The hotel is clean and well facilitated with great food! It takes a little bit from the center of Gurgaon but the quality except for the staff is great. Gym and pool are good to use. The staff did not set the water bottle and I asked. A staff member came to my room with them and asked for a good review by using a Google map review. Also, as bugs were in the hotel room, a staff changed my room to other. The staff said she would bring my stuff to a new room but it was not finished and I brought them to a new room. Sometimes I could not understand the staff.

Great stay, i wish they provide more comfortable blankets and heaters by default in the room and not having customers to ask for it. Its a 5-star hotel and they should be providing this by default , specially when the rooms are very very cold. Otherwise the hotel is great, good value for money. Lot of good restaurants if you go to Greater Kailash ( around 25 mins by car)

Excellent stay. Luxury and cleanliness were top notch. Staff was really friendly and cooperative. Breakfast was really scrumptious. The only suggestion i have is to reduce the rates of dinner and lunch buffet, and the rest of the individual food items, it's way too expensive. The portion size is quite small as well. But the rest of the property is very exquisite, clean and beautiful. Must visit one time.

I have stayed 7 nights in this hotel. The hospitalities provided by the staffs are good, warm and kind. The room is clean and well maintained. The only downside is the location is not that convenient. The front gate will always be flooded once raining poured.

The buffet breakfast was good. Room size is average. Swimming pool is very good. They also surprised me with a birthday cake

Room service person miss use my wallet I loss Rs 1000 Receptionist review himself from my phone and cleared all histories

I stayed in Sarovar Portico recently in their suite room.. They had upgraded my booking from deluxe room to suite room without any charges. Food was really good.. all the staffs were caring and supportive. Room service and cleanliness was great. Highly recommended hotel👍🏻😊 Thankyou..

Estava no Lemon Tree Hotel, Sector 68, Sonna Road, Gurugram com amigos e teve uma experiência agradável, as quartos eram limpos e confortáveis, e a localização era conveniente para se aproximar da área. O pessoal era amável e útil, e as instalações fornecidas eram boas para uma curta estadia.Embora ainda haja espaço para melhorias, o hotel oferece um bom valor e uma estadia confortável.Uma boa opção quando visitar o Gurugram com amigos.
