"Good location. We take Flixbus from Amsterdam to Brussels. Just 10 minutes walk to the hotel. Bus to airport is just beside the hotel. Metro also very near. The opposite side is the shopping area and the sightseeing point just walking distance. A lot of restaurants surrounding the hotel. Very convenient and highly recommend. The north train station only 5 minutes walk then can go to Brugge."

"The hotel was great. It is well reachable from the train station and you get to the city center in 30 minutes by foot. The room is quite spacious and the bed is really comfy. The only real downsides are the small elevator and that Netflix did not work on the TV. But overall great stay and would book it again!"

"Nice hotel. not quite in the center, but possible to walk there in 20 minutes. Love the Sauna on the 25th floor with a great view and can warmly recommend the restaurant (the Iris) which has a limited menu, but all dishes on it are very well prepared (we ate our way through). Staff is friendl as well."

"Excellent hostel. Location - 10-15 minutes to the main attractions. The hostel is clean, great room, good beds, sockets and individual lighting. Bath in the room, also clean and comfortable. Toilet on the floor. Breakfast is provided (boiled eggs, sausage, cheese, fruit, butter), coffee machine. Definitely recommend."

"Right in the heart of Brussel. My recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service."

"This is a new and trendy hotel near Brussels North Station. It has a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby area as well as some reasonably priced room service items. This is a pretty new hotel and it opened in May 2025. The hotel is in a quiet area but there isn't a whole lot around. The main parts of Brussels are about a 15 minute walk away but being by the train station made it very convenient to make a day trip outside of the city and there is quick and frequent access to the airport. They offer breakfast at this hotel but at 25 Euros a person it is hard to justify. We also found a good self serve laundry spot nearby called Wash Club and got our laundry done halfway through our Christmas Vacation. The rooms were nicely arranged with a bench by the TV and a seating area by the window with a small table. There is a mini bar in the room but those items are pretty expensive. They have a coffee/tea station but they did not provide coffee or tea during our stay so we are happy we brought our own. The bed was pretty comfy and we got a good night's sleep each night. There are some interesting decor choices like a curtain in front of the large flat screen TV in an alcove. There is also a window for the bathroom that has blind slats on the outside of the bathroom. We felt the room was mostly fine but they didn't clean the glasses and the kettle could use some descaler. The bathroom was nice with conditioner, shampoo, body wash and body lotion. The shower provided good pressure and temperature but it had an open design and it was difficult to keep the water in the shower area. The towels provided were pretty new and soft but one had a noticeable stain and we would expect a hotel of this caliber to review the items being put in a room and bathroom. We felt we got a good rate when we booked the hotel and got to enjoy the busy city of Brussels and then relax at this hotel. We believe this hotel will improve because they have some nice facilities and good staff."
