O hotel é muito bom, a 5min da Estação de Osaka então a locomoção dentro de Osaka é facilitada e os trens para outras cidades também partem desta estação. Alem disso, a estação é tambem um shopping, então voce encontra diversas lojas e restaurante perto. O hotel possui 3 restaurantes com diferentes opções de café da manha, há vending machines nos pisos. O processo de check in e check out é bastante facilitado pois há maquinas disponíveis no saguão que permitem voce fazer seu próprio check in, o que é ótimo pois o hotel é muito grande e recebe muito hospedes então no horário de check in pode haver filas na recepção, portanto, as maquinas de self check in ajudam bastante. Os quartos oferecem tudo que é necessário para uma boa estadia, são limpos confortáveis e espaçosos (considerados os padrões japoneses). Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos, ocorreu de eu esquecer meu passaporte próximo a máquina de check in, no instante que dei por falta, antes que pudesse sequer ficar preocupada, o telefone do quarto tocou com o pessoal da recepção avisando que estavam indo entregar-lo no meu quarto. Em suma, o hotel tem um ótimo custo beneficio. Recomendo!

This is the worst accommodation experience I’ve had during my trips to Japan. In the past, my visits to Japan have always been perfect—truly a paradise for travelers from around the world. However, lately, I’ve noticed a surge of Indian people in places like convenience stores and hotel front desks, which has led to some negative experiences for me along the way. I usually brushed them off as minor, but this hotel stay was unacceptable and I have to speak up. At check-in, the Indian front desk staff was indifferent and dismissive, which already set a bad tone. Then, when I went to bed around midnight, I discovered that the room only had two flat bedsheets—no duvet cover (comforter cover) and no pillowcases at all. It was very late, so I didn’t want to disturb anyone by calling reception again, and I ended up sleeping uncomfortably without proper bedding—yet another hassle caused by the Indian staff. If the hotel management sees this review, please seriously reconsider hiring Indian staff. They are ruining Japan’s reputation and its world-famous service industry! I hope this feedback helps improve things for future guests.

Não é um hotel ruim para se hospedar. Há uma bebida de cortesia para cada hóspede por estadia. O conceito é minimalista, com camas confortáveis ​​e isolamento acústico razoável. O quarto duplo é espaçoso o suficiente para alugar. Há sauna e onsen (masculino/feminino alternados em dias alternados), mas não utilizamos. O banheiro é um pouco escuro e a pia fica do lado de fora. O check-in é às 17h e o check-out antes das 14h. É bom para hóspedes que pegam um voo mais tarde. A equipe é maravilhosa e muito prestativa.

Close to train station and shopping. The room in itself is quite spacious given it is in Kyoto. I have access to laundry which is a plus. I would recommend this hotel if you are here for sight seeing.

O hotel é um pouco de estilo empresarial e a TV no quarto é bastante pequena. O hotel vem com piscina, mas você precisa pagar extra para usar as comodidades (cerca de US$ 10-20 por pessoa). Sentimos que os habitantes locais (motorista de táxi, por exemplo) não são muito receptivos aos estrangeiros (que falam inglês) e podem agir um pouco rudes, mas, além disso, a cidade é mais silenciosa que Osaka e gostamos de jantar no Yakiniku Yaruki - Shijo Kawaramachi (todos vocês posso comer churrasco com carne wagyu).

I absolutely adored the Mitsui Garden Hotel Premier Kyoto. First off, the hotel's design is stunning; both the restaurant and lobby offer breathtaking views of the central garden through floor-to-ceiling windows, where branches sway gracefully in the breeze – it's simply beautiful. Secondly, I was thoroughly impressed by the in-room washing machine, the Refa hairdryer, and the showerhead! I truly hope I can stay here every time I visit Kyoto in the future.

Outstanding stay. The staff was absolutely lovely and extremely attentive. I dropped off my luggage on the first day, and it was placed directly in my room before I even returned to the hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean, I was upgraded, the room was very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better—right next to the main transportation hub and close to the city center.

É um bom hotel para quem passa o dia inteiro em um passeio ou explorando a cidade e aproveita para descansar confortavelmente. Fica perto da estação de metrô e a 20 minutos a pé da estação de trem de Kyoto, o que é muito conveniente. O hotel oferece um pijama que eu achei muito bom. Também oferece cápsulas de café no quarto.

O hotel fica a dois minutos da estação de metrô, uma localização excelente! Há um quiosque do outro lado da rua. Hotel location wise a 10 min walk to Shi-jyo the high street of Kyoto and a 20 min walk to Kyoto Station. It is on Karasuma a major N-S street in Kyoto chess-board like -city plan, with metro stations and bus stops within walking distance and easy to get around to tourists sights. The hotel has a big dining area for breakfast and the staff attentive and helpful. The room is clean and provided with pyjamas instead of Japanese yukata. There is a bicycle rental shop Sunshine, 5 min walk away. Major road in Shij-jyo has strict hours where bicycle is not to enter
