Very nice hotel in peaceful neighborhood in Kintex area. Walkable distance to subway Kintex station. Spacious room with full amenities and two bottles of water refilled everyday. Good water and good air con. Variety of breakfast but the menus for everyday.

Este hotel é um hotel muito bom! É limpo, espaçoso, confortável, de alta qualidade e não muito longe de áreas como Gangnam e Lotte World. Além disso, a estação de metro está perto.
A área onde o hotel está, há muitos restaurantes e boa infra-estrutura.
Vou reservar novamente!

In room dining menu is limited There is Hyundai department store with good food court near you can have a bus just in front of the hotel. Hotel service is good staffs are friendly. Surrounding is clean and quiet. Best for families

3인 가족이 주말에 1박 머물렀습니다.
호텔은 북한강 뷰가 정말 아름답고, 주변이 조용해서 힐링하기에 좋았습니다.
객실은 넓고 청결하며, 침구도 포근해서 가족 모두 편안하게 쉴 수 있었어요.
조식도 깔끔하게 준비되어 있었고, 직원분들도 친절하셨어요.
특히 자연 속에서 여유롭게 산책하거나 강을 바라보며 쉬기에 최고였습니다.
전반적으로 가족 단위 여행객에게 추천하고 싶은 호텔입니다.
다음에 가평 여행 계획이 있다면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다!

É um pouco velho. Fui em uma viagem de negócios e fui para Guangming no fim de semana. O café da manhã era pago separadamente, 14.000. Era relativamente simples e não tinha características especiais. O restaurante era relativamente sofisticado e ocasionalmente havia artistas tocando piano. O ar condicionado da academia estava muito frio, então escolhi um grande quarto de canto com vista direta para a estrada e para a IKEA. É muito aberto, com muita comida no andar de baixo e uma padaria, e não fica longe da estação de metrô a pé. Só tome cuidado ao viajar de carro, pois há relativamente poucos veículos.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and it seems that a couple of things have slipped since last year when we last visited. Firstly, the bathroom has a very strong smell of mold - which gets worse after you shower. I couldn’t see mold visible, but I suspect it is coming from the drainage. The smell is strong enough for a non sensitive person to notice it. There is also a strange smell in elevators, but I suspect it is related to people using the elevator to go to and from the pool. The breakfast seems to have gotten worse in terms of offerings from last year, but the staff are pleasant and helpful. The pool is great and well managed.

Love aesthetic vibes of hotel. So many restaurants around. Can do free laundry at hotel. Want to get more options for breakfasts including types of ramen. Feeling satisfied during the stay.

예예진여행Pros: Located right at Exit 3 of KINTEX Station, making it super convenient for visiting Hyundai Motorstudio Goyang, the waterpark, and Aqua Planet Ilsan.
The location is fantastic, surrounded by large commercial complexes and residential areas. Convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and medium-sized supermarkets are all very close by!
The hotel is divided into an East Wing and a West Wing; I stayed in the East Wing this time.
The service attitude was excellent, and the front desk was very responsive. However...
It seems to fall short of a five-star hotel standard. I stayed with my child, and although the hotel's description welcomes children, there were absolutely no amenities for kids – no children's slippers, bathrobes, or even toothbrushes and toothpaste! Compared to many five-star hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo, the attention to detail here is lacking.
There's a French pastry shop on the first floor, which closes at 6 PM.
On the third floor, there's a gym and a sauna…
The room view was decent, and the night view was also beautiful. The TV had YouTube, which kept my child entertained. There's no bathtub, but the shower had excellent water pressure – very comfortable!
However, there's a strange feeling of stinginess – just one comb, one shower cap, a small box with cotton swabs, and a tiny bar of soap. That's it.
Japanese five-star hotels are usually so generous with amenities; I don't want to compare, but it's hard not to ㅠㅠ.
The desk and wardrobe in the room both had some damage and chipped paint.
I actually had to switch from the first bathrobe to the second after showering because the first one was so old and thin; the second one was new and in good condition. It really highlights the difference when you compare them.
If there were other five-star hotels nearby, I'd probably choose a different one next time. My overall stay felt more like a three-star experience, falling short of a five-star standard.

VVivi SoegyantoI had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Suwon. My daughter and I received a warm and attentive service—special thanks to Manager Owen, who kindly assisted with my early check-in. After a long journey, this thoughtful gesture made a big difference and set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The hotel’s location is another strong point. Situated by the lake, it offers a scenic atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing walks or simply unwinding with a view. At the same time, it’s conveniently linked to a mall, making dining, shopping, and daily necessities easily accessible without having to travel far.

LLiew Swet LiI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, there was a lovely scent that instantly lifted my mood. My flight arrived late at Incheon Airport, so I only reached the hotel quite late at night, but the staff were still available and helpful with the check-in process, which I really appreciated

The location is also very convenient, with IKEA, Lotte Mall, convenience stores, and plenty of restaurants nearby. There are also many bus stops around, making it easy to get around. The room itself was clean and comfortable, meeting my expectations.
The only downside is that the hotel is quite far from Seoul city center, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. Overall, it was still a good and comfortable stay.

AABYIUGreat location. One of the better gyms I’ve seen in a hotel. Not much service for me to comment on but they were prompt when requesting for water and towels via the app.
One odd encounter was to get a letter or msg that they need to charge my card due to high bill. The amount was less than US$400 🤔. We were staying here for 15 days and already prepaid the rooms.

GGuest UserI was here for only one night, but enjoyed the stay very much! I had a good rest. There was someone who spoke English, and the service was very good. I loved being able to see a few more episodes of 'Foundation' there. The location is not so good for someone relying on bus services. If you have a car, though, the location is great. The room was also nice and big enough, with good towels and all the amenities. I recommend this hotel to people with cars, who are by far the majority of travelers.

매매일 밤 네게 날아가This was my first trip to Suwon to cheer on a soccer away game. I don't have any photos of the accommodation, but the room was clean and the staff at the counter were friendly, so I had a good stay. However, the parking lot is not large, so some people may feel uncomfortable because they share the parking lot of a hospital near the hotel. Overall, I am satisfied~

Cons: 4 stars, for there is no elevator here. :’) If you’re traveling with large suitcases, be ready for some heavy lifting. 💪🏻 The room is a bit cramped. Also, you might want to bring your own toiletries or ask the front desk directly for refills, as they weren't topped up during my visit. :’)
