"O ponto mais marcante foi o serviço do hotel. Assim que o carro chegou, um funcionário veio prontamente ajudar com a bagagem, me levou calorosamente para fazer o check-in na recepção e agendou o transfer para o aeroporto. O transfer de chegada foi super rápido, e havia café self-service disponível o tempo todo. Os funcionários da recepção saíam do balcão para atender às necessidades dos hóspedes, chegando a servir um copo de leite fresco com café. E assim que um hóspede era atendido, outro funcionário já estava pronto para o próximo! Na saída, eles chamaram um carro e se despediram calorosamente. Todos os funcionários com quem interagi foram incrivelmente entusiastas e atenciosos, muito melhores que o serviço do hotel internacional 5 estrelas onde fiquei nos dois dias anteriores. Dei 5 estrelas (pena que não pude dar mais)! Incrível 👍, será que o gerente deste hotel é o proprietário? 👍👍👍. O hotel realmente tem uma alpaca 🦙!"

"Fui a Pequim com a família durante o Ano Novo Chinês e escolhemos ficar neste hotel por 2 noites. A decoração já é um pouco antiga. Como éramos muitos, pedimos uma cama extra, mas não era muito confortável. Chegamos às 12h na primeira noite e no dia seguinte tivemos que acordar cedo para ir à Grande Muralha. O café da manhã que o hotel preparou no segundo dia foi muito atencioso, nos aquecendo logo cedo. No geral, o preço é bom, só espero que a qualidade da cama extra melhore na próxima vez. Há apenas uma porta que dá acesso tanto ao chuveiro quanto à banheira. Isso significa que, enquanto você estiver no chuveiro ou na banheira, sempre haverá uma parte descoberta, sem cobertura, o que pode causar sensação de frio durante o banho."

It's definitely a hidden gem near Beijing South Station, offering both great value for money and excellent service quality. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's so close to Beijing South Station that you can walk there, which is incredibly convenient for travelers catching high-speed trains or transferring – it saves so much time and hassle. The front desk staff were gentle yet professional. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, with no delays. They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, providing attentive service that made the entire experience comfortable. The guest rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, with excellent ventilation and natural light. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, with excellent soundproofing. The bedding was soft, clean, and fluffy, and the mattress was just right – so relaxing to lie on. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and no unpleasant odors. The toiletries were comprehensive and effective, and the facilities were well-maintained, contributing to a high-quality living experience. I have to specifically praise the hotel's breakfast buffet! The variety was truly extensive and complete, with a great mix of Chinese and Western options, and a good balance of meat and vegetables – so many choices! There were Chinese hot dishes, various congees, steamed buns, noodles, cold appetizers, and a full array of Western bread, cakes, toast, salads, and drinks. The biggest bonus was the live noodle station, where fresh noodles and wontons were made on the spot. The broth was savory and delicious, with rich toppings and an authentic taste. Ingredients were replenished fresh daily, and restocking was quick, so there were never any empty platters. The fruits were fresh and juicy, and the desserts had a delicate texture. The overall taste was light and palatable, not greasy. The restaurant environment was clean and bright, and tables were cleared promptly, making for a very comfortable dining experience. Overall, I could clearly feel the standardized service and meticulous attention to detail from both the HUAZHU and Mercure brands. With its attentive service, clean environment, and consistent dining quality, this hotel is undoubtedly the top choice in the South Station area, whether for business trips, leisure travel, or high-speed rail transfers. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Beijing!"
