This hotel boasts a superb location, close to public transport and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room size is on the smaller side with a compact layout, but it's very clean and the facilities are complete and perfectly adequate. The front desk service was attentive, and check-in was quick. For the high prices in Tromsø, it's a hassle-free and comfortable option, definitely worth recommending.

Simple cozy place nearby the area of Sommarøy, with a nearby convenience store for any replenishments! My wife and I went via car, so we cannot advise on the way to get there via bus. Parking is free, right outside the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and there was a good spread, with the restaurant serving dinner. Our time was short, we didn't manage to try the sauna facilities. We would have loved to stay a couple more nights!

Através de um rato de visão completa, o hotel está limpo. Estamos a ficar por 5 noites. O pequeno-almoço diário é bom... o pessoal e a recepção são amigáveis, corteses e úteis.... Belo panorama em torno dos resorts... & nós temos sorte , 2 da noite assistimos auroras luzes norte diretamente do nosso balcão resort... maravilhoso com as belas estrelas.... mas, mais importante, para ficar aqui você tem que conduzir...

Quality Hotel Harstad is a very nice and modern hotel with a great location and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed – perfect for a short or long stay. However, a couple of small things could be improved: there was no fridge in the room, which would have been useful, and the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit faster and more stable, especially for work or streaming. Aside from that, everything was great – a pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely recommend it!

Não li meu e-mail. Eles enviaram um e-mail depois das 20h nos informando os detalhes da nossa chave, pois faríamos o check-in às 23h15. Tudo é tão bom, retirada das chaves, dirija até o quarto e estacione ao lado da nossa cabana. Você pode ver as estrelas da janela do teto do quarto. Há uma varanda com mesa e cadeiras, vista para as montanhas nevadas, muito bonito. Saímos de carro à noite, a 20 minutos da cabana, e encontramos nossa primeira aurora boreal à 1h20 da manhã, super animados!!! Este chalé é fantástico, voltaremos a ficar se voltarmos a Tromso.

We were notified that the elevator was out of order in the first day of check in, it was terrible to carry luggage up to the 4th floor. We spent three nights there, unfortunately, the elevator was not repaired on the day we check out. But the staff is friendly and the the cookies provided at the snack bar is good!!

L’hôtel est très propre, il est bien situé, à proximité de jolis fjord et randonnées. Le personnel est très accueillant et donne d’excellents conseils pour les spots d’aurores boréales et les chemins de randonnée à prendre. Il est possible de louer des raquettes et des bâtons pour 300 NOK la journée. Il y a du thé, du café et du porridge à libre disposition. Il y a également un parking gratuit, un Joker pour faire ces courses et un pub à quelques mètres. La communication via le tchat trip est bonne, les réponses sont rapides. Le seul bémol, c’est que j’avais réserver cette établissement des mois en avance, principalement pour son restaurant, car les autres établissement aux alentours ne disposait pas de cuisine partagée. Cependant le restaurant était fermé pour maintenance, je n’avais donc quasiment rien pour me dépanner, car le joker etait déjà fermé quand nous sommes arrivés. J’ai donc du faire des pâtes instantanées avec la bouilloire dans le couloir. J’aurais pensé à des prix plus bas sur les réservations en raison de la maintenance du restaurant, c’est dommage. Je recommande quoi qu’il arrive cet établissement.

The atmosphere was lively and very festive. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive and the stay felt very luxurious. The room was also clean and spacious, although the positioning of the hanging lamps was a bit awkward and I sometimes found my shoulder hitting one when getting into and out of bed. The shower was also very large and decent water pressure and temperature control. The breakfast was amazing! Many options and very delicious! The view from the room was spectacular and the staff accommodated my request for a higher room. The only downsides were the laundry service is incredibly expensive, which was shocking as the hotel I had started in prior to this one did it for free. Also, room cleaning did not come to room one day and I had to make two requests to the front desk to get a fresh towel. It took quite a long time, but eventually did get me a new towel in the evening. The staff apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Overall, the stay was amazing. とてもにぎやかで、お祭りのような雰囲気でした。スタッフの対応は非常に丁寧で行き届いており、滞在全体がとてもラグジュアリーに感じられました。客室も清潔で広々としていましたが、吊り下げ式の照明の位置が少し微妙で、ベッドに出入りする際に肩が当たってしまうことが何度かありました。 シャワーもとても広く、水圧や温度調整もしっかりしていて快適でした。 朝食は素晴らしかったです。種類が豊富で、どれもとても美味しかったです。 客室からの眺めも圧巻で、高層階の部屋を希望したところ、その要望にも快く対応していただけました。 唯一のマイナス点は、ランドリーサービスが非常に高額だったことです。直前に宿泊していたホテルでは無料だったため、正直かなり驚きました。また、ある日は客室清掃が入らず、新しいタオルをもらうためにフロントに2回お願いする必要がありました。少し時間はかかりましたが、最終的には夕方に新しいタオルを届けてもらえました。その際、スタッフの方からは大変丁寧にお詫びがありました。 総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。

O hotel oferece uma vista privilegiada da pista do aeroporto. Os quartos são minimalistas, com apenas cama, TV e banheiro; não há frigobar nem chaleira. No entanto, a vista da área comum do 11º andar é fantástica, e foi por isso que reservamos o hotel. Naquela noite, vimos a aurora boreal da varanda.
