The room has a charming, antique feel with a distinctive incense aroma, creating a rich cultural atmosphere. There's even a calligraphy experience available in the room. The mattress is very comfortable, and everything is clean and hygienic, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was incredibly varied, and the pastries were particularly delicious. I also want to thank the hotel staff for providing me with an extra complimentary breakfast.

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. My stay at voco Shimao Sunshine Lake Resort Qiandao Lake was absolutely perfect! The hotel is situated on a peninsula, offering an elegant and tranquil environment. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the attention to hygiene details was impeccable. The direct, first-line lake view of Qiandao Lake is breathtaking – the water and sky merge into one, creating an expansive and unbeatable vista. There are amazing viewing spots everywhere. A special shout-out to the hotel's innovative travel photography service. The photographer was incredibly professional, excellent at finding the right angles and guiding poses. They even managed to capture stunning, high-quality shots against the light, preserving so many wonderful moments. All the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, treating guests with warmth and courtesy. The entire experience was fantastic. This is definitely my top choice for a vacation in Qiandao Lake, highly recommended!

Olive from the concierge team arranged our entire itinerary and was super helpful with all our requests. Her service was incredibly warm and excellent. The room size here is very generous; we booked a twin room, and the facilities were top-notch. The cleaning staff came every morning to tidy up, empty the bins, and replenish supplies, and their attitude was also fantastic. The breakfast here is also very diverse.

We had a fantastic time in Wuzhen,. thanks to the exceptional service at Splendid Clubhouse . Our butler, Ms. Zhao, was incredible. She took great care of us from arrival and made our stay completely stress-free. The room was spacious, elegant, and featured top-quality bedding and amenities. We also loved the breakfast, which was made fresh to order and absolutely delicious. The breakfast hall overlooks an infinity pool and a lotus pond in full bloom, a truly picturesque setting. Thank you, Ms. Zhao and team, for your warmth and hospitality. We hope to be back soon!

Upon arrival, the staff proactively informed me about the room's location and orientation, and thoughtfully inquired about my preferences. When I requested a quiet room, they specially selected a high-floor room facing the residential area. They also confirmed the housekeeping schedule for the following days. The arrangements were meticulous, and they genuinely cared about my stay experience. Throughout, their demeanor was warm and professional, without any forced pleasantries. The entire stay was comfortable and pleasant. The staff demonstrated a sincere willingness to consider guests' needs, arranging suitable rooms from the guest's perspective. This attentiveness left a deep impression. The kindness shown in their daily interactions was a delightful surprise during my journey. When traveling, beyond just a place to rest, well-judged thoughtful service can significantly enhance the overall happiness of the trip. The various facilities in the room were well-maintained. The lighting was soft and could be adjusted to personal preference, making it very convenient to use at night. The shower had stable water pressure, and the water temperature adjusted smoothly. Both the handheld and overhead showerheads provided strong water flow and a comfortable temperature, making them easy to use. The storage space was more than sufficient for my personal needs; the well-designed space gave me an incredible sense of security, allowing me to neatly organize my luggage and personal belongings. The amenities in the common areas were also well-maintained and in excellent condition. The hardware was very well-preserved, with no signs of age or malfunction. When traveling, a complete and functional set of facilities can make the entire stay relaxing and comfortable.

Our family's first summer trip – Naked Stables. Our little one rushed to Moganshan right after school, still in her uniform! Even though it was the rainy season, it had its own unique charm. **Environment:** Secluded and tranquil, with various standalone round houses or villas nestled in the valley. The landscape design ensures excellent privacy. There are also plenty of activities, making it a great place for a holiday! **Facilities:** The in-room amenities are all excellent, and the minibar is well-stocked. Even the chargeable snacks are delicious! On rainy days, it's perfect for enjoying tea and snacks in the room. However, the bathroom in the round house felt a bit small, and the shower facilities were located on the balcony, which was inconvenient to use on rainy evenings. My elderly parents had no choice but to use the bathtub, which was quite inconvenient. Later, we discovered the water heater wasn't working. The butler responded quickly, but it took an hour to fix the hardware, and still no hot water. The duty manager then proactively and very thoughtfully came to check on us and kindly moved us to another room where we could finally enjoy a comfortable hot shower. **Service:** The butler service contacted us by phone before check-in to pre-register our license plate, allowing for seamless entry without stopping. The hotel also offers a wide range of entertainment programs for both adults and children. Our child loved it, quietly enjoying handicraft activities and horseback riding. Our little girl especially adored it and rode for half an hour each day during our two-day stay. **Exquisite Naked Stables Souvenirs:** The cups are commemorative, and each room area is named after an animal. The various merchandise sold in the lobby is also very appealing and meaningful; we bought some to take home! **Restaurants:** There's an Italian Western restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, both with good food. The set menus at the Western restaurant were decent, and à la carte options weren't expensive.

My business trip stay at Hufu Inn exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, with a solid wood desk perfect for working. The bedding had visible cotton seeds, felt healthy, soft, and comfortable, washing away all the fatigue from work. What impressed me most was the hotel's public areas and service. While relaxing in the cafe with lush greenery outside the window, the staff thoughtfully brought me hot tea. There were complimentary fruits and snacks available, and they even helped me print and bind my documents. The Hangzhou cuisine in the restaurant was also delicious. The concierge recommended Longjing shrimp, which was perfect for one person, and even gave me a complimentary Dongpo pork. I'll definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed for one night with our parents and kids, and it was a fantastic experience! The butler, Crystal, created a group chat beforehand to confirm our arrival time and asked about the guests, recommending suitable floors and rooms – very thoughtful. The cliff-side room offers absolutely stunning views. At night, after Deqing city lights dim, you can stargaze. I initially thought the castle restaurant would be expensive, but after eating there, I found it to be excellent value for money. Although we had to wait a little, all the dishes were freshly prepared and of a very high standard, far surpassing any restaurant in the village at the foot of the mountain. For entertainment, there's an infinity pool, billiards, ping-pong, pottery, archery, and more. It's not crowded, so you can enjoy everything. For pottery, you need to queue early; we missed out at 10 AM. Friends told me the spa is also top-notch, so I'll try it next time. Finally, I have to mention the photoshoot. Each room gets three complimentary photos. The photographer was incredibly patient, and the photo editor was kind and beautiful. There was absolutely no hard-selling. I initially thought of buying a few extra photos, but then I was told that since we had three rooms, we could get nine photos! The photography, composition, and editing were simply superb. I also want to thank Crystal and Lily again for their patience and understanding. It was hot, which can be stressful, and we encountered a few minor issues. After effective communication, the cause was quickly identified and resolved efficiently. **Facilities:** The cliff-side room is fully equipped, and the pastoral cabin offers good value for money. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. There were some small insects in the castle during the evening. **Environment:** Absolutely stunning. **Service:** Probably the best service I've ever experienced in a hotel. **On-site travel photoshoot:** I've already reviewed it above. All I can say is it's worth the money. If it wasn't so hot, I would have done a whole session!

Extremely satisfied! For the last leg of my Hangzhou trip, I wanted a relaxed, resort-style hotel and stumbled upon this one near West Station, right by the Alibaba campus. It's not a huge hotel, but every detail shows great care. Their in-house pastry chef prepares a fresh afternoon tea spread daily, featuring healthy desserts. Coffee is available all day, and breakfast is absolutely delicious (they use excellent ingredients from Sam's Club). The room is very spacious, perfect for lounging with kids. There's a kids' play area, and you can even borrow bicycles to explore the surroundings.
