"A minha sala não fumante cheirava a fumaça, e felizmente o pessoal era excepcional, e logo recebi outra sala. Um empregado me disse que porque o quarto era ”estilo japonês”, e que tinha que tirar a cama do armário, mover a mesa baixa e fazer o meu próprio foton. O lobby é pálido e Muito barato.Sem estilo, sem charme.O assentamento é feio e barato.Há plantas reais aqui e lá, MAS não há flores cortadas.Flores cortadas são Muito caros no Japão. Muito caros para este hotel. O último ponto é que EU reservai este hotel específico para nadar, embora o tempo estivesse bem, a piscina tinha fechado o dia antes de chegar. A piscina ainda estava cheia de água, perfeita e pacífica, MAS ”cerrada”.Não há dúvida de que isso poupa o pessoal e outros custos, assim Como a construção de um Futon é . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Eu tenho sido generoso com a minha galeria porque gosto de ser gentil, e porque vários funcionários foram realmente excepcionais em sua gentileza e serviço, no entanto, esperamos que a gestão tome nota das nossas observações. Por favor, pague Mais pessoal e mantenha SUA piscina aberta enquanto o tempo estiver permitido.O aquecimento global significa que as piscinas podem ficar abertas Mais tempo. :-)"

"島花さんに泊まったのは初めてでしたがニューアワジグループのサービスの良さに感動でした。 夢泉景で釣りが出来て鯛を2匹釣ったのですが夜のディナーに調理して出してくださりとても美味しくいただきました。残りはきれいに処理していただき持ち帰ることが出来ました。島花は対岸の少し離れた場所にありますが湯めぐりも送迎していただけるので問題なく楽しめました。 またホカンスしに行きたいです"

"I wanted to get a hotel away from the city centre but near enough to head down. Glad to have found and stayed at Hotel Hewitt Koshien. Very near to Koshien train station and there’s a mall between the station and hotel. There’s also laundromat in the hotel (3 washer + dryer machines). Hotel in-room amenities are more than sufficient and the service team can make up room daily upon request. Hanshin Koshien stadium is also nearby where you can check out the museum too! There’s also a Lawson outside the train station if you want to get drinks and snacks. Starbucks too for coffee! There’s also a nice park around 2km away and I head down for my morning jog. Nice scenery and fresh air!"

"The room was great! Felt comfortable and cozy. As for location wise, the crowd outside during the late evening is abit rowdy with clubs along the way from station to hotel. Not really suitsble for families with kids. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay. Thanks."

"First off, this location is a bit out of the way, if you intend to stay close to the downtown...you have to take the ”Portliner” a few stops. No issue for me, but did not realize this when I booked. I chose it because of the onsen / sauna, and I was very satisfied: this was the best sauna / cold tub I had in Japan (so far). Was hotter (and colder) than anything else. The actual hot-tub was good too, but I focus on sauna ＞ cold tub cycles more than anything. Rooms are new and look good, if not a bit small. As expected. Stay for a night if you are on the fence...use the onsen...have a coffee-milk afterwards. You'll feel great. Rooftoop bar / restaurant was nice as well and very friendly staff!"
