The hotel and staff are great,but unfortunately on this stay the fire alarm went off at 4am in the morning,due to a fault..so broken sleep unfortunately

Lovely hotel! Rooms were clean and well maintained although a little dated. The pillows and mattress may be due an upgrade. The food and drink facilities are great and I would stay again.

Lovely hotel, room was very spacious and very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Close to shops and train station. Will look to booking a stay again at this hotel.

It was a beautiful hotel with a very affordable price . It had a nice bathroom with a good size and was extremely spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to as many people as possible.

Check in was easy and the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and cool. Lovely bathroom with quality shower gel and shampoo provided. I had several hours to myself so I made use of the gym, great equipment and all very clean.  Good swimming area, very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Had curry in the bar which I thought was overpriced. We had a great, comfortable night’s sleep followed by a delicious breakfast with lots of choice.

This hotel was the best went to check in had booked double room got upgraded to a family room and as soon as we got to the room we had trouble finding out how to open the door with the card. Yes me and my mum had 1 of them Richard Gere from Pretty Woman moments haha but once got in the room we was impressed was so clean and tidy it had a mini fridge under the TV everything was accessible staff was so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others who was passing through the area to stop was no noise from the motorway traffic and eateries on the motorway services was right next door. Didnt book in for breakfast as was leaving early next morning. 20/10 top marks very happy customer. Big shout out to tariek

Our first room stunk of cigarettes, the staff were very quick to change , our second room very nice, beds were lovely and clean but must of the fixtures and fittings was quite dusty and grimmy,for a hotel of this standard we was very disappointed and will not be returning.

Very helpful staff, good location for what i needed. CLean rooms although dated. Bit great place to stay

A cama era maior e mais confortável do que o hotel que habitualmente estava no meu viagem anual para ver a família. Os descontos: Chegámos às 11:30 e eles não nos iriam verificar até depois do 12:00, eu acho que isto é política, mas outros hotéis na cidade são flexíveis e nós viajamos 20 horas. Também o con do ar no quarto não funcionou e era muito quente para o Reino Unido, por isso teve um pouco de dificuldade em dormir. Eles disseram que iam olhar e nos deram um fã porque acho que não podiam fazer nada, mas não cortou muito...

每年都過來除了疫情，這裏一直沒有變化，包括老舊的房屋設施，雖然期間稍微裝修了一下，但完全不能和經濟型酒店比，衹能算鄉村酒店，玻璃房很漂亮。
