Facilities: Very new, clean and sanitary, good service. The breakfast is delicious with many choices. There is free water, but it is tap water. I had diarrhea and stomach discomfort after drinking it.

The room was nice, but it was a bit noisy at night when there was a song and dance performance. But it is convenient in every aspect, there is a shopping mall downstairs. Lots to eat. Shops, department stores, and supermarkets not far away. There is no drinking bottled water in the room.

The breakfast is very rich, much better than the breakfast in the Bogota Hotel! There is a swimming pool and spa in the hotel, which makes it feel like a vacation. The waiters are also very friendly. There is a relatively safe white hotel taxi at the door, which is about the same price as uber, very good!

I think it is a very recommended option to stay in Cali: good cleaning, good treatment, privileged location, convenience, and generally very good quality-price balance.
If you appreciate the friendliness of the staff, comfort, the proximity to the center and a pleasant atmosphere, I think this hotel is quite compliance.

Hotel location can be, there is a pedestrian street on the side, just to CALI at the local festival, very lively at night, many people jump SALSA, similar to the domestic market, this old town is still relatively safe
