Absolutely fantastic! The facilities are complete and well-equipped. The service is attentive and enthusiastic; they even helped me receive packages. The bed, sofa, towels, and bathrobes were all excellent. There's really nothing bad to say about the facilities. The fruit for afternoon tea and breakfast was very fresh. I'll definitely come back here if I have the chance. 😋😋😋😋😋

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate and comfortable, with no strange smells or stains. My child really enjoyed their stay. All the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The laundry room had dryers and was quite spacious and clean. The hotel is right next to a subway entrance, making transportation super convenient. It's also easy to find places to eat, with various restaurants and convenience stores just behind the hotel. Plus, it's right by Wanlinghui and Zhengjia Plaza, so shopping is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel if you're traveling in this area.

I had a wonderful stay at ibis. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. The room was modern, quiet, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transport, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Looking forward to staying here again!

This hotel's service and environment definitely exceed 5 stars. Aside from waiting a while for the elevators, there's really nothing else to complain about. I have to say, this is probably the most satisfying hotel we've ever stayed in. The smart room was clean and spacious, with a large TV and basically everything you could need. The bedding, pillows, and sheets were all very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep every day. The hotel also offers self-service laundry and drying, and after washing, the staff even helped us take the clothes out to dry. They also provide breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper daily. Breakfast is served until 12 pm, and there's a wide variety of food options. The hotel is located right at Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, and Big Buddha Temple is visible right outside the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient. There's also a small supermarket downstairs and many restaurants nearby. Ultimately, we extended our stay by two more nights. We even changed our subsequent travel plans just to stay two extra nights. Every day, we were touched by their thoughtful small gestures. I remember one day I bought yogurt back, and the next day I took the room card out when leaving, cutting off the power. When the cleaning lady serviced the room, she even inserted the card to turn on the power and the air conditioning, so the room was always cool when we returned to the hotel. It was really hot in the summer. Thank you to every staff member at Sino Select for your dedication. It was a pleasure to meet you all. You are truly wonderful! See you next time!

A huge shout-out to Vanilla at the front desk of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy! My stay was absolutely perfect. The lobby ambiance is grand and elegant, and the location is superb. However, the most outstanding aspect was undoubtedly the professional service from the front office team. A special thank you to Front Office Director Perry and the entire front desk team: Hedy, Jimmy, Jennifer, Molly, Erin, Dannie, Koko, Sahar, Joy, Bella, and Eva. The whole team is incredibly well-trained and works seamlessly together, maintaining order even during peak check-in times. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick. The team members were consistently gentle and polite, proactively explaining hotel facilities, local transportation, and member benefits. They were prompt in responding to requests for luggage storage, coordinating room needs, and answering inquiries. Their attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly embodying the Ritz-Carlton's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Each team member was patient, meticulous, and handled situations with poise, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully. There was no cumbersome waiting at any point, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. When I visit Futian next time, The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy will still be my top choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

After booking, I was quickly contacted by the front desk, and the staff were incredibly patient in answering all my questions from the moment we arrived until we checked in. The room layout is perfect for families or friends traveling together, featuring two large beds and a spacious sofa that my child particularly loved and chose to sleep on. The hotel breakfast offers great value for money at just 20 RMB per person. The dishes were well-suited for children's tastes. We had three adults and two children; one child was free, and the other was half-price, making the overall cost very reasonable. From our room, we could even see the upper part of the Canton Tower, which delighted the children. The location is also superb. After breakfast, we could walk to the Guangzhou Library, Museum, Children's Palace, and Guangzhou Opera House, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. They also gave us two Canton Tower souvenirs, which made the kids very happy! ❤️

To my surprise, it turned out to be an exceptionally outstanding and versatile high-end hotel, perfectly balancing work efficiency and vacation leisure. First, let's talk about the location. It's right next to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, making it incredibly convenient for both business appointments and leisure activities nearby. The hotel's shuttle service is always on time, and if you're driving, parking is super convenient with clear signage. The lobby is luxurious and grand, making it perfect for business meetings. For me, the room facilities were absolutely perfect. There's a dedicated, spacious, and well-lit desk, with a non-glare lamp, and the internet speed is incredibly fast – no lag whatsoever during video conferences. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; you can't hear any outside noise, which is fantastic. The bedding is very comfortable, ensuring a high-quality sleep even on a business trip. The shower has great water pressure and consistent temperature, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. The hotel's dining options are rich and diverse. The buffet offers a wide selection of salads, steaks, seafood, and authentic Cantonese cuisine, all delicious. The service is absolutely top-notch. From the concierge proactively helping with luggage to the housekeeping staff's daily thoughtful greetings, and even a considerate inquiry about my stay before I left – this kind of service, where they treat guests like family, truly warmed my heart. The hardware maintenance is also excellent; both the gym and pool are clean and tidy. In such an environment, you can work efficiently and enjoy a relaxing vacation. Check-out was quick, and the overall experience completely exceeded my expectations. It's definitely the best choice for a business stopover or a business trip.

First off, a big thank you to Flora for arranging everything! We stayed at Wanghailou and MGM before this, and while those were satisfactory, Angsana's service truly surprised us. They upgraded our original sea view room to a 'Premium Sea View,' which was fantastic. The elevator goes directly down to the pool, and the way the pool blends with the trees here creates a wonderful, Bali-like atmosphere. Plus, the sunshine in Zhuhai isn't as intense as in Sanya, making it feel very relaxing – a much more laid-back vibe than the scenic pool at Wanghailou. The only minor point was on the other side of the pool, it seemed like it needed a good clean, as there was a bit of plastic trash. Since it wasn't a holiday, they also kindly arranged an early check-in and an extra hour for check-out, which I genuinely appreciated. At MGM, despite many empty rooms, they insisted on a 3 PM check-in, so comparisons are inevitable. The room facilities aren't brand new, but for the price point, they're perfectly fine, especially considering the neighboring hotels are over 3K. The Thai restaurant, 'Miyan,' was delicious; every dish was excellent, even better than most Thai restaurants. Irene also helped us secure the only private room, making for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. My only suggestion: the price of the Coke was unnecessarily high. The food prices were reasonable, but the Coke felt really out of place. Also, I'd suggest considering packages that include the minibar. For a resort hotel, a small investment there could greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, this was the best part of our trip, and we'll definitely be back!
