The room size was decent, not small by Japanese standards. The decor felt quite new. They even had Braille identification at the elevator, which was a nice touch. The hotel is right in the city center, making transportation very convenient. It's really close to the Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Museum, just a few minutes' walk. The area felt safe and quiet. My only minor gripe was that there was a front desk staff member on the first day, but I didn't see them on the subsequent two days. It seems like many hotels in Japan are moving towards self check-in now, which I'm still getting used to as I don't visit often.

This hotel is, without doubt, one of the best in Hiroshima. It is newly opened, super convenient as it is just above Hiroshima Station and have special discounted overnight parking fee for hotel guests. However, I’d like to tell that not all of the staff (either in day or night shifts) can speak decent English so you need a little bit of patience. Other than that, it is superb, highly highly recommend.

Hotel junto da zona histórica e mais emblemática pela sua história ainda recente. Possível ir a pé a todas as atrações principais. Nós acabamos por só usar transporte de e para a estação de comboios e nada mais. De resto foi possível andar sempre a pé. Apanhamos também o barco que vai para mihajima (junto á ponte que cruza o hotel) e foi um dia muito bem passado ( aconselho vivamente). O hotel já é antigo e tem uma decoração menos moderna mas tem um pequeno almoço simpático com uma vista espetacular para a cidade.

Amazing hotel, located near a bus stop and not far from a busy street. Despite this location, the room is very quiet. The room itself is spacious, and the mattresses are very comfortable (we had stayed at hotels with hard mattresses before). A new set of towels is provided every day. It's very convenient that the rooms are not cleaned, so you don't have to move your suitcases 😄

O equipamento da casa de banho e do quarto é bastante antigo, mas a relação preço/desempenho é muito boa. O transporte é conveniente (você pode pegar o ônibus limusine do aeroporto de Hiroshima e caminhar por dez minutos para economizar 900 ienes em taxas de táxi). A Avenida Heping, em frente ao hotel, é colorida em todas as estações e é adequada para passear. Os arredores SOGOU, Fukuya, Mitsukoshi e LoFt estão todos a uma curta distância a pé.

our original hotel booking at mitsui garden got force cancelled due to maintenance so this hotel was our alternative & it did not disappoint! service : front desk & staff were very friendly & allowed to store our luggages till evening the next day! [10/10] room : size was alright for the price, very clean [10/10] location : amazing, located within walking distance of hiroshima station [10/10] cost : amazing, given that this was our alternative offered as compensation, its amazing [10/10] miku & I enjoyed our stay! ありがとうございます！

Este hotel se destaca pela vista incomparável do Castelo de Hiroshima, acessibilidade ao Centro Rodoviário de Hiroshima, instalações bem conservadas e simpatia dos funcionários. Enquanto visitava Hiroshima, sofri um acidente onde deixei minha sacola de compras em um ônibus urbano e pedi ajuda ao hotel. Sempre havia funcionários que falavam coreano, então a comunicação linguística era fácil. A equipe coreana e o gerente do hotel contataram ativamente a empresa de ônibus, então consegui entrar em contato com o motorista do ônibus em que estava. Como era um ônibus urbano, decidi esperar no ponto de retorno e pegar meu ônibus. bagagem que deixei para trás. Conforme instruído pelo hotel, eu estava esperando no ponto de ônibus mais cedo do que o horário marcado. No entanto, o gerente do hotel parecia estar preocupado com a possibilidade de não conseguirmos encontrar o ponto de ônibus ou nos comunicar com o motorista do ônibus, então chegamos. hora marcada e atravessamos a faixa de pedestres em tempo frio vestindo apenas nossos uniformes. Um bom hotel com ótima equipe, especialmente no restaurante. Eles são educados e prestativos. A recepção e o concierge também foram profissionais e prestativos. A limpeza do quarto é muito boa. No geral, uma ótima estadia, graças ao ótimo e amigável atendimento ao cliente. Fico feliz em visitar novamente.

Very comfortable stay with excellent cleanliness and service. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were well maintained. The riverside location made it easy to enjoy the area. A smooth and pleasant stay overall.

Great location, 5 mins walk (flat surface) from Hiroshima Station, convenient store exactly next to the hotel. Great service from front desk staffs, proactively assisting guests during check in. Self-service luggage storage available, just simply lock it with the IC card (Transportation card). However, it’s quite full during check out time, consider to use the paid lockers (¥500-1200) at Hiroshima Station if needed (next to the station taxi stand, ＜5 mins walk from the hotel) Spacious rooms, with individual air conditioning/ heater, and humidifier. The room is neat and clean, no weird smells, there’s a window as well. Amenities are provided, located next to the front desk. Overall great experience with Sotetsu Hotel, definitely worth the price.
