Hotéis Beach em Krabi Province, Thailand

The hotel room was quite disappointing overall. I only chose it because of its great location near public transport and food spots, but the stay itself wasn’t enjoyable. The room had poor soundproofing—I could clearly hear noises from the hallway and outside, which made it difficult to sleep. The toilet was extremely small and cramped, with no proper separation between the shower and toilet, causing water to splash everywhere. The bed and pillows were just average, the air-conditioning was noisy, and the room felt old and not well maintained. The Wi-Fi was weak, and amenities were very basic. Staff service was just so-so—not rude, but not particularly helpful or friendly either. Overall, not worth the price unless you're only after the location.

The location is a bit far from Ao Nang Beach, but there's a shuttle service. The environment is quiet and pleasant. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, so it's not great. The swimming pool is large and the water is quite clean; I really enjoyed swimming there. One of the female staff at the front desk was extremely nice. For our three-night stay, on the last night, there was a buzzing sound coming from somewhere in the room every few minutes for a few minutes at a time. I couldn't sleep all night and still don't know where the sound came from.

We stayed at this hotel for 4nights. The hotel overall is very basic. Not much of a pool area and the pictures are deceiving to how small the pool area is. The breakfast is not great but edible. Possibly could find better outside for less cost. The rooms are spacious but could do with some TLC. However, the hotel is in a great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. The staff were also very friendly and willing to help with anything you needed. If you are not bothered about staying on a big complex and just want something clean and location to everything I would recommend this hotel.

Getting to and from the hotel from the speedboat pier with luggage is only possible by local longtail boat (you'll need to find one yourself). Upon arrival at Tonsai Beach, hotel representatives will meet you. The hotel itself is practically in a forest, so expect mosquitoes, wasps, and other wildlife. Monkeys, possibly a rare breed with white rings around their eyes like pandas, also live in this forest and can be observed every morning. The hotel has two decent swimming pools. The beach is a 5-minute walk through the neighboring hotel's property. Tonsai Bay is surrounded by picturesque cliffs on all sides. There are several local restaurants near the hotel. You can also walk (or take a longtail boat for 100 baht per person) to Railay Beach via a path through the cliffs along the sea (about 15-20 minutes, even with a child). On Railay's walking street, you'll find cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes. There's another trail through the forest to Railay, but it's longer and has more mosquitoes. The best beach in the area is Phra Nang, about a 30-minute walk from the hotel through Railay.

Location kinda a convenient to ao nang street. Using grab around 100-200THB per trip or choose to walk for 30-45minutes. Cleanliness average. There’s smell from he drainage from the toilet. Amenities quite bad. We book first room, no hot water and the phone line was cut. Not able to contact to reception. After complaint they change me to another room, found that no tooth brush, and no housekeeping to clean my room day time, even I remind them to clean in the morning. Toilet light fused as well in the second room.

I had a great experience with the (infinity Aonang ) the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked a spacious room which was beautiful, clean, comfortable. close to aonang beach just 7 mints away by car, and they have shuttle service to drop you to aonang beach every two hours it's really nice. the breakfast menu was very good and delicious. definitely i will come and stay here.

The hotel staffs are so friendly, kind n helpful. We got most of our help , service n advice from them. English n French spoken hotel staff, no language barrier. Hotel location is just a 100m walking distance to ao nang night market, across the road is the beach, can see sunset by the beach. Pool is great. Bfaz is beyond expectation. Good recommended. 👍🏻

An Oasis of calm and beauty. Amazing place in otherwise so busy AoNang.While a little away from the strip, the free shuttle service makes it easy to access shops and restaurants. All staff members were lovely and helpful with information, trip booking and transport. And then there was the fantastic pool, surrounded by lush greenery.

Slightly disappointing. Reception is welcoming and especially the staff that helps carry bags are very polite and hardworking, there was no issues with staff except on check out we requested for some help with our luggage but noone came (it's a long walk to the reception from cottages). The breakfast was disappointing, even the rice isn't cooked properly daily, it's hard and uncooked and this happened on all three days. Restaurant is overpriced so we haven't even visited it. The hotel should really consider reducing the prices as many similar type restaurants are nearby with normal prices. Room is nice and it was quiet since we were the last cottage in a row, however if you get loud neighbours or next to the pool it wont be so quiet. Overall it was okay.

The hostel is well located and bed is super comfortable. I hadn’t had this good night of sleep for a while. The showers were also very clean. The only thing I can point out as a better service was that they out me on the 3rd floor and my bag was super heavy (I’ve been travelling for a while) and they didn’t offer to help me with luggage up the 3 floors which was extremely challenging carrying 26kg with me
