cannot be considered. The staff were friendly and trying to make the stay as nice for me as they possibly could manage, so the issues mainly appear to be from a failure of the management and ownership not regularly checking the rooms and updating the quality and ambience of its hotel. Simply having 4* amenities does not automatically make a hotel 4* and although Trip.com has it listed as 4*, I would rank this as being a 3* hotel at the moment as they need to make further improvements to the hotel so that the quality of the amenities will make for a valid 4* rating in the future.  When looking at the hotel via any booking site, check out the other sites, too, and look up the hotel website, too, as that should exist. The images I saw on Trip.com were quite enticing, but they also include a picture of Jack’s of Fiji, which was not available on site, and random pictures of the outdoors that were nowhere near the hotel as it is located more inland and not by the ocean. The hotel is the biggest and most expensive element of any holiday/ vacation, so it is important to spend more time investigating each eligible hotel prior to seeking a room, and do not feel rushed by websites telling you there are only so many rooms left; there are many hotels in each location, so there are always options available."
