I arrived at 3am; it took forever to check in; the lady asked me to pay for breakfast, even though it was included in my booking. The hotel is very tired, but clean. At breakfast, aske for the coffee twice, and it was never delivered. The checkout time is 12, and I was aware of it. From 11:15 to 11:30 the reception called me twice to ask when I am going to check out… Upon the checkout they kept me waiting for 10 min (while they were checking the room)…. Totally unpleasant experience.

requested for early check in and twin bed room but waited for 45 mins at the reception as room was not ready even at 1 pm and at last they jusr seperated the king bed into two parts and make it twin bed with a gap of hardly 2 inches

Stayed 2 nights and call couple times for different reasons and in the reception they say they will send someone and no body showed up to fix internet or to bring extra towel. The place is very clean and it has good breakfast. The spa advertised it's not working now. The picture is 400mts away from hotel(most see)

A stunning oasis in the heart of Bikaneer. Beautifully furnished rooms and common areas. Exceptional service from the staff. Restaurants provide delicious food and drinks. Breakfast especially good.

Extremely happy with the service, location and the room cleanliness. Staff is super welcoming, from the front guard, reception team to buggy driver, all are friendly and helpful. Had really great meals in Pangat. Overall I'm really happy with my stay in this hotel.

Все прекрасно, но удивило, что не каждый день делали уборку! За о прекрасно то, что нас заселили даже немного раньше, примерно в 11:30 Но очень приятный и дружелюбный персонал.хорошая локация

Wonderful hotel. The room has a soft bed with soft pillows, the bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Quiet at night. Great breakfast, delicious omelette and dosa. I spent one day in this hotel as if in paradise.

The shuttle to the hotel and the service from the reception staff were very good. The rooms were clean, cool and comfortable. We were also able to store our luggage after check-out and use the facilities, so the service was excellent.

This time, the hotel I was most looking forward to was a bit of a gap when I arrived. It may be that the previous reviews are too good. The expectations are too high. The hotel may be quite satisfactory after a few days. I don’t think the hotel is good-looking, but the children really like the small pool. But there is enough water and clean. Even if you pay for meals upstairs, you don’t take the initiative to find money. Although it is not much in RMB, this approach is a bit uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can improve. Besides, the location is closer to the train station but it needs to be called tutu.
