King room with city view, 14 floor: 2 nights. July * You will hear the music from the bar across the park until 3am. Not much noises from the regular city streets. * No fresh air available in this hotel. All the windows are sealed. * No fridge, no Netflix. But plenty of english channels on tv. * good internet. * excellent hot water, and water pressure. * small gym ok, but no windows, and tv was not working. * nice indoor pool, but water too cold for me. No windows but a clear dome. * breakfast have ok choices, not much for a vegetarian. * restaurant expensive like any other hotel, but the staff is sympathic. * free parking. * very nice staff. * reservation with Trip.com was a complication, they didn't have my reservation. Took 1h to check-in. At the check-out they charged me the room that was already paid on Trip.com, had to ask for a refund, which they did, no arguying but a lot of explanations and proof of payment... but the staff was really polite and helpful. * only 1 person working at the counter for check-in and check-out.. * easy to walk everywhere. * easy to navigate with google map or waze.

Unexpectedly liked the furnishings of this hotel. Although there is no air conditioning in the room, there is an electric fan, and San Jose is not hot at night. Although the room is not big, it has everything. Although bottled water is not free, there is a coffee machine to make free coffee. The room needs to take the stairs on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is simple and delicious, with bread, eggs, rice, fruit, coffee, tea, and hot milk.

Place is about half an hour taxi ride from the airport. We originally booked it since the listing here said check in was 1400, but were later emailed that check-in was actually 1500 and when we arrived at 1500, the host said they aren't finished cleaning it and we had to wait in the lobby. The room was nice, although we didn't find the bathroom to be entirely clean. Included breakfast only consisted of coffee, fruit bowl and toast with jams.

Lovely place but confusing to find your way around. I arrived after midnight and no porter to show the way. Great breakfast but coffee machine in my room not working!

Because it is a resort hotel... it is far from San Jose City. If you want to go out of town, you have to call a taxi. ＞_＜ I stayed on a half boat and ate until dinner.. Breakfast and dinner... they were similar... they didn't suit my taste. But the garden and swimming pool are nice.

The breakfast is plentiful and changes every day, especially the South American specialties. There are many kinds of fruits, and the sweet taste of milk is my favorite. The rooms are generally clean, with few TV channels, and they are basically in Spanish.

Two buildings across the street from the north. The bed room in the north is mainly close to the rails, which is relatively noisy, but the room, bathroom and public space are relatively spacious and tall. Coffee is served all day, and the kitchen of the cooperative youth hostel next door can also be used. The room lacks tables, chairs and hangers. Good location, walking distance to downtown attractions, supermarkets and a mall.

I stayed in this hotel on a business trip a few years ago. It's not far from the airport and has a nice environment. There's a coffee shop downstairs next door and the transportation is convenient. There was a safety drill on the day before leaving, which was pretty good. It’s more cost-effective to book a breakfast-included package on Ctrip. When I checked in, I didn’t find breakfast at first, but it soon became clear.
