Absolutely magnificent hotel! Staff were very helpful, tending to any and every need. Rooms are clean and spacious. And big plus point is that it is connected to the Annapoorna restaurant, a must visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Can't wait to be back.

Este hotel é simplesmente óptimo, não tenho Nada negativo para dizer.A minha estadia era tão confortável que gostaria de voltar. Excelente quarto, banheiro tão limpo, cama tão confortável, pessoal excelente, pequeno-almoço tão bom, e acomodações eram mais do que suficientes.   Bem feito para o hotel e o seu pessoal

Nothing to complain about . All round excellence !! Convenient location and courteous staff really stand out. Ms Briget at the reception went out of her way to speed up check in formalities. Will stay there again.

Everything was good. Food was really great. The only problem was illumination. The room is little dark.

Nice rooms. Ok gym and pool. Breakfast very good. Location a bit distant. No uber would come and quite far from city center. But conveniently located near the Salem airport. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

This is my second time staying at Radisson Blu. Each time I had experienced great service where the crew go out of their way to accede to my requests and beyond. I will definitely recommend staying with them

I didn't have a pleasant experience the moment I stepped in. Took a flight from Dubai and arrived around 10pm. There was an event going on and the whole place was blasted with loud music. As you can see from the photo, it was open concept and music was loud even to 8th floor ! But fortunately, once door closed, it was quiet. Many areas were lacking but the hotel personnel were very sincere to make amends. The hotel had many small touches which made my stay comfortable. Overall, it was good stay!

The worst front desk service in my last 25 years business travelling life. The staff is working his own and saying wait after I standing in front of the counter 3 minutes, then went off without greeting or referring to other staff. So surprise to know that he is the Sales in-charge after telling our feeling to other staff. Breakfast is excellent and staff are kind always. Cleaniness need to improve as many hairs in bathtub and water stains.
