Spacious and well designed hotel. Much better than the Hilton DoubleTrees in the West.

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

A classic 5 star hotel with top service and amenities.. the hotel is a little bit old but they have maintained it amazingly! The breakfast is very rich with great western options and pastry selection and a whole lot of local food! The swimming pool is LARGE with a lifeguard present at all times,also they have a Hot Suana Tub next to the pool for complete relaxation. The view from the room the incredible,looking over the oujiang river and the light show the night! The play area for kids is also very big. All in all, worth the visit..will definitely visit again!

This is absolutely one of the best resort hotels we have stayed. The view to the lake is not the best but we are very happy to be hearing bird chirpping in the morning. The corridor of the hotel is unbelievable wide and spacious. The service provided is amongst the best that a hotel could provide. This hotel in the best location next to Nanhu where most of the sights are within walking distance or very close by. It is offering beautiful and relaxing walks along the lake. Going to the old city wall or to the old town takes only a short ride on the taxi of about 10 minutes. The restaurant for breakfast is just beautiful and the food is excellent. We just love this hotel and we will be back. If you are planning to visit Jiaxing, this will be the best hotel in Nanhu. Jiaxing is just absolutely serene and beautiful. We have taken heaps of beautiful photos and so lucky to be staying at Jiaxing Nanhu Resort Hotel.

O serviço foi excelente e superou as expectativas. Conseguimos fazer o check-in mais cedo e recebemos um upgrade de quarto. O buffet de café da manhã tinha muitas opções e a qualidade era boa. A localização do hotel é conveniente para todos os lugares que planejávamos visitar. Um agradecimento especial ao Sr. Feng, que nos ajudou com a bagagem. Nós realmente aproveitamos nossa estadia neste belo resort em estilo jardim chinês.

Escolhi este hotel com cuidado.É cerca de 10 minutos a pé do Lago Oeste.O ambiente é bom e há um grande jardim no 10º andar. Há dois hotéis Marco Polo neste lugar, que ficam a apenas 10 minutos de caminhada um do outro. Reservei o Marina Hotel e o outro é um Holiday Inn. Naveguei até o Marco Polo Holiday Inn, mas percebi o erro quando percebi. Passei pelas formalidades. Depois dirigi até o Marco Polo Lake Hotel, mas a atitude do pessoal no estacionamento do Holiday Inn ainda é boa. Há uma taxa para estacionar no Binhu Hotel, que é de 30 yuan por dia. Estive em muitos hotéis, e esta é a primeira vez que encontrei taxas de alojamento. A avaliação geral é boa.

Vinde para Jiaxing e escolha ficar no Hilton Jiaxing!Acomodação para 2 dias.Obrigado especial à Rebecca que me ajudou a pedir um desaparecimento de goggles de natação para que EU pudesse nadar.Vou considerar ficar aqui novamente quando em Jiaxing!

很喜歡房間裏的小卡片，才知道酒店門口這棵樹這麼有歷史～衝著新開的酒店臨時決定來的真嘟非常不錯，這裏服務人員都超級熱情！住其他同等水平的酒店一般衹有經理熱情其他的員工都帶淡淡的牛馬感（沒有説牛馬感有錯的意思哈哈哈哈），這裏真的所有工作人員都超熱情～特別舒服早餐也不錯對象幹了兩碗餛飩！伶俐小姐姐真嘟非常nice服務真的都非常及時，小小的建議就是建議買電動擦窗機器窗子外面擦一下，景色太好啦窗子不擦太可惜了～等大奇山風景區開了過來玩的時候再來住一天嘻嘻～

Entrada e saída ilimitadas com reconhecimento facial, ônibus turístico gratuito 24 horas, barcos a remo, vista noturna, cafés, bares, teatros, ópera, Pingtan, a água é tão verde, os salgueiros são tão macios, uma vez que você chega, você nunca mais vai embora.

A localização do hotel é excelente, a estação de metro da Linha 1 fica a 2 minutos a pé, perfeita para quem precisa de apanhar um voo cedo. O pequeno-almoço do hotel é variado, com uma estação de noodles e café, superando o que se encontra em muitos hotéis de cadeia de gama média a alta por este preço. Da próxima vez que for para o Aeroporto de Xiaoshan, ficarei aqui novamente.
