The location is very good. There are many good restaurants and supermarkets within a few hundred meters. I especially recommend the Steakhouse across the road. It is recommended not to stay on the side of the road because it is very noisy. The other side has a nice golf course view and is quiet.

I booked this trip for a friend. The location is fairly easy to find, overall it is more affordable, and it is considered to be cheap. The location is easy to find and the service attitude is good.

When I got to the room, it was clearly not cleaned. I was immediately changed to a different room, but perhaps the cleaning staff and the front desk did not work well together. I understand that there are times when the hotel is quiet, but the front desk staff and parking attendants were sitting on the sofas in the lobby, busy playing with their smartphones and chatting. I felt relieved that the rooms were card-keyed instead of cylinder-keyed, but I was a little worried that the rooms were structured so that the floors were accessed by stairs. The front desk staff did not seem to be keeping an eye on people entering and leaving in particular. This was my first visit to Mexico, and I have never stayed in other hotels, so I cannot say for sure, but for some reason there was a window facing the hallway. Of course, there were blackout curtains, so the inside of the room could not be seen from the hallway, but it was a little bothersome. Maybe it was so that in the event of an emergency inside the room, the window could be broken to enter? The room was clean and spacious for the price. Another plus point was that there were two bottles of water. The bed was quite soft, so some people may hurt their backs. The floors are all smooth stone, so it feels clean. However, be sure to wipe the soles of your feet after a shower. I almost slipped and fell (lol). Maybe the room I was given was the wrong one, but it was a room facing the inside of the building, so there was no view from the window. The location is very convenient, about one and a half blocks into a side street from Revolución Avenue. At night, all the side streets are darker and there are fewer people than Revolución Avenue, but I think the street lights in front of this hotel are brighter than other side streets. There is a 24-hour drugstore at the intersection one block from Revolución Avenue, and there were no homeless people sleeping on the street, so as long as you pay attention to other people's movements, you should have no problems in terms of security. Overall, the stay itself was comfortable, but it felt loose in places, or the low quality was noticeable, so if they could improve that, I would feel comfortable staying here.

The reception service is good, but the facilities are old you walk into the lobby so to speak and it smells musty and dirty, the room is not as good as you imagine for the price the moldy shower keys, the walls a bit dirty scratched and apart I wanted to put hot air and it did not go out call the reception and they told me that it was not active also that the parking is not always the security ones and one has to get off to remove the cone or the chain is applied either to enter or come out the truth I do not recommend that you stay there I will not step on that hotel unless it is already remodeled the city express is much better

The room is well-equipped, and there is a light fragrance as soon as you enter the door. The front desk service attitude is very good. Today we had an early morning flight, and we took an Uber and waited for a long time, but the car didn't come. Because it was too early, the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us ask his colleagues to take us to the airport for free. I am very grateful. During the day, the hotel provides free airport transportation. It made guests feel at home! Good reviews

After an extensive, comprehensive evaluation of the hotel, here is my all-embracing review. Nestling off the bustling main artery, the hotel presents an intriguing blend of tranquility and proximity - a feasible oasis in the city that never sleeps. Whisked away from the vying sounds and frenzied pace of the city, I was quite stirred by the subtle charm the location exuded. However, the first impression that the undersized lobby casts is reasonably disappointing. A scanty, compact 300 square feet area, serves as the reception to this behemoth of 30 plus rooms. The minute scale of the lobby conveys a sense of congestion and leaves you yearning for a breath of spaciousness. This confined area undoubtedly generates an air of claustrophobic discomfort. It's a flimsy prelude to the expanse that a 30-bedroom hotel should authentically represent. A walk through the confined corridors leads you to the rooms which, regrettably, also echo the narrative of limitation. As you move deeper into the quarters, the crimped dimensions unfold rather starkly. One can't help but consider the bathrooms as a mere afterthought. Suited to the needs of a minimalist, their size threatens to confine rather than accommodate. With showers that barely offer free movement, it's a restroom experience that is far from luxurious. Furthermore, the room size itself epitomizes compact living. The accommodations, restricted in their realm, leave scant room for sprawling comfort. However, it's worth mentioning that for lone travelers or those with a penchant for coziness, the small room size can be a unique allure. On a brighter note, this diamond in the rough does hold a surprising facet at its zenith. The roof of the hotel unfolds a panoramic view of the urban tapestry. Eyes meeting the skyline, skyscrapers standing tall like guard posts, and the city lights dancing to the beats of a never-ending nightlife, endow an unforgettable experience. Therefore, despite the hotel's petite dimensions and limited amenities, this aspect proves to be an intriguing silver lining. Thus, to encapsulate, the hotel encapsulates an interesting dichotomy - of limited space and extensive views. It's an experience that tests your penchant for comfort against your desire to be close to the city's arterial pulse. Undoubtedly, this hotel might not be the epitome of luxury, yet it offers elements that appeal to certain tastes while enhancing one's city stay with invaluable city vistas.

There are bar streets nearby, and the environment is relatively noisy. Local friends said that this area belongs to a safe area, so you can stay at ease. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast is OK, quite rich

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay with a few minor exceptions. Unfortunately the TV in our room didn’t work eventhough it was connected to wifi. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to use our personal phones. The shower head is a rainfall type, but the water sprayed out in all directions instead of straight down which made it a little tricky to shower. The rooms have a system in which the room key is required to have electricity in the whole room. If you take it off, everything turns off. That means you can’t leave things charging unless you get a second key? We also were told that we could check out later the day off, but that was not an option because the hotel was so booked. Even though there were a few icks, it was overall a nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The bed is comfortable, the sheets smell great, the rooms are very clean, and the building is beautiful! It has a 5ft pool and a small jacuzzi (no bubbles) just warmer water than the pool. Pool water is great temperature. There is also a spa and massage services on the very first floor! Overall a nice place and I’d recommend it!

Although breakfast is included, it costs nearly $30 for two people. interesting. As long as you eat in the cafeteria, you have to attach it. I don't understand how the Mexicans counted. The breakfast included in the hotel is only 2 slices of bread, coffee and fruit.

GGuest UserMy son and I had a quick stopover on our way from Tijuana airport to San Diego airport, and this was just right. We checked in late, after 11pm, and the front desk was open and able to help us. A light breakfast of fruit, toast with butter and jam and coffee and juice were included, and my son got eggs with chorizo for a few dollars more. Our room was spacious and stylish with a smallish TV with some TV in English. The room did not have drinking water, so I went to Oxxo for a large bottle of water and some snacks, and did not have any trouble on the short walk. There was a ten dollar deposit that I got back when we checked out. The hotel had a van and driver available to go to the airport for $5. We were non the second floor and used the elevator, and there were some steps to our room and inside the room. The shower was nice and clean, as was the room. The breakfast staff in the restaurant were kind and courteous. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive from Tijuana airport.
