Not bad, the cup is a little thick, the gym is not bad, the breakfast is OK, the environment is very good, the location is very close to the big mall, will go again, overall very good

The staff were very pleasant n helpful especially the Front Office n in the Restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner there and had top quality food. You can’t ask for a better location. Our room was outstanding, spacious with a lovely balcony. Thank you to all the staff had made our stay a memorable one.

The hotel is new and the restaurant is excellent. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel every half hour. There is a self-service ticket check-in machine in the lobby, which is quite user-friendly. The scenery is pleasant and the feeling is pleasant. There is a Hertz car rental station in the lobby, but the prices are better online. Car pickup and drop-off are at the hotel.

It is still acceptable locally, but it is not lost. However, there are still some gaps compared to other Marriott and similar brands. In South America, it cannot follow the requirements of other developed regions. It is acceptable if it is acceptable.

I like this place very much, the location is good, the service is not bad, there is a swimming pool, the water temperature is very comfortable, it closes at 20:00, the children like it very much. The only drawback is that Ctrip booked the room through an agent, so once there is a problem, it is not smooth to solve, which delays time!

The service is super in place. The plane arrived early in the morning and the hotel sent someone to pick up the plane. The breakfast was plentiful and the hotel cleaning facilities were new and clean. All staff are warm and patient.

The hotel facilities are new, the room has a good view, and the snow-capped mountains can be seen from the large flat windows. The hotel also has a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The service staff is attentive. The free shuttle to and from the airport is also provided. The breakfast is also very hearty and I am satisfied with my stay.

When you book, check out the Cathedral of Quito 3 km. It is actually very tired for 100 minutes of walking up and down the mountain road, especially when you go to the old city to eat and watch the night scene. After that, every day around the Old Town Square, a taxi back to the hotel for 4-5 to 5 dollars is also a small expense. In addition, when it rains outside the third day, the room window leaks!

I was there for the first time, doing a seminar for leaders in Buenas Nuevas Chrsitian Church, the experience at the hotel was great, specially the staff, front desk waiters in the restaurant. Everyone there was really attentive and helpful, the location is great too.

This hotel is located near many of Distrito Metropolitano de Quito's attractions including Reserva Mashpi Shungo Mashpi Chocolate, Cascada Mariposa Azul and Reserva Mashpi Pintor Ortega Maila. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Distrito Metropolitano de Quito hotel provides parking on site. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent.

GGuest UserVery satisfied hotel. From Galapagos back to Quito, it is so happy to rest here. Mingdu is a world-class cloud rainforest, a holy place for bird shooting. So choose to live in his home, the online evaluation is worthy of the name. Clean and tidy, well-equipped and beautiful environment. Sitting on the balcony, you can shoot birds. We chose to have dinner at his house. The two little girls were good at cooking and the price was reasonable. The handsome Angel took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the room upstairs, and introduced us to the professional teacher who took the bird. We got the parachute bird and the big beak bird. And the hawk. Very lucky.

JJeremy LeeeeThe facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

GGuest UserThere was a leak in my bathroom that almost ruined my personal cleaning items. The room they gave me was in front of the stairs and it was always noisy with people talking loud. The bottom of the toilet was disgusting. The person that welcomed me was the only one I cold day was efficient. I left the hotel this morning when I was supposed to leave tomorrow. That is how bad I felt there.

EElena EgAmazing place. I didn't know either Spanish or English but I was covered with so much attention and concern that I didn't feel any problems in communication. The hotel is warm and quiet, homey.
I was set up 2 hours earlier.
In the room every day was done a wet cleaning.
Breakfasts were delicious with natural juice and fresh fruit. In the evening you can eat deliciously at the restaurant.
I would like to come back here and feel the attention and care of these people
