Hôtel top le service top la nourriture top le personnel animatrice a revoir aucun respect envers les clients de l’hôtel !!! Tenu des clients de l’hôtel très dénudé très décontracté pas habillé très choquant !!! dans le hall de l’entrée de hôtel et dans le restaurant buffet faudrais revoir la tenu vestimentaire de certains clientes (femme) faut respect les gens très vulgaire voir à moitié nu pour un très belle hôtel sa gâche l’image de cet hotel comportement déplacé de certaines clientes et animatrice drague les clients une honte pour un si belle établissement !!! À voir en urgence les chrambre sont parfait femme de chambre au top établissement très propre malgré le reste merci au personnel de service et la respections le reste a revoir en urgence manque de respect merci au responsable et au directeur de revoir certain détaille merci pour votre accueil.
Nós passámos uma estadia muito boa no hotel, tudo correu bem. Eu ’ tive que cancelar a minha estadia ver os comentários mas eu não o fiz e eu ’ estou feliz. É verdade que o hotel não é um hotel de luxo, mas nível qualidade preço nada a dizer. As crianças puderam desfrutar da piscina coberta e aquecida e a comida era muito boa.

After asking Aziz in reception regarding room service he explained it was on the tv with the menu and how to order. When I arrived into my room I finished some emails and went to the tv to look at the menu and the screen said that room dining finishes at 11 or 11.30
The hotel is very far out of town 20mins so I had to sleep hungry
I spoke to aziz in the morning, and he said the tv was room didn’t really care about the matter and said it will change
Same situation my next night finished work late came back to my room and call room dining, No one answered, called again a main half asleep didn’t know what the have on the menu, he said someone will call me, someone called after 30mins when I was ready to sleep.
Again I went to sleep hungry
When I spoke to aziz in the morning he was too busy to care again. And once again a professional establishment needs to have staff that have attention to detail when it comes to the care of the guest especially people who are investing in Tunisia like the establishment that hires him.

Um. Grande problema no nível da ar condicionado, nossa chegada, nossa sala, teria-se dito a isso, estamos em pleno mês de Julho sob canicule. O hotel não é fresco de todo. Volto ao pré do serviço de recepção. Quem me diz que ele vai fazer o melhor que puder, eles tentaram enviar pessoas para a manutenção isso não mudou nada. L’hotel à une fille, installation de climatisation. É um sistema de VMC onde eles colocam gelo para distribuir a frescura ao nível dos tubos de VMC. Não é normal que em 2025, temos o seu tipo de ar condicionado num hotel chamado de cinco estrelas, aqui é o grande ponto negro a resolver muito rapidamente. Caso contrário, o resto é muito pessoal e muito profissional. Muito acolhedor. Todos falam com sorriso, o buffet é muito bom. Este’ era um hotel respeitado a não visitar na temporada de verão com o calor que faz que nós vamos certamente voltar, mas não em verão inteiro. Espero que a direcção para encontrar uma solução para o futuro para resolver seus problemas de ar condicionado e pagar 635 € por duas noites e não ter uma sala fresca sob canícula, não é normal que façamos uma viagem de Lola Tunísia que mal começou é decepcionado. Em qualquer caso, eu agradeço ao pessoal do hotel por seu profissionalismo e acolhimento

Tudo no quarto era bom, mas o telefone da recepção estava sempre desligado e só tinha gravações. Liguei o dia todo, mas ninguém atendeu. Não consegui encontrar o lugar e não pude contar com eles. Às 5h, pedi para imprimirem dois documentos, mas disseram que estavam de folga e não podiam me ligar. Me disseram para ligar às 9h da manhã seguinte, mas mesmo assim não me ligaram.
Em Monastir (na área de Medina), Dar Benti fica a apenas 5 minutos de caminhada de Museu de Artes e Tradições Populares de Monastir e de Mercado Central de Monastir. Este hotel fica a 0,3 km de Mesquita Bourguiba e a 0,6 km de Palácio da Ciência.

GGuest UserGreat and wonderful service and kind hosts. Helpful. Provided a Nice breakfast and welcome arrival with bread and cheese and yogurt. Even dessert and warm and gracious dates and coffee on exit. So kind. The place is very suitable for the price. A great fl offership right around the corner. And the famous Ruind are a five minute walk down the road. Pillow and bed were comfortable. Hot water that’s actually hot. And wifi that actually has good speed. Yay! I would certainly automatically stay again. All They must do is find me a teaching job in town. Ha. Truly. It’s a good choice if you stay here.

GGuest UserWe had a very good stay at the hotel, everything went well. I almost canceled my stay when I saw the comments but I didn't and I'm happy about it. It is true that the hotel is not a luxury hotel but nothing to complain about in terms of quality and price. The children were able to enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool and the food was very good.
ZZAYATIUn. Gros problème au niveau de la climatisation, notre arrivée, notre chambre, on aurait dit à cela, on est en plein mois de juillet sous canicule. L’hôtel n’est pas frais du tout. Je me retourne au pré du service de réception. Qui me dit qu’il feront de leur mieux, ils ont essayé d’envoyer des personnes pour l’entretien ça n’a rien changé. L’hôtel à une fille, installation de climatisation. C’est un système de VMC où ils mettent de la glace pour étaler la fraîcheur au niveau des conduits de VMC. Ce n’est pas normal qu’en 2025, on a son type de climatisation dans un hôtel soi-disant cinq étoiles voilà le gros point noir à régler très vite. Sinon le reste est très bien personnel et très professionnel. Très accueillant. Tout nous parle avec sourire, le buffet est très bien. C’était un hôtel respectable à ne pas visiter en saison estivale avec la chaleur qui fait nous reviendrons certainement, mais pas en plein été. J’espère que la direction pour trouver une solution à l’avenir pour régler leurs problèmes de climatisation et payer 635 € pour deux nuits et ne pas avoir une chambre fraîche sous canicule, ce n’est pas normal nous faisons un voyage de Lola Tunisie qui a mal commencé on est déçu. En tout cas je vous remercie le personnel de l’hôtel pour leur professionnalisme et leur accueil
