We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent — even better than some four-star hotels we’ve stayed in. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious. The only small issue was that we could sometimes hear people talking in the hallway. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice room, very clean and with all the necessary equipment. Very friendly staff too. Parking lot is big, and hotel has a restaurant that serves dinner until 9pm, which is really handy because every other dining establishment closes pretty early.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator, only stairs, which was inconvenient for carrying luggage. I booked a family room for two nights, but the room wasn't cleaned daily. The kitchen only had a microwave, no stove, so we couldn't cook our own meals.

The standard room is old and not up to mercure’s standard The hotel has provided a free upgrade, its fair if that was a standard room facility. The staff are very well trained, but the standard room is not up to international hotel standard.

The Resort needs a make over. Stained carpet, curtains are sun eaten see through some patches, bathroom needs updating, sliding door to balcony doesn't close properly so wind whistled all night long. The TV didn't not work, next day it was working intermittently On the plus side it was clean, and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

Very well located in town facing a very large wetlands and there bay. Excellent for birds watchers. The facilities are up-to-date and the rooms are clean. The food in the restaurant are average.

Situated at a beautiful central location with easy access to many of the city's historic buildings, restaurants, and information centre. Room and bedding were comfortable. Very prompt and courteous customer service Potential safety hazard for kids with very hot water supply in the showers. Continental buffet breakfast was good, and the kitchen as well as staff kept pace with the service. Has secure paid parking onsite.

Nice location, just 30 minutes drive from Hobart city. The view is really good and the room is nice and comfortable. Animal feeding is free to customers who stay over.

We booked a standard room and was offered an upgrade to a premium room with a view of the harbor for just $25 a night which we accepted. We did regret the decision as the view was awesome especially the sunset. Close food places and cruises and visitor centre.

The hotel was clean the bed not very uncomfortable made for a bad night sleep. The rooms don't have alor of light and are dark
