I am very pleased with the service given by the receptionist. They are welcoming and very friendly. They had been going an extra mile for my birthday during the stay and it made my day. 🥰 Thank you so much again for the hospitality and for the upgrade. The room is spacious and have all the basic amenities. The only thing that I think the hotel can improve is adding more variation to their channels on the TV and all the lift need to be available during peak season since it is a hassle to wait for the lift and missed out a few times just because of the lift is full. However I would definitely stay here again the next time I go to Penang for all the other reasons ☺️

everything is ok.. the breakfast food is delicious while eating you can see the sea.. the view is beautiful.. the location is good.. the beach is close to the hotel.. only the cleanliness is a little lacking in the room.. the bed sheet is dirty but a little.. the worst thing is the smell of the pillow is a bit less pleasant.. hope the hotel can make improvements

Este hotel foi, sem dúvida, o mais confortável de toda a viagem. Em primeiro lugar, o conforto geral do quarto é excelente, a roupa de cama é macia, a disposição é sensata e é muito relaxante estar no quarto, sem qualquer sensação de opressão. O que mais me agradou foi o excelente isolamento acústico; ao fechar a porta, tudo fica muito tranquilo. Seja para descansar à noite ou para uma sesta durante o dia, consegui dormir profundamente, o que é ótimo para quem tem sono leve. A vista também é fantástica, com o mar visível da cama. As vistas do mar ao amanhecer e ao anoitecer são especialmente terapêuticas, e observar o mar melhora o humor. O pequeno-almoço também é de alta qualidade, com uma grande variedade e sabores deliciosos, e os ingredientes são frescos, o que me deixou muito satisfeito e pronto para começar o dia de bom humor. No geral, é um local tranquilo e confortável, com uma vista para o mar que é um bónus, e um pequeno-almoço bem pensado. Recomendo vivamente, seja para umas férias relaxantes ou para um bom descanso. Não queria ir embora depois de ficar aqui, a relação custo-benefício e a experiência foram excelentes.

Great hospitality and service throughout my stay in Penang Amari Spice Hotel. Upon arrival, the reception team kindly upgraded me to a Premier King room without any request, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant scent—everything was excellent. I would like to express my utmost appreciation to the midnight team on 21/03/2026. During our stay, my friend suddenly fell seriously ill during midnight . We attempted to call emergency services (999), but unfortunately were unable to get through to the nearby general hospital immediately. The situation was critical, and waiting another 10–20 minutes could have put my friend’s life at risk. Thankfully, the Penang Amari hotel team acted swiftly and professionally. They followed up with us, and the female manager along with the guy management team arrived promptly to assess the situation. They provided immediate support and helped arrange transportation to the nearest hospital, ensuring we arrived within 10 minutes. Thanks to their quick response and care, my friend’s life was saved. And even after check out they still texting us to concern on the guest safety. We are deeply grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and dedication during such a critical moment. The rooms are huge and super comfortable! They can accommodate up to 12 adults! The main thing is that the rooms are very clean! That's what really deserves praise! My biggest fear is staying in a dirty Airbnb.

A casa de banho e a cama eram geralmente confortáveis, e a limpeza geral era aceitável, mas o design do chuveiro permitiu que a água fluisse facilmente e inundasse o piso do banheiro.O balcão também não era agradável devido às frequentes coroas e pigeões. A privacidade era uma preocupação, pois o balcão vizinho estava diretamente ao nosso lado, permitindo que outros olhem para a sala. Uma questão que me preocupava era ver um empregado de Casa a esfregar UMA roupa suja e lavar a água para fora. Não tomei fotos ou vídeos porque não Queria causar problemas para o pessoal, MAS acredito que a gestão de hotéis deve manter normas de supervisão e higiene mais rigorosas. A caminhada para a praia através do Café de Miami era suja e tinha muitas mosquitas, e a própria praia estava tranquila com poucos visitantes.Na minha opinião, não é um destino atraente para a praia. No lado positivo, o pequeno-almoço foi muito bom com uma grande variedade de opções, conforme o padrão esperado dos hotéis Hilton.

Overall is nice and new hotel, I love the hidden gem beach. just a little bit noisy from outside, i can heard the motor sound at night,soundproof need to be ungrade and the spoon in the room got a stain, quite disgusting.
