I had a layover at Beijing Capital Airport and chose this hotel because it shares my name. The reviews looked great, and my stay was indeed fantastic! I genuinely mean it! From the airport pick-up, the staff were incredibly efficient, helping me with my luggage into the car, and then again when checking in at the hotel. The service was so friendly and made me feel very welcome. The room layout was well-designed, and it was spotlessly clean, plus there were welcome fruits and yogurt! I didn't have high expectations for breakfast; I just thought I'd grab a quick bite, but to my surprise, it was delicious and very clean! A really pleasant surprise! In the morning, I even got to feed alpacas, which were adorable! The staff here really provide excellent, friendly service. You can tell they put their heart into it, better than many hotels I've stayed at abroad! Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely stay here again. Kudos to the hotel staff!

This Chinese New Year, I brought my whole family, including seniors and children. We chose this hotel based on good reviews and the swimming pool. Upon arrival, it was as excellent as ever, and the front desk upgraded our room type. We were a group of seven, and they kindly upgraded our package and provided extra beds. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The executive lounge dining was superb; afternoon tea extended until 7:30 PM, and it was uncrowded with a great ambiance, perfect for a family dinner. The evening pool was absolutely amazing – it felt like being at a Bali resort right here in Beijing! The kids loved it and played for two days straight. I'd definitely recommend it for future visits.

After a lot of research for my trip to Beijing, I finally settled on this hotel. You can see the entire Forbidden City from the hotel's top floor, which is an amazing location! The room was quite spacious too. I'd read many reviews saying Beijing hotel rooms are small, so this was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location is unbeatable; it's very close to the National Museum, the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and Wangfujing. The decor has a nice, antique feel. The only thing I'd complain about is the slow drainage in the bathroom.

Choosing the Grand Joy Hotel this time was definitely a wise decision. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Xidan commercial area. The ground floor connects directly to Joy City, and with Juntai Department Store next door, dining and shopping are incredibly convenient. Plus, there's a Hema (grocery store) one block north, perfect for stocking up on daily essentials. The hotel room was spacious enough and felt very new. The high-floor view was fantastic. The only thing I found a bit odd was the open-plan bathroom. While it made the space feel larger, it just felt a bit strange. The bed I slept in this time was very comfortable; I didn't have any trouble adjusting to it, which is a big plus! I especially want to commend Manager Enoch from the hotel. Every day, he'd check if we needed anything and offer sightseeing suggestions. During our stay, he provided complimentary fruit and sparkling water, and even proactively offered milk because we had a child. He truly cares about the guests! A big thumbs up! 👍 I'll definitely choose Grand Joy again on my next trip to Beijing.

The Beijing Jingli Hotel Dajiaoting Branch was an amazing stay, comfortable and hassle-free from start to finish. Highly recommend! **Location:** Close to the subway and Hopson One mall, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. It's a quiet spot despite being in a busy area. The Dajiaoting station on Line 7 goes directly to Universal Studios without transfers, which is fantastic! **Service:** The front desk staff were warm, efficient, thoughtful, and attentive, responding quickly to everything. The staff even reminded me about the breakfast time change (now 7:00 to 10:00) – as someone who loves to sleep in, I really appreciate that! Truly excellent service. **Cleanliness:** The room was spotless, with no hidden corners. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was tidy, making for a worry-free stay. Although the room was small, it felt very cozy for a solo traveler. They say a small room can bring good fortune – definitely a Beijing thing! **Environment:** The decor was elegant and stylish, with full amenities and great soundproofing, leading to super high-quality sleep. Oh, and I have to mention the blinds are adjustable, and there's an additional blackout curtain, so I slept incredibly soundly.

Before my trip, I was a bit worried the hotel might be old, but when I checked in, I found it had been newly renovated. The room wasn't huge, but it even had a bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location is excellent; we walked to all the nearby attractions, and there were plenty of dining options close by, making it very convenient for meals.

This hotel was a very comfortable stay. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle service, and the driver was helpful with loading our luggage into the car, which was very convenient. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and seeing that we had a child with us, they kindly upgraded our room for free. The beds in the upgraded room could be pushed together, which was great. They also proactively asked for my flight time to recommend the best shuttle departure. The room itself was clean, and the bed was very comfortable! When I first booked, I was overwhelmed by all the reviews, but I finally settled on the Radisson. Upon arrival, I found several branded hotels clustered together – you step out of one and see B, C, D, E, F... Due to it being Chinese New Year, parking was incredibly difficult. I circled both the above-ground and underground parking lots twice and couldn't find a single spot. In the end, I had to park in front of the hotel next door. When checking in, the front desk informed me that several hotels share the parking lot, and providing your license plate number grants free parking. The room was decent, with a semi-open bedroom and bathroom layout and a wet/dry separation. Clothes washed dried completely by the next day, which was great. Outside the window was the main building of PKX, and the night view 🌃 was quite stunning. Soundproofing was acceptable. Being so close to the airport (literally just a turn away), some airplane noise during takeoff is unavoidable, but there aren't many flights at night, so it wasn't a big issue. Breakfast selection was actually okay, but the quality was mediocre. When I went down to eat after 9 AM, there were no more refills, and not much left to eat. The dishes weren't being heated either; most were cold. The drinks were too watered down 😣😣. However, the breakfast staff were very enthusiastic and accommodating.

I originally booked for one night, but due to unfinished business, I extended my stay by four more days, which allowed me to further experience the features of Kempinski. Facilities: Very comprehensive, especially having two gyms! The gym on the 18th floor is relatively 'basic'; the one in the basement has two levels. B-1 has treadmills and light equipment like pull-up bars, while B-2 has a full range of barbells and dumbbells, and surprisingly, even two squash courts. What's even more delightful is that there's an indoor golf practice area where you can simulate playing a full round. The weekday charge is 150 yuan per hour, which includes free club rental (both men's and women's sets are available). I just didn't like the men's Dunlop carbon fiber set, so I didn't play. If you're in Beijing for golf and bring your own clubs, it's definitely worth a try. The swimming pool on the 18th floor is quite short; you reach the end in just a few strokes. However, it's still good for relaxation. Both gyms have saunas and Turkish baths. The breakfast buffet is very rich, with smoked salmon 🍣, plain yogurt, five types of honey, and four or five kinds of cheese – excellent value for money. Also, soft drinks in the Mini-Bar are complimentary... The room has amenities like bathrobes and an umbrella. Hygene: No need to worry; it's impeccable. Environment: Although Yansha Shopping Mall isn't as vibrant as it used to be, it's very convenient to enjoy the various dining options in the Liangma River business district. Service: Very attentive. Two deliveries (express and errand runner services) were brought directly to my room by the concierge.

Location & Transportation: Excellent. Within a ten-minute walk, you can reach Wangfujing Street. The hotel is also within a ten-minute walk to the subway station (it's located between China Art Museum and Jinyu Hutong stations on Subway Line 8). There are several 'must-try' restaurants from the 'Must-Eat List' nearby, though the queues can be crazy. Dining: I had both breakfast and dinner. The variety isn't huge, but several dishes were very tasty. For breakfast, my personal favorites were the pan-fried buns and roujiamo (Chinese meat burger). I also had a bowl of noodles every day (with many different toppings). The stir-fried dishes changed almost daily and were freshly made and delicious. Service: Very generous, warm, and proactive. Room Facilities: We had a twin room. The beds couldn't be pushed together, but thankfully, they were 1.4 meters wide, which was quite spacious.
