This is my fourth stay at the Swissotel Foshan this year, and the service quality is excellent! The hotel is centrally located, with a bus stop right downstairs and easy access to Zumiao subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk knew my daughter was returning and specially arranged for us to be on the same floor, making communication easier, and our room was upgraded – fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Now, I come almost every day for afternoon tea at Seasons Restaurant, truly experiencing the warm care provided by Swissotel. ❤️❤️

Facilities: Fully equipped with both hardware and software. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Environment: Located in the city center, the lobby features a very tall and large Christmas tree, exuding a full festive atmosphere. There are buses to nearby cities, which is very convenient. There's also a shuttle bus to the China-Hong Kong border. Service: Enthusiastic, proactive, professional, and efficient. The concierge staff, especially Donnoe, is familiar with the surrounding area and is polite and enthusiastic. He provided useful suggestions for my travel and recommended nearby restaurants. When I checked out, he guided me through a quick check-out process and helped me store my luggage.

The hotel is located in an ideal location which means that you can start enjoying the city as soon as you drop off your suitcase. The room was perfect and I slept really well. There was a decent selection of essential toiletries and some complimentary tea, coffee and water. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would most certainly book a room there on my next visit to Shenzhen. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located a short walk away from the metro and is easily identifiable due to its unique design. There are a few malls nearby that has sufficient eateries. Few street food available though within walking distance. We were given a room on the top floor and the room felt new, modern and sufficiently bright. Lounge canapes had variety, and breakfast was excellent with many local delicacies. Staff very friendly, helpful and responsive on wechat. An excellent stay and would certainly stay again if I go back to Guangzhou.

We are from Canada and this is our second time staying here. We were here last year with our elderly father in law and we very much enjoyed our stay so we decided to stay here again on the Executive Suite level. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the daily breakfast and then the included tea time, dinner and laundry service package which is fabulous and all for an unbeatable price! They even replace a button on your shirt if needed when they do your laundry! The heated multi-functional toilet is nice. Communication is not an issue as some staff speak English or we use our translator app with no issues at all. Amazing service! We quite enjoy the Gladden Hotel.

Families, I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel! Seriously, from the moment we walked in, we were impressed by Nick's warm service. The housekeeping staff meticulously tidied our room every day and even proactively asked if we needed extra pillows. Every time we took a taxi to the hotel, staff members were there to help open and close the car doors for us. The room view was absolutely stunning, directly facing the Han River. In the mornings, you could see a gentle mist hovering over the lake, and evening strolls at sunset were incredibly pleasant. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, featuring not only local specialties but also a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, catering to all tastes. The value for money is absolutely incredible! If I ever get the chance to visit Chaozhou again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Coming to Foshan to buy furniture, Sofitel was a must! I originally planned to stay two days, but ended up extending my stay daily because the furniture malls in Foshan are truly enormous, and two days simply isn't enough to explore them all. My top choice for Sofitel was first and foremost its location – it's the official hotel of the Louvre Furniture Mall, with the mall directly on the first floor. You step out of the elevator and start shopping! Secondly, it's about a 10-minute drive to other surrounding furniture malls. Thirdly, the hotel is very clean, and the restaurant is also very spacious and spotless. Special thanks to manager Jia Cong for upgrading me to a French luxury room! Five-star rating!

This is my second time staying here. The location is excellent, very close to Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port, making day trips to Macau easy and much cheaper than staying in Macau hotels. When checking in, I requested a south-facing room to see Macau. Only a southwest corner room was available, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the large window on the west side offered a beautiful view of Zhuhai city as well. The facilities and service are consistent with Holiday Inn Express's usual quality – it's the benchmark for mid-to-high-end chain hotel brands. While the streets around Gongbei are often dirty, the hotel itself is exceptionally clean. The decor and color scheme are also very appealing. Breakfast is plentiful, and there's a self-service laundry room (two washers and two dryers).

Facilities: Excellent, the cafe is a unique highlight. Ambiance: Very elegant and vintage, I absolutely love the hotel's decor style. The view from the window is fantastic. Service: Smart service, thoughtful and attentive. Cleanliness: The hotel is very new, non-smoking, and exceptionally clean.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, and overall it’s been a really solid choice—especially for convenience. First of all, the location is honestly hard to beat. It’s about a one‑minute walk to the nearest subway exit, which makes getting around super easy. On top of that, the area has a great mix of restaurants nearby, with lots of different options depending on what you’re in the mood for. Whether you want something quick and casual or a proper sit-down meal, you won’t have to go far. Both visits, my room was clean and comfortable, which is always the most important thing for me. The bathroom was also a highlight—there’s a nice rainfall shower fixture that feels a bit more premium than what you usually get, and it made mornings (and post-long-day showers) much more relaxing. I also used the fitness room and was pleasantly surprised. The environment was clean and tidy, and they provide towels and water, which is a small detail but makes a big difference. There was also a yoga mat available, which I didn’t expect, but it’s a nice touch if you want to stretch or do a quick workout without needing to bring your own gear. Breakfast was another strong point. There was a good variety of tastes and selections, with both Chinese and Western options. I saw salad, eggs, fruit, and plenty of other items, so it felt easy to build a breakfast that suits different preferences. You can keep it light, or you can eat properly before heading out for the day. One small personal disappointment: I missed their complimentary tea this time because of my schedule. I remember enjoying it before, so I’ll try to catch it next visit. That said, there was one downside that really stood out. There was no spare toilet paper in the room. When I requested a refill, room service delivered it to the wrong room, and only after about an hour—and a second attempt—did it finally arrive. I’m not sure how much the hotel saves by not placing a spare roll in the room, but it created an inconvenience that felt unnecessary.
