Overall Staying experience: 7/10 Location: 9/10 Arrival Experience: 8/10 Checkout Experience: 9/10 Bell /Valet Experience: 10/10 In room Amenties: 7/10 Bedroom Comfort: 6/10 Bathroom Experience: 7/10 WE booked 5D4N for our business trip. We arrived very early at the hotel but the arrival experience is superb. I was assigned to room 309 at level 3 in 20mins. The room is very decent size enough for 1 person. The bed is queen size bed, the blanket pillows and mattress decent clean bit not too comfortable for my preference. Bedroom Experience:6/10 The bathroom is very spacious for this room size with seperate bathtub and standing shower. Wash basin is decent size for 1 person. Toilet is automatic and is very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub daily after work. Bathroom Experience: 7/10 I was assigned an ocean sea view room. The train horn sound is very distrubing my sleep. If you are light sleeper, please take it serious consideration. I was awake by train horn every 6am in the morning.

Excelente atendimento da equipe. Quarto reformado e recém-reformado, mas ainda com cheiro forte de pintura, mas a equipe foi muito prestativa quando pedimos purificador de ar. Ótima estadia. Localização central.

Hotel is in the heart of Colombo and very prominent location in Sri Lanka. I love the garden view. Food is excellent choices. Staff everyone is very courteous and well organise and presentable. All staff are consistently helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant staff Kamani ,Randil and Imesh. I will definitely comeback to this hotel when my next visit. My appreciation to all staff members during my stay.

O hotel está localizado Na praia, o que o torna popular e atraente.Eu gostei Da sala escolhida Premier Sea View com varanda, o pessoal também era profissional e bonito.No entanto, devido ao Cyclone Ditwah, ele FOI forçado a estar EM nossas quartos por cerca de 2 a 3 dias nkt goza tanto quanto por dito. O pessoal Como Dasun era Muito útil para verificar o processo e outras questões.A sala era especia, limpa e forneceu depósitos seguros que às vezes são muito úteis.O pequeno-almoço e jantar eram deliciosos, especialmente o chá de tomate e o arroz de frango frito. Obrigado chef e o guarda-costas, desculpe não ter recebido o Nome dele.

A história colonial britânica de Sherry é de há 150 anos. Immaculatamente observado, incluindo a baixa da bandeira do Sri Lanka todos os dias às 6h, acompanhado por um saco escocês!! Excelente localização, perto do centro da cidade, mas apenas longe, bem no mar, diante do iconic Galle Face Green. A piscina é sempre produzida a partir Da água do mar.Boa dimensão, boas instalações.Limpa.A vista do sol é excepcional. A comida está disponível em várias localizações do hotel, incluindo o popular, muito falado sobre pequeno-almoço buffet e comida de bar.Os preços reflectem a manutenção da cozinha tradicional no mundo moderno... Mas não tão caro Como outros hotéis modernos, por exemplo, Kingsbury. Recomendado. Recentemente fiquei em Amari Colombo, em Colombo, e, no geral, tive uma experiência maravilhosa. A Nishel me impressionou especialmente, apesar de ter jovem, era extremamente profissional, respeitador e atente às nossas necessidades, e ele ajudou-nos imediatamente a encontrar a sala mais adequada para a nossa estadia e a manter tudo de forma eficiente. Upekha também foi muito útil e amável durante a nossa visita, sempre pronto para ajudar com um sorriso. O único ponto negativo foi a política de check-in precoce, chegando às 17h00 e pedindo-nos para pagar um $150 adicional, que se sentiu bastante caro e significativamente superior à taxa média noturna listada em várias plataformas de reserva. A vista era incrível, as quartos eram insensíveis, e o pequeno-almoço era rico e delicioso, oferecendo muitas opções de cozinha local e internacional. Eu escolho ficar aqui novamente.Obrigado por SUA hospitalidade!

The hotel room offers a direct view of the seaside train, and there are convenient amenities within walking distance such as supermarkets and restaurants. It's quite convenient. As soon as you enter downstairs, all the staff are enthusiastic about helping you with your bags and with security checks. I also noticed that flight crews from Emirates or Qatar Airways stay at this hotel. The window seats in the breakfast area have a perfect view of the seaside train passing by, so the location and view are excellent. Thanks to the hotel, we have a wonderful memory of our trip to Sri Lanka.

Our family of three checked into the hotel during the first week of May 2025. Unfortunately, our overall experience was underwhelming. Room service was disappointing, our order was incorrect, and we chose not to send it back as we assumed it would take a long time to receive the correct one. It also took three separate calls just to receive the room service menu. Additionally, we were charged for ice despite having an active room service food bill, which felt unreasonable. When we inquired about evening entertainment (Friday eve), the front desk assured us a live band would be performing, but this never happened. It appeared the resort seems to operate with minimal staff, which may explain the drop in service quality. On a positive note, we were warmly welcomed by a great host at check-in, and the barman at the pool bar made excellent cocktails and provided friendly service. Hopefully, this could be just a rare slip-up.

They’re good, and their service is also good. But their online response is very bad. I didn't get any response to when I texted and called them, as I had some queries. But their hospitality is very good. And food is also tasty.
