Overall OK, good location, easy access & so many cafe nearby. Even the breakfast also so good like so many local foods that can try. Just one thing no iron inside the room & asking to send iron to room they just take note but not send the iron .

Location & Facilities Situated strategically on Jl. Diponegoro No. 215 in Wonokromo, it’s close to major attractions like Korea Park, Thor Square, Ciputra World Mall, Tunjungan Plaza, and BG Junction. Amenities include a rooftop terrace and sky lounge for relaxing with panoramic city views, an on-site restaurant (Zhang Restaurant), 24-hour room service, spa services, meeting rooms, and free parking.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan Surabaya. All the staff members at the hotel were approachable, professional, and accommodating. I would have been more satisfied if the floor in the shower booth was more clean, but I say this only to nitpick at what little problem they might have there. On the flip side, from airport pick up service to room cleaning, laundry service, or receptionist’s customer engagement were very professional. I would not only recommend the place to those who want to visit Surabaya, bur I myself would use this place again.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

I really need to complain about the cleanliness. This hotel had four pillows for two beds, and one of them actually had urine stains on it! It smelled strongly of urine. I went to the front desk to ask for a replacement, but it never came, so I just threw it on the floor – it was unusable! Also, the water quality at the hotel was really bad. I brought my own filter faucet, and the filter element ended up black. I'm so glad I used it! They saw I was staying with a child for two nights, but didn't offer any extra slippers or toothbrushes, which other hotels usually do proactively. Furthermore, our room was on the 7th floor, and it happened to be a Sunday. From 4 or 5 AM, there were prayers, which were extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep. I asked the front desk to change rooms, but they said all the suitable rooms were full and there was nothing they could do. In the end, we had to endure it for two nights. 😓 On the positive side, the hotel's buffet was quite good. There were also some local specialty snacks that I tried. And the swimming pool was an infinity pool with a nice view. However, it was mostly local children swimming, so the adults didn't go in. The gym was also very well-equipped. It was very convenient and close to the largest shopping mall in Surabaya. Downstairs was also a pedestrian street. After dark, there were many places to eat, as well as cafes and bars. It was a nice area to explore. Overall, it was barely acceptable, but some basic standards should be upheld. Urine stains on a pillow are simply unacceptable; it definitely means the pillowcase wasn't changed! I hope the hotel can improve.

Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. Attached to the mall, so very convenient. However I think it shares the same restaurant with Westin during breakfast, so bit crowded.

Hotel is located within walking distance to food options and Tunjungan Plaza mall. Room is huge with a bathtub in the room. Room is clean. But the soundproofing is bad. We had to change room because the room next door made a lot of noises during the night. We literally can hear their voices speaking and music turned on loud next door.

The hotel is centrally located. While accessing the main road involves a slight detour, overall it's fine, and it's not too far from the main road itself. The rooms are compact, but it's a viable option for a transit hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The TVs come with Netflix, so it's a good option when you don't feel like going out during the day, especially given Surabaya's scorching heat.

The hotel is at a place quite convenient and quiet. We got to see the fireworks of the entire cbd. The room is quite spacious and clean. There are malls and cafes nearby.

I had a wonderful experience at the Four Seasons by Sheraton. The location is perfect for tourists — there’s a large shopping mall right next door, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. A lively tourist street is also just a short walk away, so there’s always something to explore. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
