"The room was very quiet, with ample spacing between rooms. The hotel breakfast was a delightful surprise—Japanese-style—with fresh sashimi, sweet shrimp, tempura, seafood rice bowls, and more, all served early in the morning. Refills were prompt, and the staff were quick and efficient in attending to each guest in an orderly manner. Additionally, there's an airport bus stop just 100 to 200 meters from the hotel, directly opposite Abest Hotel."

"Stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a really positive experience. The location is super convenient, about a 5-minute walk to both the train station and MTR, which made getting around effortless. There are plenty of convenience stores right nearby. The hotel has a nice quiet vibe, which was perfect after busy days out exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was a standout, surprisingly big and spacious by Japanese standards. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, and there was still plenty of floor space even after we opened two large suitcases (something that’s almost impossible in most other compact hotels in Japan). The only downside was the bedding. The duvet (?) was way too thick and heavy for my liking. It made the bed feel quite hot at night, and I ended up sweating a lot despite the AC. Otherwise, this place was near perfect. Would definitely recommend it to others, especially if you’re okay with cranking the AC lower. Solid choice!"

There are also many restaurants inside the resort, offering different types of cuisine. However, it’s important to note that several popular restaurants require advance reservations, especially during peak seasons. Planning ahead is highly recommended to avoid long waits or limited dining options. Overall, Rusutsu Resort is very family-friendly, well-organized, and convenient. With its wide range of facilities, nearby convenience store, and diverse dining choices, it’s a great destination for a comfortable and enjoyable family holiday — just remember to book restaurants early."

"Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa no Niseko Grand Hotel! Meu amigo e eu realmente adoramos nossa estadia lá. Um dos destaques foi, sem dúvida, as fontes termais do hotel — absolutamente incríveis. Há áreas exclusivas para mulheres e mistas, o que foi uma ótima opção. A equipe foi incrivelmente simpática e sempre disposta a ajudar com tudo o que precisávamos. A hospitalidade deles realmente nos fez sentir bem-vindos. Na verdade, ficar aqui foi mais como estar em uma residência no campo do que em um hotel — acolhedor, tranquilo e aconchegante, como em casa. Com certeza, nos hospedaríamos aqui novamente se voltarmos a Niseko — e esperamos que sim! Ficamos em um quarto tradicional em estilo japonês, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Yukata e yuami (roupa de banho) também foram fornecidos. O hotel também oferece ônibus gratuitos para as pistas de esqui regularmente, o que tornou muito conveniente para nós aproveitarmos as montanhas. O bufê oferecia uma grande variedade de pratos asiáticos e ocidentais, e a seleção era impressionante tanto no café da manhã quanto no jantar. Também experimentamos comer fora em alguns outros restaurantes em Niseko, mas ambos concordamos que o restaurante do hotel foi de longe o melhor para nós. Recomendo muito este lugar!"

The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely recommend it."
