Localização - Muito bom.A estação oposta Niigata, saída Da Praça Bandai.Há um Lawson oposto (lado Da estação), e um Eleven perto do hotel.Localizado de UMA Rua inteira de comida.Don Quijote está a 7 minutos a pé. Quarto. Grande, limpo, confortável.As camas e as cobertores eram muito confortáveis.A iluminação era um pouco rígida e estranha, MAS não era UMA Grande parte.A manutenção de casas é um Grande trabalho. Serviço de Front Desk - As coxas no fim-de-semana são muito longas.O check-in levou 15 a 20 minutos no sábado.O Pessoal Fez o SEU Melhor para acelerar o processo, fazendo com que OS convidados preencham as cartas de informação enquanto esperam. Os funcionários não interagem ou sorrirem muito. Eles não podem falar inglês, então você Precisa traduzir o Google. The view from the room was an obvious highlight. It’s also got great service, and is very clean, as you would expect from any hotel in Japan. It is a little bit of a walk from the city centre, but there’s regular busses between Niigata station and Toki Messe, so it’s still more convenient than you might expect from looking at the map. Definitely worthwhile!

We recently stayed at Hotel Okura in Niigata and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully situated overlooking the Shinano River, providing stunning views, especially during sunset. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the JR Niigata Train Station and Niigata Airport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the variety of dining options available at the hotel, including a French restaurant and a Japanese restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests we had. Overall, Hotel Okura Niigata offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niigata.

The Art Hotel Niigata Station's location is very ideal. It has a sheltered link way to the Train Station. There are also many shops around the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big. Definitely worth revisiting.

The hotel is close to the train station, but need to walk uphill. Although we clearly booked 2 adults 2 kids in Trip.com but the hotel still charged the extra costs for 2 kids (2 years old) for additional 4400 Yen, pay cash at the checkin counter. The room was ready at 3PM and got the room on 3rd floor with mountain view at the back of hotel. The room was spacious, nice and clean. Staff came for turning down the bed futon in the evening. The breakfast was so amazing and plenty of choices. Overall, we had a good stay. 

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

朱鷺メッセでのライブのためセールになっていた素泊まりのプランでスタンダード セミダブルルームに宿泊しました。朱鷺メッセからも歩ける距離でよかったです。コンビニや郵便局も近くにあり少し歩くと少し飲食店のある通りもあるのでチェックインが遅めになっても食事には特に困りませんでした。レストランなどを利用しなかったためスタッフの方と接する機会はあまりありませんでしたが室内もとても綺麗で必要なアメニティも十分揃っています。

Great location, within 5mins walking distance from Niigata station. There are nearby convenience stores. The place also seemed to be recently renovated and is well maintained. Staff service was good. affordable breakfast buffet option is also available. The food was very good, the locally sourced rice is excellent.

Além de Sete Altezas e caminhada a cerca de 40 metros para Yoshinoya. Muitas lojas de comida EM torno do Sul, Oeste, Entrada Este. Bic Camera apenas Na rua. A sala está OK com banho separado Da casa de banho.
