Chambre spacieuse et assez confortable même si nous avons dû réclamer des couvertures non fournies, pas de bouilloire. Les informations sur l'hôtel et ses équipements devraient etre mis à disposition des clients dans la chambre. Je devais appeler la réception mais aucun numéro affiché. Grosse déception pour l'accès au SPA devenu payant (les années précédentes le SPA était inclu) et cette info n'apparaît pas sur le site de l'hôtel. Et malheureusement, j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour profiter d'un moment bien-être entre amies. L'enregistrement des nouveaux arrivants est trop long ! Nous avons attendu 30 minutes (2 couples devant nous) pour passer à l'accueil. Malgré la propreté de l'établissement et le personnel accueillant, nous ne retourneront pas dans cet établissement qui demande à améliorer certains points négatifs (pas de toilettes au restaurant, il faut descendre au sous-sol...)

Localização bonita, Hotel bonito, de Volta Da Estrada para Olhar para o Mar.Fora do grumo e do buraco do centro de Sanremo, apenas a 10 minutos a pé do centro.Com um delicioso pequeno-almoço com muitas variedades. O pessoal estava muito bem-vindo e amigável.O spa estava Muito bonito, com um Grande quarto de vapor, sauna, piscina de hidroterapia, chuveiros e gelo, bem como muitos salões, chás, água e fruta.

La camera ha una ottima vista per il mare, ci siamo piaciuti tantissimo. Camera pulita e abbastanza silenziosa, ristorante della hotel con prezzi buoni e anche cibi buoni. consiglio proprio!!!!

My stay at Manuelina Taste Hotel was fantastic, the room was spotless, very clean with nice views to a garden. Restaurant serves nice focaccia pizza and the manager went above and beyond to help, gave me a coffee while I was waiting for my taxi to Genoa. Did not have time to use the pool but it was very clean. The only downside is the location 1.5 km from Recco Station and wifi is inconsistent.

Centralmente localizado e a poucos passos de muitos lugares para visitar. Quarto e banheiro agradáveis e espaçosos. Tinha um frigobar útil para manter nossas garrafas de água frescas e agradáveis. Os funcionários foram muito legais. O lugar tinha uma estética muito agradável (minha sobrinha gostou muito do clima) e o café da manhã era muito bom. Não havia estacionamento disponível, mas havia um estacionamento privado a cerca de 1 minuto de carro/5 minutos a pé, o que não era tão ruim.

Un hôtel extraordinaire au charme incomparable du style grand palace du 19 ème siècle...c'est d'ailleurs le premier hôtel de ce type qui fut inauguré en 1861 !
Le personnel est affable et au top ...et puisqu'il s'agit d'une affaire familiale la propriétaire est toujours dans les parages vérifiant l'installation de magnifiques bouquets ... c'est une dame trés classe et charmante qui a une pratique du français remarquable!
Les repas sont succulents et comportent 4 services dans la 1/2 pension ...idem pour le menu à 50 € ...les prix des boissons au restaurant ou au merveilleux bar cosy sont remarquablement doux !
Les chambres sont spacieuses et magnifiques toit comme le décor rutilant de la salle à manger ...avec nappes et couverts en argent !
Quand au buffet du matin il est tout simplement époustouflant dans une immense salle à manger digne du Second Empire .
Le rapport qualité prix est absolument fabuleux ...et cerise sur le gâteau il y a dans les jardins une magnifique piscine d'eau de mer !
Cet hotel symbolise desormais pour nous le lieu le plus charmant qui soit et nous n'avons désormais qu'une envie...celles d'y retourner le plus souvent possible !

GGuest UserThe appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room.
The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes.
We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini.
On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients.
I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic..
I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep.
Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

TTrip LOVERssThis is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged.
Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area.
Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided.
Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill
Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go.
Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

Amazing
DDomantasOur vacation was simply fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished. The central location of the hotel was another plus point, as we could easily walk to many restaurants and private beaches. We are already looking forward to staying here again on our next vacation!

TTravel JanWe had a really lovely stay here. The staff, many of whom are from Italy, were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful throughout. We had a small issue during check-in, but they were very patient and did their best to sort it out quickly, which we really appreciated.
It’s a great place to stay with children. Everything was handled efficiently whenever we needed help, and there are plenty of facilities to keep everyone happy — including a restaurant and bar, a nice area for breakfast and evening activities, and a play area for kids to burn off some energy. For those who enjoy music, there are instruments like a piano, guitar and ukulele to use. There’s also a gym for anyone who enjoys sports and exercise.
The outdoor kitchen area is a lovely touch, and our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed.
Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily stay again.

GGuest UserThe staff at Hotel al Sant’Andrea were TOP NOTCH! Very kind, informative, and always greeted us with a smile! The breakfast was basic but delicious and we always left full. The rooms were very basic and a bit run down but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms kind of felt like a dorm room to me. A/C worked well. Rooms were big for European hotel rooms (I’m Canadian and used to very large hotel rooms). The shower was very small but for only a 2 night stay it wasn’t a big deal. There was a mini fridge that actually kept items cold! I find hotel mini fridges are usually subpar. The location wasn’t ideal for us because the train station was a 15 minute walk away but if you are driving, location wouldn’t be an issue. We did not explore Sarzana, this was used as a home base to explore Cinque Terre, and for the price, I believe this hotel is worth it.

直直線拉升The worst Novotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The space was acceptable and the service was enthusiastic, but the stains on the towels and sheets seemed to have never been changed. Since I was driving from southern Italy to southern France as a stopover, the location was very convenient for me, close to the highway exit.

RRagazziWe stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!

GGuest UserLovely location, beautiful hotel, set back from the road over-looking the sea. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the centre of Sanremo, only a 10 minute walk into the centre. With a delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The spa was lovely, with a large steam room, sauna, Hydrotherapy pool, showers and ice. As well as plenty of loungers, teas, water and fruit.
