This is our top choice for traveling with kids! The hotel is incredibly child-friendly and even thoughtfully provided children's amenities. The room was spacious and odor-free, and dining options nearby were convenient. Our whole family really enjoyed our stay!

My first time in Guangzhou was fantastic! I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. As soon as my taxi pulled up, someone was there to help with my luggage. The room was huge and super clean, and the extensive use of red cave stone was really beautiful. The bedding and linens were high-thread-count and very comfortable. Plus, having a mall right downstairs made shopping incredibly convenient. They were also very prompt and professional in helping resolve any issues. My trip was too rushed this time to try the dining or the cakes, but next time I'd love to stay a whole day without even leaving the hotel!

Staying at Bihailou feels like it's been recently renovated and re-planned. The breakfast selection is a bit richer than before. Facilities: The room is very spacious and equipped with a tea set. The pool is relatively clean, but the changing rooms are basic – quite simple compared to a true five-star hotel. Environment: Very good, nice greenery, and a great view. Cleanliness: Decent. Service: Generally satisfactory. I hope the doormen at Bihailou could be more attentive and diligent. They were on the phone during work hours and didn't proactively open the door when my car arrived. It's not about the ceremony, but when I walked past them with both hands full of luggage on my way out, they remained indifferent.

This isn't my first time staying at this hotel, and their service consistently surpasses that of others. First off, the rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are large and well-appointed. I truly appreciate how seriously they take every request; in fact, all my requests have been met without issue. When I asked for a late checkout, they accommodated me with a room on a higher floor, away from any noise. I've also commended their housekeeping service before; they are incredibly trustworthy and remarkably quiet when cleaning other rooms – a significant detail, unlike many other hotels. Their cleaning standards are, simply put, top-notch. And let's not forget the doorman. Every time you arrive, he spots you from a distance and immediately comes to help with your bags, always with a warm smile and a friendly, eager attitude. Now, about the front desk – their service this time was even more impressive than I anticipated. Even though my room already had a luggage scale, I requested another one. They provided it and told me to keep it until my departure, so I wouldn't feel rushed. On another occasion, I felt a bit dizzy because I hadn't eaten. I immediately went downstairs, and they promptly checked me for any injuries. They brought me coffee and sweets in case my blood sugar had dropped and even called the manager, who personally came to my room to check on me. This hotel truly feels like a fairytale. Their attentiveness is incredible; even without knowing a guest personally, they treat everyone with such care, making you feel like the most important person in the room. They even thoughtfully provided me with non-slip slippers out of concern for my safety, despite the floors not being slippery at all. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel every time I visit Guangzhou. A huge thank you to all the staff; I hope they continue to maintain this exceptional level of service.

The location is very convenient with lots of good food options nearby. It's also very close to Shenzhen University; we walked there and spent half a day exploring. The room was spacious, and the front desk service was thoughtful and attentive, making it easy to print documents. The only downside was that the carpet wasn't very clean. My child has allergies and was itchy all night, so we ended up checking out a night early since they couldn't get a good night's rest.

Castle hotel is a beautiful and well maintained environment. The facilities are perfect for families, with a play room, heated swimming pool, and outdoor playground. There is also a ”sand pit” for children, but it looks like an old unused sand trap from the golf course. Nevertheless, my son enjoyed digging in it. The room was a double floor with a mezzanine balcony inside and an outdoor balcony overlooking the scenic golf court. We booked a family room for children and were assigned the ”Spiderman” room, which wasn't my favorite decor, but my son enjoyed it. Some of the room facilities such as stickers and decor needed refreshing and was old and worn (i.e. spiderman wall stickers with tears, remote for downstairs t.v. didn't work great, rubber padding around t.v. was in need of refreshing, behind the screen in the upstairs hadn't been dusted in a long time). However, the majority of the room was attractive and comfortable. The rest of the hotel was elegant and felt upscale. There were some vegetarian choices in the ”a la carte” menu of the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. We were unable to order room service from the phone app in English so we needed to order at the front desk. The staff were incredibly helpful, some spoke English, and everyone was courteous and helped us to have a great time. The executive lounge was open from 2:00 or 3:00 onwards and offered nice snacks. My son loved visiting there in the afternoons and loading up on snacks. Overall, a great experience and we will be back.

This garden-style hotel boasts excellent greenery and fresh air. The rooms are spacious, and the small balcony offers a lovely view of lush foliage, which is very pleasant. The room's cleanliness is also impeccable. However, the front desk lady, while seemingly experienced, wasn't very logical in her service. She didn't mention the complimentary double afternoon tea, and I had to call and ask about it myself. In contrast, the bellhop who helped with our luggage was much more professional, guiding us to the breakfast area and the swimming pool along the way. The complimentary afternoon tea was fantastic! Breakfast was also very rich and varied. Our whole family had a wonderful time at the hotel.

The standalone villa at Tangxia Sanshan Bingshan is just perfect for family trips! The Half-Mountain Lake View offers a beautiful and tranquil environment, and the private hot spring in the independent courtyard ensures great privacy. The three separate suites provide ample space and privacy, with mahjong and garden leisure facilities readily available. The butler was warm and attentive, and the shuttle service made getting around convenient. The hotel's hot spring and family-friendly amenities are abundant, making it suitable for family outings, gatherings with friends and relatives, or even short team-building events. Self-parking is easy, and our stay was a perfect experience!

This hotel is my top choice for business trips! It's a short drive from Guangzhou East Railway Station, making commutes and catching high-speed trains incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is packed with office buildings and commercial centers, which is great for business meetings. The room layout is well-designed, featuring a spacious desk and stable, fast internet, so working for long periods isn't tiring. The hotel offers great privacy and a quiet environment, ensuring a good night's rest. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick and efficient, saving me a lot of time. The 24-hour gym and meeting rooms fully cater to various business travel needs. The cleanliness, service, and facilities are all excellent, making it a superb choice for business travelers.

For the past two or three years, I've been visiting Shunde Daliang almost every three months, and I always stay here. The hotel's location is convenient, and the decor has a charming, antique Lingnan style. They have a self-service laundry room and an outdoor rooftop pool. The hotel also boasts its own restaurant, serving excellent and consistently good dim sum and Chinese lunch. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the room attendants provide thoughtful and detailed service, which truly deserves praise! Highly recommended!
