Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the exceptionally helpful staff. They were knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. The cleanliness was outstanding, which I really appreciated. They also have a swimming pool, which I enjoyed using. The water was incredibly clean, and it seemed like they cleaned it constantly after each use. The pool area itself was well-maintained and beautiful. I genuinely recommend this place; it's absolutely fantastic. I would definitely come back and book a stay here again if I have the opportunity. Highly, highly recommended!

Excellent stay overall. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, great value for money. The room was larger than expected, with modern facilities and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The only thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to rent a scooter or grab a taxi to move around easily, as most attractions are a bit spread out. However, the location is still quite convenient. It’s close to Central Phuket Mall and only a short ride from many good restaurants. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for comfort and good value in Phuket.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. Hygiene and overall presentation are excellent. However, I wouldn’t consider this a true five-star hotel — it feels more like a solid four-star. The view from the room was disappointing, as it doesn’t overlook the street or any scenery, which was a real letdown. Also, some basic amenities were missing, such as a shaving kit and toothbrush. Another thing that bothered me was the towel policy – there are only two towels in the room, and to get new ones, you first have to return the used ones.

The room is spacious, divided into sections, and fully equipped with amenities. I like the view looking out from the balcony, seeing the panoramic sea, it's very beautiful. Nice hotel with friendly service. The pool was quite large with great views over Surin and Bang Tao beaches! The bar by the pool was closed in the evening, which was a shame, but it was off season. Coffee in the restaurant was good!

One of the best hotels ever had, so beautiful, once entered the hotel, we felt like in another world, pool, room, gym, game area, restaurant, perfect mix of Thai and Arabic style. We stayed in the Oasis room, there is a nice garden, in the evening, the way to the room is with the besutiful light, it’s embaded in the way. The pool in the day time and evening time is just wonderful! We stayed everyday in the hotel, because it’s so beautiful. The Location is also good, walking distance to all the locations and beach. They have shuttle bus to the beach, very convinient.

The Pamookkoo resort was an absolute pleasure to stay at! The 3 waterslides and massive pool is a great addition to this resort, and the restaurant served great food with lots of options to choose from. The breakfast buffet was absolutely massive with lots of choice! The staff were friendly and helpful! The gym was a great size with lots of equipment! And our room was so luxurious with a great sized bed and walk-in shower! The balcony was also a great addition to the room, plus the AC and hot water was great! The resort is in such a good location- in walking distance to countless bars and restaurants and also the night market. The beach is also a very short drive away. Overall our stay at Pamookoo resort was amazing and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Hotel with great service and location! I really love older hotels of this type, and this one did not disappoint. The room was a bit lived-in, but the high-quality furniture and fixtures maintained its charm and did not detract from the overall feel. The service was excellent, and the room was very clean with everything I needed. The air conditioning worked well and didn’t have any unpleasant odors. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. There was even a bathtub, though I didn’t use it. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. The location is good — very close to the beach, with shops and cafes nearby. Right outside the hotel, there’s a currency exchange offering excellent rates. The pool is also very pleasant. For me, there were two minor downsides: there were a lot of ants (they didn’t bite, but even leaving a cup with sugar for a few minutes attracted them), and the bed linen was synthetic; cotton would feel much nicer, especially in the humid climate. Overall, I had a wonderful stay of 5 days and absolutely do not regret it. Many thanks to the staff for making my stay so pleasant!

This hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, yet it remains pleasantly quiet, which made my stay very comfortable. The greatest strength of the property is its staff — always attentive, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. While the furniture and fittings are slightly dated, the overall cleanliness was excellent, which I value the most. The hotel offers a spacious swimming pool, delicious breakfast options, and convenient room service. I ordered food to my room, and they even included a complimentary dish, which was a lovely gesture. Additional services such as excursions, taxi bookings, and an on-site currency exchange machine make the stay even more convenient. I also visited the spa, which provided a very positive and relaxing experience. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel with excellent service.

A great hotel for the price! The location is fantastic! It's practically on the beach. If you rent a lounge chair across from the hotel, you'll get Wi-Fi. Upon check-in, we were given the same room 308 (314) (terrible). We asked to be moved, but the sweet lady at reception resolved the issue in 15 minutes. We were moved to room 220. The second floor is the best. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! Overall, the hotel isn't exactly new; the bathroom is dripping from the ceiling, and the plumbing is a bit worn, but the location and view make up for it. There are cafes nearby, and a 7/11 is a 5-minute walk away. Overall, I recommend this hotel. If I'm ever in Coron again, I'll definitely stay here! ❤️
