We recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its excellent location and breathtaking views. The views from our room were stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience.

Rooms are well kept, huge in size with dining area, sofa and writing desk. Water supply in bath room was slower than bath tub. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is huge and need to familiarise with routes going to different venue. Lots of restaurants and eating place. It has a food court with plenty of choices. e.g. Tim Ho Wan. In the shopping mall, the decor of blue sky uplifted our spirit, we felt happy and the mall has a stage where artist performed. Close to The Parisian and The Londoner which guests could explore within walking distance. Hotel shuttle to and fro airport and town, Sands Hotel. Night lights around the hotel are beautiful.

Amenities are excellent. The indoor swimming pool is grand-looking and user-friendly. There are dry, wet saunas and jacuzzi in the changing room. For the room, I got a free up-grade to a 70 sq.m. city view one. The room is still spacious, even with two double beds, couch and work desk area. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. Drinks in the fridge are free of charge. I will definitely stay there in my next visit.

Great location in Cotai with easy access to other parts of the island by light rail (10mins walk from hotel lobby) Was assigned a room on 21th floor with good garden view. The room was spacious with free drinks, snacks and Nespresso coffee brewing machine. The major drawback of the room was that the mattress was too soft and old. There are hollow spots on the mattress near to my waist. We woke up with sore back. The room is quite hot if window blind does not apply. It is a kind of budget 5-star hotel in this area.

Very convenient place for quick visits to Macao: 10 min nice walk to ferry, clean and spacious waterfront amusement park right behind hotel, 24 hrs convenience shop inside of hotel, walking distance to Macao museums and concert hall campus. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom offered big size shower cabin and nice bathtub. Complimentary water, tea bags and Nescafé instant coffee provided. Breakfast to my opinion was not that good: many choices of food, but quality and taste not that great. I had very great time visiting open air music festival in Fisherman Dwarf waterfront park during my stay. It was just awesome: you walk out the hotel door and two steps away you are in the middle of nice music performance - no tickets needed, people just stop by, listen and dance. I will definitely return to this place, but probably will go out for breakfast

The on-site dining options were also impressive; the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices, catering to different tastes, from local dishes to international favorites. Location: Situated strategically, the hotel is within walking distance to major attractions such as the Cotai Strip and various cultural sites. This made it extremely easy for me to explore Macau’s rich history and vibrant entertainment scene without needing extensive transportation arrangements. Service: What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome. Whether it was a request for extra towels or recommendations for local attractions, they were always eager to assist with a smile. Conclusion: Overall, my stay at Lisboeta Hotel was a memorable experience. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent facilities, prime location, and outstanding service make it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Macau. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers seeking a blend of luxury and authentic cultural touches. I look forward to my next visit!

My room at The Macau Roosevelt was a masterpiece of modern design with a touch of glamour, reflecting the unique aesthetic of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. A smooth and fast check-in experience and feel so welcome once arrived. We also got upgraded to a suite with great view. The pool is a little bit packed but overall we had a great stay at W macau.

Check in process fast but we think the deposit is a little too much (2000 mop). The amenities is good. All working, except for the electric kettle haha but nothing exag. Staff are good! Filipinos the best! We requested for water, in a matter of minutes here he comes. Very fast! We'll definitely booked again!! Swimming pool is great!
