My stay at Ithia was very enjoyable. First time in Spain. The hotel is about 25 mins away from El Dorado Airport and check in was very smooth. My spanish is very basic but the staff was very patient and answered all of my questions. It is conveniently located right next to Museo National and within walking 15-20 mins walking

Downtown of Cartagena, very convenient for shopping and restaurants and bars 😍 Very friendly staff at front desk who helped to modify my booking. And their concierge is very helpful and nice👍🏼 If a mini bar can be added into the room then would be perfect.

Decent hotel for the price had to change my room cause my shower was spraying everywhere but when I brought it to their attention they switched me no problem

The location is good and the service is good. The hotel is quite lively, with different organizations holding activities indoors and outdoors on weekends and weekdays. The downside is that the sound insulation is really poor, and you can hear your neighbors sneezing and coughing, as well as the TV sound. We did encounter a power outage at night, which lasted about a minute.

If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would. To be honest, a generally excellent hotel. Impeccable service, delicious food, clean and tidy facilities, comfortable rooms and in a very nice area. The only possible improvement is WiFi coverage, but that's the smallest detail.

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

It was good value for money. Not hot water (neither that cold, it is caribean weather just not heated) and a bit far from the main hotspots (i use uber motorbike so for me was ok, is around 1/2$ per trip).

Overall solid, but a little bare bones. No slippers or robe or waters in the room. Felt like just two tv remotes and an empty bar fridge. Bathroom provisions basic as well. Location is convenient for the airport and getting places, but not much around the hotel itself. Breakfast was fine tasting, but the scene was hectic. Things were constantly running out, the omelet line was slow, and tables were mostly unclean and without cutlery. This may make it sound bad, but it was decently satisfactory

The location of the hotel and the environment are excellent, but the front desk staff is too bad, not as good as domestic, two rooms, one check-in for 2 hours, and one check-in for five hours. Check out inexplicably, there was an extra bill in the room. I chatted with the same Chinese who checked out and said that this was normal. He misremembered his consumption in other rooms.
